How to re-download in-built dictionary in iOS6 for iPad mini

Hi everyone,
I tried to define a korean word then the built-in dictionary asked me to download it and it failed because I don't have a wifi connection. Now I still can't define a korean word, every time I try to define a korean word, the options that showed up is only "Copy" and "Learn" or "No definition found". The download request for korean built-in dictionary doesn't show up. Could someone tell me how to resume the download. Thank you !

You will still need a WiFi connection to resume the download. There is no other way to get the dictionary. Do you have a WiFi connection?
If you do, then you can try rebooting the iPad and see if the download will resume.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If that still doesn't work, read this discussion for a few suggestions that might get the dictionary back for you.

Yes, it will now always show that you purchased it, but with it deleted from ipad, when yu click the icon to download again, it will download the latest versioon available from the app store.
You cannot delete what is in the app store. nor can you erase your previous history of purchasing the app.

How do I download Windows 7 64 bit drivers for my new MacBook Air (Mid 2011)? I have already formated the HD and preformed a clean install of Windows 7. Perhaps I did this too early. I have read I need to install the drivers from my OS X DVD, however, OS X Lion does not come on a DVD! I've also read that I can download OS X Lion from the App Store and burn it to a DVD, however, all I have are Windows PCs which don't support the Mac App Store.
Is there no way for me to download these drivers from a Windows PC? I know they exist. However, you are supposed to download them through Boot Camp in OS X when you are creating a new Windows 7 installation. I'm I stuck?

In the past, 10.6.6+ was suppose to - and sometimes did - provide for a download drivers from within Boot Camp Assistant program, in order to save them to flash or such (that should be about 1GB, too large for CD). Some macs req'd a USB-DVD or other driver that was needed pre-install of Winidows

It is possible for me, with a tower, to run w/o needing any drivers from Apple. But with laptops, mini, you do need some drivers from Apple for graphics, internet, wireless, SMC support.
And right now, loading any Apple support Tech Note articles is very very slow.
People keep asking why Apple can't post 3.0 or 4.0 like they do the updates. Only logic is to force t he download from inside OS X or from an OS X DVD. Otherwise would be here, and avoid all the trouble. they aren't of use on a PC, and any PC motherboard vendor does post their support software for download.

For iBooks try downloading the current version on your computer's iTunes so that the app is in your purchase history. Then on your iPad go to the Purchased tab in the App Store app and see if you can download an older compatible version of it.
You can also try similar for the Kindle app - I don't know whether Amazon have made older versions of their app available in the store, so it may not work for that. If not, then as a work-around you could use their cloud reader 'app' : http://read.amazon.com - go to that site on Safari on your iPad and then create a homescreen shortcut for it (kindle cloud reader help)

This isn't official, but you would have to search your trash bin for a lower version of the application (backups on your computer move older versions of apps to the trash), then just delete the new app from your iDevice and iTunes, then drag the older app into iTunes and sync.
