How to re download past ringtone purchases on iphone isn't in purchased items?

I'm trying to get the Hawaii 50 ringtone but I deletedit now i can't find it so it can be downloaded (its not on my mac)

Contact iTunes support & ask that they add these purchased ringtones to your download queue. There is currently no ability to re-download purchased ringtones:

Using iTunes 11 or later
Open iTunes. (You can download the latest version of iTunes.)
If you're not already signed in, choose Store > Sign In and type your Apple ID and password.
If you're in the iTunes Store, click the Library button, in the upper-right corner, to go to your library.
Make sure that you have "Show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases" enabled in your iTunes preferences by going to iTunes > Preferences in the Store tab and clicking OK.
In your iTunes library, click the content type you wish to download using the content selector in the upper-left. Choose Music to download music, Movies to download movies, and so on.
Locate the item or title you wish to download.
Click the download icon to download that item.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

It should be in the Videos app (iTunes on the iPad is just the iTunes store) :
If you can't find it in there then have you got a film age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding it ?

You can't download them again, so the only way would be from a backup.

To add a ringtone, download it from your computer and make sure it is a .m4r file. Once this is done, add it to your iTunes library (it will go in the ringtones section). Then sync your phone making sure that it syncs ringtones as well (check it in the ringtones tab).
Then in your sound preferences on your iPhone change the ringtone.

Ringtones (along with audiobooks) are currently a one-time only download from the store. If you want it on your iPad then you will need to connect the phone to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases (it shoudl copy over to the Tones part of your iTunes library), and you can then sync it to your iPad

Did you try reinstalling the app and contacting the developer (there should be a contact link on the app's description page in the store) ? If you don't get a reply from the developer then you could try
'report a problem' link from the purchase history on your computer's iTunes instead of on your iPad : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

Are the iTunes you are referring to all purchased items?
If so, then you can download them by going to the iTunes app on your device and then click on More>Purchased>Music>Not on this iPhone, then you can selectively click on the little cloud next to the songs you want, or you can click on Download All in the upper right-hand corner.
