You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

how do I set up my phone now that i am in Europe and not in the USA

If it's an unlocked phone, there is nothing to "set up". Just put in your SIM and fire it up.
If it's locked to a US carrier, then you're out of luck. The only GSM carrier in the US is AT&T and they will not unlock iPhones under any circumstances.  Verizon and Sprint use CDMA. They will unlock the SIM for customers in good standing to use for international travel, but if service with them is terminated, the SIM slot will be re-locked.

How do I set up three iphones on one icloud account? I do not want the contacts, data mixed

It's a bad idea if these phones belong to different people.... all of your information will be merged and everyone will have everyone's contacts and whatever else you are pushing to icloud.
However, all you need to do is go to settings>icloud and sign into the same account on all 3 phones.

  • My wife and I both have iPhone 5, I have iPad 1st gen and have set up iTunes w my iPad. I attached my wife's iPhoneto my PC (sorry) and tried to backup her phone to iCloud but it sync'd to my icloud. How do I set up her phone w iTunes using one PC?

My wife and I have iPhone 5. She has iPad ver 3, I have iPad ver 1. I set up iTunes on my PC w my iPad and iPhone and ICloud backup. I tried to backup my wife's iphone to the iCloud by hooking up to my PC. I checked the new iPhone box but it sync'd the phone to my accoount. How do I set up her iCloud account to backup her phone then sync w her iPad?

iTunes on your computer has nothing to do with an iCloud backup.  If you wife's phone is backing up to your iCloud account it's because you are sharing the same account.  Migrating her phone to a separate iCloud account will fix this.
If you want to mirate her iPad to a separate account, start by saving any photo stream photos that she wishes to keep on your iPad to her camera roll by opening the my photo stream album, tap Edit, then tap all the photos you want to save, tap Share and tap Save to Camera Roll.
Once this is done, go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.  (This will only delete the account her iPad, not from iCloud.  your devices will not be effected by this.)  When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data, be sure to select Keep On My iPad.  Then sign back in with a separate Apple ID to create her new account and choose Merge to upload the data to her account.  Note: you can continue to share the same ID for iTunes, it does not need to be the same as the ID used for iCloud.

  • I have a 'family' yahoo email address which is shared across several phones. How can I set up my phone so if I delete an email which isn't relevant to me it doesn't automatically delete from the other phones?

I share a yahoo email account with my husband and children. The emails may be for one or more or of us. When an email arrives on my iPhone 5C, if it is not relevant to me (because it's something he is dealing with) then I would like to delete it just from my phone without also deleting from his phone. Or it may be an attachment like a photo which I don't need stored on my phone, but will need to download when I get home and on the PC. He can delete from his Samsung without it deleting on my phone or on the PC, but I've not found a way of setting up my phone so it works the same way. Please can someone tell me which are the best settings to use?

To set it up as POP you need to delete the account, reboot the phone by holding the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time until an Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds), then add it back following these instructions: Forcing creation of a POP or IMAP email account
I understand that you have used the same account for many years, but the technology is also changing constantly. Years ago the standard was POP (Post Office Protocol), which was designed at a time when it was inconceivable that anyone would access their email from more than one device. When people started using multiple devices, for the most part they wanted to see changes on one device mirrored on another. A new standard, IMAP (Internet Mail Access Protocol) was developed. With iMAP the master copy of all messages resides on a server, and multiple devices are kept in sync with the server. So if you delete a message from one device it is removed from the server, and then removed from all other devices when they next sync. This is the same way Microsoft Exchange works. Other benefits of IMAP include the ability to have multiple mail folders that are kept in sync across devices. In your case you could use this to create a separate folder for each family member, so they could move messages to their own folder and not clutter up the shared Inbox. Most computer mail readers can even automatically sort incoming mail into folders based on the contents of the message.
IMAP is considered a "higher level" standard than POP. When you create a mail account iOS devices query the server and ask what it supports; if it says it supports IMAP then the account is automatically configured for IMAP. So if you really want POP you must fool it, as described in the link above. In my experience Android devices default to the highest level protocol also, and I suspect newer Blackberries do (although it has been 15 years since I used a BB).

  • How do i set up my phone number as me instead of "wireless caller"?

want to know how to set my phone number as me instead of "wireless caller"...friends say when i call them it shows wireless caller instead of my name.

Would not the contacts entry on your friends devices have to have your name and number assigned to you?
Have them set up the contacts or address book to associate with you.
Some newer devices have a "Me" contact entry. I am not sure if that would be to show your name and number.
Tell your friends to do as I said above. post back and let me know if it worked.
    Good Luck

  • How do I set up two phones with the same Icloud account

I have 2 Iphones for my daughters and want to use the same Itunes account and Icloud account but when I set it up on the 2nd phone it uploaded the other phones contacts and the new phone is receiving the 1st phones text message.  do you have to set up a separate Icloud account to prevent this from happening?

Phone A = phone with information you want duplicated
Phone B = phone that you want to copy from A
    Backup Phone A.
Wipe Phone B using these instructions. What to do before selling or giving away your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Phone B should be on the 'Hello' screen. Do not swipe it. Launch iTunes. Plug in Phone B.
When iTunes asks if you want to set up as new phone or restore from backup, choose restore from backup of Phone A.
After this setup, any changes to one phone (i.e. adding a contact, downloading an app) will have to be manually duplicated on the second phone, if that is your desire). Making changes to one phone will not affect the other after setup.

  • How do I set up my phone and iPad to recive messages at the same time?

I would like my messages to come to both my iPad and my iPhone when someone text me.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
To set up Messages to receive the same messages on your iPhone and iPad, on both devices, open Settings > Messages > Send & Receive, and only leave ticked one of your email address or phone numbers. You have to tick the email address or phone number where you are receiving your messages now, so the messages you receive will appear on both iPad and iPhone

    Hello Christopher715,
It sounds like the process that you have tried is the correct one, there may be one detail overlooked.
On your phone, have you tried to email your printer ([email protected]), without adding it to your address book yet?
If I have solved your issue, please feel free to provide kudos and make sure you mark this thread as solution provided!

iTunes has never been able to import nor play WMV nor AVI. iTunes in Windows will import and convert WMA, but not WMV. QuickTime for Mac can, with the addition of third-party codecs such as Perian and the Flip4Mac codecs, handle some WMV and AVI formats.
    Regards.
