I want to use my skype to go for international travel. Using my local call fowarding I would like to transfer the call to an international number. Ofcouse the build in seucrity is, only registered numbers can call me, if the number is not registered, the system will as for a pin. I do not know who will me call me, how to do i by pass the feature? Or is there any other service that skype offers for roaming in india.

How to receive a serial number for Lr?

HI, i have installed the trial version of lightroom 4 which is expiring in 2 days. I have tried to purchase the dowloaded version of lightroom but i cannot. I find the site not very intuitive. I would like to receive step by step guidance on how to activate this version with a serial number. I am not leaving in a country listed by adobe.

Hi! I needed to dail several letters during a phone call, as part of a recognition serial number, but I do not know how to do that! Could anyone help me out? Thank you! I searched similar questions, but all I got is how to dial letters as part of the phone number. Unfortunately, I have to dial the specific letter instead of having the phone/Skype figure it out for me (e.g. I need to input "E" but I cannot just dial "3" to have Skype figure out and pick "E" among D, E, and F...) Calling my skype number: sounds like modem, fax

When I got my US subscription and skype number, I tried calling it from another phone (att cell phone, and tried my work land line) to test it out and skype doesn't ring... It is just a weird modem, fax sound coming from the headset of the other phones. I do not even get a voicemail message from my skype number after the strange 'rings.'
I am using skype on my ipad mini. It is the latest app, too. I have tried calling when The ipad is connected to 4g and from my home wifi. I cannot receive any calls, ipad app does not ring.
Can still receive a skype to skype call, though. What's going on?

Hi I wanted to see if my skype number worked. I tried calling it from my land line from my house in France. I got an auto message saying the number is invalid. I tried with and without the national code. Please let me know how my friends and family can call my Skype number. I'm traveling starting from Oct 1 in Mexico, and I would like it to work before I go. Thank you.

Thank you for the quick response. The sim card I have in the iPad is a standard "pay n go" sim card with a "data bolt on". If the sim card is placed into any phone, the sim card works as expected to make and receive calls etc.
I get what you mean about the iPad as I was a little disappointed by the lack of calling and/or messaging. Especially when their main competitors allow the use of SMS etc.
The issue I have is that iMessage, for some reason, shows the messages as being sent from the recieving mail address. So a iMessage being sent to [email protected] shows up on a.persons iPad as being sent from themselves. Although both iPads are linked to the same iTunes account, the address are different to the address used to set up iTunes. Hence the question regarding the sim cards number.

I am interested to use skype-to-go for business callls but like to know if you can also call non-registered contacts within skype-to-go? So my questions is: Could I simply call my skype-to-go number from my mobile/landline and then subsequently call any number/person (besides/outside my few registered contacts - I guess they only allow 10 different registered contacts)?
Otherwise I have to change my registered contacts all the time which is time consuming....and I also don't have internet at hand all the time.

1. Yes - you can call worldwide - not just your registered contacts.
2. We have a maximum of 9 registered contacts.

How can I increase the number of saved previously called numbers?

When I press the call key about 10 in/out called numbers show up. My old phone had like 50 previously called or received numbers. How can I increase the number of saved calls?

Unfortunately there is no such setting to increase number of saved calls on the device.

Since I go to business trip around the world quite ofter, I was looking for the best way for me to make and receive calls.
Since most of my business partners are not skype users AND I may not have internet connection, I would like to know how can I make and receive landline/mobile calls without any internet connection.
It seems to me that I can call someone's landline/mobile using a Skype To Go number without internet connection, but how exactly can I RECEIVE calls using this same Skype To Go number? I know that I can receive landline/mobile calls with Skype Number in Skype but that would require internet connection.
Again, for Pay As You Go and Subscription, how can I receive calls from landline/mobile?

Receiving calls via Skype Online Number

I understand that I pay £10 for 3 months to set this up.
I understand that callers pay for a local call (so long as they're close to that local number)
I do NOT understand if I pay to receive each call and if so, how much?
