How to recieve Pic messages

I am new to Blackberrys  everytime someone sends me a picture with a SMS message.  All I get is a message saying I have a picture message and it directs me to my provider.  Do I have a setting wrong?
Thank you.
Pam

You need THE BlackBerry Data Plan add-on to your O2 account, for MMS messages (picture messages).
Call them and inquire.
