How to recognize Bluetooth model?

I own hp elitebook 8560w and just made a clean system reinstall. Windows does not recognize any bluetooth devices, even though there is a bt module on board.
However, I cannot determine what type it is. I looked into BIOS and found the following reference: QDS-BRCM1043, which suggest Broadcomm module. But SoftPaq Download Manager does not suggest installing Broadcomm bt drivers but insted offers Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth 4.0+HS Driver.
How can I tell which one is correct?

My computer no longer recognizes my Model M9244LL ipod. how can i fix this?

itunes managed to erase all the music on the ipod when I connected it, and would not continue after that. The ipod said do not disconnect, then the music i did have on it was all erased. After that the ipod reset and now the battery dies every time i try connecting, even though it was charged before i started.
Connecting seems to completely discharge the battery.
NOW Itunes can no longer see the device and now my computer USB port will not recognize my Model M9244LL ipod classic.

What have you tried so far in terms of troubleshooting this issue? Are you plugging the iPod into a high powered USB 2.0 port on the back of your PC? Have you tried a different USB cable?
What happens if you try to reset the device with it still connected to the PC?

To the point, how to activate Bluetooth in this notebook ?

Consumer models generally use HP Wireless Assistant, but I was not able to find this exact model on the consumer support site for some reason.
As a result, I found the HP Connection Manager on the business support center. It essentially accomplishes the same tasks as HP Wireless Assistant in the consumer models. Install it using the link below.

It is strange the F12 key is not enabling and disabling wifi and bluetooth simultaneously. My consumer model notebook's F12 key turns my wifi and Bluetooth off and on. Apparently the same design decisions are not used across all consumer notebooks.

ChrisJ4203...Thanks for the suggestion, but that did not work. The iPhone is deleted from the vehicle's list and of course it is no longer on the iPhone's bluetoothe list. Since the address was "forgot," the iphone will not recognize the device address of the Prius' bluetooth. I was able to connect another iPhone, which means the problem is with the iPhone. I need to find out how to get it to recognize the Prius device address 04766ea9756d.
Any suggestions on how to change the settings on the iPhone?

Win 8.1 did not recognize bluetooth

I installed win 8.1 (x64) on sl410 but OS did not recognize bluetooth device. Driver on lenovo drivers page for bluetooth is only for win7. When will be correct driver available also for win 8.1 x64?
In device manager I see 3 devices with name Base System Device, one of them is bluetooth.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have looked into your issue about your Windows 8.1 not loading correctly after an update. Windows 8.1 is just an update and would not remove your partition.
You can reinstall Windows 8 with any Windows 8 disk as long as it is the same version as yours. Windows 8 Home or Windows 8 Professional. It will install and update with no issues.
You might want to look at this document on some different options.

How to recognize if application is installed using "Install application on remote desktop..." option in Control Panel in Windows Server 2008 R2?
Basically, as administrator, I can't say if the user installed application using "Install application on remote desktop..." in Control Panel or he just installed it by clicking the .msi executable. I can't find anything that makes any difference.
I could not find anything in the registry. I am quite confused.

Thank you for your posting in Windows Server Forum.
Please make sure that you are using category view of control panel-programs to check the application. And in addition to “install application on Remote Desktop server” user can also use command line also.
change user /install

well In Quark Express as as wrote earlier, that you can see other text frames highlighted immediately, after you select any of the text frame among the threaded text frames, say there are 5 text frames which are threaded together, even if I click on 2 nd or say 4th text frame, it shows me all the text frames highlighted which are threaded together, so If I am working in a catalog which has multiple pages, it's easy for me to see which text frames are threaded together, as if you make any text changes, say add or delete text in a text frame, the other text frames get affected by that. I mean text shifts accordingly, it's easy to track in Quark which text frames will get affected if I change something in a threaded frame.
Anyways, it seems this option is not available in In Design. That's fine. I am not in preview or Overprint previed mode.

Rather than spending a lot of time trying to fix an older AirPort Express device that may be worth $0 to $20 US, maybe you should just buy a new one.
You still may have some network problems based on what you've told us, but starting out with a new device may be the most sensible thing to do. I learned my lesson that spending hours trying to fix routers that might be worth only $40 if fixed just isn't worth the time spent on them.

Hi Vijay,
TO copy values from Model Node to Value Node use the copyElements() method of the WDCopyService API. To acheive this, the name and type of the attibutes in the Value Node should be same as Model node attributes.
Example: -
Model Node <----
> Value node
---Name-String                                       ---Name - String
---Number-Integer                                  ---Number - Integer.
then use the following statement:
WDCopyService.copyElements(wdContext.node<ModelNode>(),wdContext.node<ValueNode>());
This will copy all the values.

In J2ME there is no method to get the model number from the device. how ever you can use the APIs provided by the device manufacturer if available. But still the APIs will not work with devices from other manufacturer or sometimes it will not work with the devices of the same manufacturer if the API is not supported. so it is better to send the device model name through the header.

1. in first project i'm select > model and right click select > deploy > new deployment profile : [details]
- i'm choice ADF library jar for profile type.
- and change Deployment profile name with "Testgan.jar".
the .jar file save in C:\JDeveloper\mywork\UserSecurityLogin\Model\deploy
2. in second project i'm select > model and right click > project properties > libraries and path > in classpath entry i'm choice add jar directory (button) > then browse fisrt project to get Testgan.jar
3. when i'm refresh my data control > still 1 model.jpr (AppModule)
any step i'm miss it ?
