How to Recompile gmsmessg.ldt Libraries

Oracle support is asking me to recompile gmsmessg.ldt libraries. What are the steps to acomplish this?

FNDLOAD apps/apps 0 Y UPLOAD @FND:patch/115/import/afmdmsg.lct gmsmessg.ldt FND_NEW_MESSAGES APPLICATION_SHORT_NAME=GMS CUSTOM_MODE=FORCE
and becouse I am running on windows I also tried:
FNDLOAD apps/apps 0 Y UPLOAD @FND:patch\115\import\afmdmsg.lct gmsmessg.ldt FND_NEW_MESSAGES APPLICATION_SHORT_NAME=GMS CUSTOM_MODE=FORCE
This is the error I am getting in the log:
Uploading from the data file gmsmessg.ldt
The file gmsmessg.ldt could not be opened for reading
So I look for the file and:
E:\Oracle\appl>ls -la %FND_TOP%\patch\115\import\gmsmessg.ldt
ls: File or directory "E:\oracle\appl\fnd\11.5.0\patch\115\import\gmsmessg.ldt" is not found

This is a tricky one.
Open up Time Machine and go back to a date using the timeline on the right side of the window when you know the drive was working and was backing up as part of Time Machine backups.
Click on the name of your Mac under the Devices heading on the left side of the window in Time Machine, and if things are working correctly you will see Macintosh HD (or whatever you have named it) and the name of the external hard drive that was backing up in the past.
Right-Click on the name of the external hard drive and then click on "Restore (name of drive) to....." You may be asked for your adminstrator password at this point.
It might be easier to restore the drive contents to your desktop if you have room on your Mac, and then copy things over to the new external drive where you want to store the Aperture and iMovie Libraries.
Once the libraries have been moved over the new external hard drive, you will likely need to "point" Aperture and iMovie to the location of the libraries on the new external hard drive.

"Volume not found" I have 3 iphoto_libraries stored in a external disk, while the actual files are in other external disk. Ive moved together iphotolibraries and files but: HOW CAN I TELL THE LIBRARIES WHERE TO FIND THEM NOW?

I have three iphoto_libraries stored in a external disk PASSPORT (one for each trip imovie Im making -Ive managed this way the libraries so to not confuse the trips) while the actual files are in OTHER external disk LACIE. And everything was fine: imovie find each library, could work with it, or iphoto could edit the files.
But one day everything crashed at the same time: i opened iphoto to find 3 different scenarios:
1) iphoto_library GREECE was there, but not the albums i prepared. no events. when double click in any of them: "Volume not found"
2) iphoto_library ITALY was there, and the albums i prepared too, but empty.
in both cases I can only see the photos in 'photos' because 'events' shows some events with photo preview and some with no preview, just some kind of preset clipart palm tree, but if i enter the event, photos are there but again: when double click in any item: "Volume not found"
3) iphoto_library ISRAEL was there, the albums too, when double click in any of them: all OK

"Volumes" are the original files aren't them?

This is not clear, especially when you say

Especially as the message you're getting is typical of a library where the ' option "copy to file" or something like that' is unchecked.
So it's a simple question:
Are you these Managed or Referenced Libraries?
A Managed Library, is the default setting, and iPhoto copies files into the iPhoto Library when Importing. The files are then stored in the Library package
A Referenced Library is when iPhoto is NOT copying the files into the iPhoto Library when importing because you made a change at iPhoto -> Preferences -> Advanced. (You unchecked the option to copy files into the Library on import) The files are then stored where ever you put them and not in the Library package. In this scenario you are responsible for the File Management.

I'm confused as to why you would need or even want multiple iTunes libraries... but that's not really relevant.
It certainly is possible to have the iTunes library reside entirely on an external drive.
The organize/consolidate feature will work with an external drive but the drive must be connected. How would you expect this to work without the drive connected? iTunes cannot magically move files to consolodate them on a drive that's not connected.
I"m not really certain what you mean by "get them all back together". iTunes libraries are not "together". If you've got multiple libraries they are seperate...there is simply no other way to make that happen.
Realistically, if this hasn't helped, it's going to be up to you to explain why you have/need multiple iTunes libaries so that we can offer specific details on how to resolve the issue and possibly a better solution.

Started Itunes on my home computer and added some CDs that were made from old albums and I had to manually inpt titles..then took a stack on a trip and did the same on my laptop. But when I tried to update my Ipod with the laptop it asked did I want to replace the library.

What do you mean "merge itunes libraries from two separate accounts"? You have an iPod listed. Are you talking about getting music from two separate iTunes libraries on two separate computers? Are you talking about getting iTunes purchased music on a single iPod from two separate Apple/iTunes IDs?
What is it that you are wanting to do? If you do not take the time to explain what it is you are wanting to accomplish, then you are not going to get the information you need to do it. We are not mind readers.

1. Set up two environment variables, PS_HOME and COBROOT, on the machine from which you'll compile COBOL. (This should be either your file server or a machine that has access to your file server.) You can do this from a DOS command prompt window.
set PS_HOME=C:\hr840
set COBROOT=c:\netexpress\base
2. Open a DOS command prompt window if you do not have one open already, and change directories to
<PS_HOME>\Setup.
3. Execute CBLBLD.BAT as follows
cblbld <compile drive> <compile directory>
where <compile drive> is the drive where the compile takes place, <compile directory> is the temp
directory where the compile takes place
The CBLBLD.BAT file will create the compile directory for you if it does not already exist.
Note. Make sure to include a space between the <compile drive> and <compile directory> parameters; they are treated as two different parameters within the CBLBLD.BAT batch program. Also ensure that you have write permission to <compile drive> and <compile directory> as the compile process will take place there.
For example, the following command will take the COBOL source from <PS_HOME>\src\cbl and do the compile process under c:\temp\compile:
cblbld c: \temp\compile
Make note of the information that is displayed on the screen while the process is running; it provides the locations of important files that you will need to examine.
