How to reconfigure iphone5S to use different apple id

I purchased iphone5S and created my new apple id, when setting up iphone for the first time. After 6 months again I purchased new iPad and use same apple id, while setting up ipad for the first time.Everything goes good and my both ipad and iphone got configured for same apple id.
However, now I have need to use different apple id on both apple devices. I mean, Now, I want to use/reset iphone5S with my new apple id. Can somebody guide me to achive the same ?

Sign out of all services which require Apple ID sign in
FaceTime and Messages
iCloud
iTunes and App Store.
If you have data from the cloud enabled, when deleting the iCloud account, choose to keep on iphone. This will allow you to sign in with the new Apple ID and upload to icloud.

After a little further research, it appears that you would need to create separate iTunes libraries in order to be able to continue to purchase and download previously purchased items on the same computer, for two different Apple IDs. Sorry - but my husband and I have had the library we sync with authorized for so long, that we have not run into this issue, but it appears that you will get an warning when you try to authorize the second ID on the same computer, indicating that another ID is already associated with it.
So, you will probably have to set up separate iTunes libraries for each ID:

Just out of curiosity, why did you elect to use a different id?. That seems to always make things difficult. If you have not had the pad for long, or have not bought a lot of stuff Nader the new id, you might want to think about erasing all content, turn off find my phone, wiping the pad and starting over.
You can sync 2 different ids ( at least move pictures, books and music back and forth) if you are syncing through I tunes on your computer, but I don't think you can cross feed I cloud streams.

You can use one ID for iTunes/App Store and a different one for iMessage/Facetime. However, you can't use a different ID for the iTuens Store and the App Store as, bascially, they are the same store.

In my opinion it is best to use one Apple ID on your computer and iPad. Using multiple IDs causes confusion.
I also suggest that each person with their own iOS device have their own unique Apple ID. On the computer create different accounts for each user so that iTunes on each account can be associated with the correct Apple ID.

You can't share with other devices if you are using different Apple ID's and iTunes account on them. You can only share if you use the same ID.

Unless you had enabled Find My iPhone on it before it was lost then there isn't any way to locate it (it can only be turned on directly on the phone, it can't be done remotely). If you did enable it then you could try locating it either via http://icloud.com on a computer or Find My iPhone on another device - but that will only work if it's connected to a network and the device hasn't already been wiped and/or Find My iPhone disabled on it.
If you think that it was stolen then you should report it to the police. You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.

In order to reliably save the info and be able to restore at a later date, you would need to use his AppleID.
Switch to it on iTunes, back the iPad up and confirm the backup exists (Preferences / Devices), then switch to yours, wipe the iPad and start afresh. Will also wipe his apps, as they are tied to the AppleID as well.

I just tried to sync my iPhone using iTunes, and it said that the app I downloaded under the alternate apple ID can't be backed up because my computer isn't authorized. Do you know if it's possible for iTunes on my computer to have two authorized apple ID's, or will that cause problems?
I dug around on the Apple's website and couldn't find anything that directly addresses this question.
