First look, if it is still in your Trash. If yes, use "Put Back".

If you did a backup before deleting it, you can restore to that backup but anything new after it will be deleted. Otherwise it is gone.

First of all, you can refer to the following article

which explains how to detach a suspect database, then re-attach it, and then fix it with DBCC CHECKDB command.
Note you should immeidately make a backup of your database after it is detached, before doing any further operations.
Then you can repair the database with DBCC CHECKDB.
You are using REPAIR_ALLOW_DATA_LOSS parameter for CHECKDB, which may causes data loss during the recovery process and I normally do not recommend to do so at the first try.
For your case, you may first call dbcc checkdb(mydb, REPAIR_REBUILD) to see if it can fix your database, REPAIR_REBUILD will take longer time but it will not cause data loss. If this command does not work, then you can try dbcc checkdb(mydb, REPAIR_ALLOW_DATA_LOSS),
this command may cause some data loss but it may still be able to recover some data for you.
Moreover, if you still encounter errors after calling these two commands, then you can repair individial tables one by one by calling dbcc checktable('MyTable',REPAIR_ALLOW_DATA_LOSS) and dbcc checktable('MyTable',REPAIR_REBUILD).
So the whole process is just an analysis and repair process, to figure out the best way to retrieve the data. You can find more detailed instructions at

I am sorry to say that there isn't any method to recover a deleted form. There is a confirmation dialog saying that this is a permanent deletion to ensure that is what you want to do, once you've confirmed the form is really deleted and not recoverable.

If you are using Notes with iCloud, (if you use iCllud mail) and you have deleted them, they are gone. Once you delete them from one device, they are gone from everywhere. If you were using Notes from a third party and backing up with iTunes, you couldn't recover them without restoring the backup from iTunes.

It sounds like you want to recover restore a deleted backup you made of your phone from your iTunes library.

a couple of years ago, i accidently deleted the network port configuration for AirPort in the Show pop-up menu. No big deal, i thought at the time. I don't have an AirPort card and I won't be using AirPort in this computer. Ok, I now have an old-style AirPort card (powerbook G3 firewire, 10.2.8) and the AirPort utility doesn't see that it's installed. I realized right away, the network doesn't have a port... so the system doesn't see it, right? So, how do I get this port back? Glad to be here. Yeah, 10.2 works the same as 10.4. The problem with what you suggest is that I can no longer get airport as an option in Network port configs... so when I go to the new button all the other options are there EXCEPT AirPort. This is what I need to restore. I haven't checked, but I'm assuming I've nuked the pref panel out of the master library. So, I've messed up big time. I was looking for a way to recover that didn't involve reloading the whole system. This isn't like OS 9 and older where you can go and pick a little piece and stick it back into your system folder... I think. Thanks for the reply.

You may find two accounts for that email because earlier today, in an effort to retrieve the account, I thought that by recreating the account, just a couple of days after that it would prompt me to let me know I recently had an account in that name (since I could not find an answer in the forum, I was grasping at straws).
So the [email protected] account that I deleted a couple of days ago had been in use since about May of 2012. She is in college and was using this email for personal and was receiving and sending important class work from that address. I hope we can recover it.

Why do you need to know the password? If you need to re-create the link in another database you can use dbms_metadata to generate the DDL for the database link and for a fixed database link the DDL will include an encrypted password that will match the remote database password.
select dbms_metadata.get_ddl('DB_LINK','Link_name','Owner') from sys.dual
On version 9.2 it extracts the actual visible plan text password. On 10g+ encrypted representation in values clause

For most users, it is not possible to retrieve a file that has been deleted this way.
In order to do so, you would have needed to power off your Time Capsule immediately after the file was deleted. Then, you must open up the Time Capsule and remove the hard drive, place it in a special enclosure, and use special software to try to retrieve the data.
Even if you do this, there is no guarantee that you will be able to retrieve the file.
