How to recover FCP x Files which i have deleted???????

About a month ago i moved some footage from my sony camera to Final Cut Pro x and i created a name etc, however i did not move the hard copy of the .mts file on to my Macbook just to FCPX. then i began editing it etc.. after a couple weeks i accidently deleted this as i tought it was backed up onto my external hard drive, anyways basicaly i deleted the project i was working on and deleted it from my recycle bin as i tought i had backed this up. Now i just need to know where those files might be because im im trying to recover them using a programe called DISK DRILL it shows my most of my previus work, but i seem to cannot find this particular file.
I know this is complicated but can someone help me ..
I will be very happy ! as this is a wedding for my uncle and he will be ****** off.!! as i was the only one who was doing the recording.

Have you looked in the Final Cut Pro Backups Folder in your Movies?
Try right clicking on the last one/show package contents/-- is your project there?

If you don't have them backed up somewhere, then there's little possibility of recovering them. Check the Windows recycle bin, you may be able to recover the files from there. Right-click on the recycle bin icon on the desktop and select Open. This will open Explorer, if the files are listed there, right-click on them and choose Restore.
If the files are not in the recycle bin, you can try a file recovery utility such as recuva - http://www.piriform.com/recuva

The procedure can differ depending which volume manager software you use, it this is the case. But basically, you should boot with an external media, like DVD or jumpstart server, mount the root partition and fix the /etc/passwd file, umount the partition and finally reboot.

Do you know how to call the sun.* compiler? If not then search the forums for it. If that interface still exists (which it might not in newer versions) you then will create a string stream from your class and pass it to that.

The error of outside the scope of unicode occurred when I compiled(mxmlc) the as file which was set surrogate pairs to 'Unicoderange'.
Ex, I set the ' '(UTF-16 is '20B9F') to 'Unicoderange'.
However, I cannot add the surrogate pairs.
The error of outside the scope of Unicode occurred when I compiled the AS file.
The reason of error was that the Unicode(UTF-16) of surrogate pairs is invalid.
Then, I read the following pages.

I've been able to create project jar files in Eclipse by selecting Export from the File menu, then choose Java - Jar file - and provide the required information, name, destination folder etc. But when I do this, I do not export other jars on the build path this way nor do I expect to do this. I am only concerned with creating a jar file of my own work. A jar file does not "contain" other jar files. If the jar file contains the main method, and requires other jars for it's execution, then you may wish to include a reference to required jars on the class path entry of the Manifest file of the jar file you create. I'm not sure how to create a Manifest file in eclipse though..

If you still have the .doc files, it might be best to send those to your recipients so they can be edited. Otherwise, you can use ExportPDF to convert the PDF files back to .doc format. But, again, that step would be unnecessary if you have the .doc files.

Ah, do you mean it's showing in the header bar?
If so, hold cmd (⌘) while you drag it off to the desktop. It'll disappear in a puff of virtual smoke.
Don't worry, you won't lose the file; the icon in the header (and those in the sidebar) is just an alias.
