How to recover my photo's on a photovideo application?
Hi all,
I have a photovideo program on my Iphone. I did not recognize that all my pictures there is gone. I don't know how it colud be, maybe after i update the application or the softwares update. Anyone can help me to figure this out? Thanks.
If photos/videos are stored in that particular application and not in the phone's Camera Roll, you would need to contact that app developer for support. Not sure what else you are asking here.

just recently, my i phone was stolen. Can anyone please tell me how to recover the photos, I presume I cloud would have it stored.thanks
Welcome to the Apple Community.
You can recover any photos in photostream, by logging into your account on your computer. Any photos that are in the camera roll and not in photostream may be in your backup if yo kept one. When you replace your phone, restore it using this back up. -

Not unless they were also in your photo stream. once you delete something its gone there is no "trash" for it to go into.

How to recover deleted photos which is not backed up
how to recover deleted photos from iphone using ITUNES which is not backed up yet ?
Photos are not in iTunes, but they could be in an iTunes backup if you had run one. However, you say you never backed up, so there would be no way to recover them.

I lost my iPhone 5 how can recover my photos from the iCloud
I lost my iPhone 5 how can recover my photos from the iCloud?
The only way photos are stored in icloud is in a backup from an ios device. This assumes that icloud backup was turned on and that camera roll was turned on. Note that photo stream is a slightly different service that is used to sync photos from one device to another, it's not really a storage service.
To retrieve photos that are in a backup, you need to reset a device (wipe all data from it) and perform a restore. Note that many users have had problems getting their photos back from a backup - for one reason or another. Remember, the suggested way of storing photos is to sync them to a computer or service like Dropbox.
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US
Go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. This will erase your device. Then you will go through the setup screens again as you did when your device was new, and when given the option, select Restore from iCloud Backup. -

how to recover my photo i was accidentally syn the ipad mini to other device
I don't think recovery software will help since the file isn't just deleted, it's overwritten. If you want to try, the backups are located at one of these locations:
Mac OS: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup
Windows XP: %AppData%\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
Windows Vista: %AppData%\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
Windows 7: %AppData%\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup -

How to recover my photos from icloud?
Hi,
I reset all my settings because I was having issues with my Iphone volume. I can't seem to access my photos or recover my photos from icloud. How can I recover my photo's from icloud as that is where they were being backed up.
thanks,
GinaFirst, check if their physical footprint still exists. Go to Settings > General > Usage and check the amount of storage available, do you notice that there is a lot of used storage ? You can also check it through iCloud, which might show used memory labeled as Other.
I lost all my pictures and videos after jailbreaking my phone, yet iCloud showed that they are still taking physical memory (labeled as Other - iCloud did not recognise my pics or vids anymore). This means they cannot be viewed via Camera Roll but they are still stored in the phone.
To fix that, download iFunBox ( http://www.i-funbox.com ) and use it to locate and extract the images from the phone (no need for iCloud to access the phone). I managed to extract all my photos from the iphone to an external USB, which accumulated to over 20GB of photos and videos.
Use this method and you should recover your photos and videos with no previous backup. If your phone shows that there is a lot of empty storage, then your photos might have actually been completely removed. -
IPhoto : how to recover imported photos that are now "*.ipmeta" files
Yesterday I imported photos from my Nikon camera in iPhoto. I imported them in an album. Then I deleted all photos from the camera and empty the trash (mac book).
Today I open iPhoto and I don't find the photos any more : neither in iPhoto nor in My Pictures.
Using the Finder (search on Yesterday), I found is a list of files such as "photo.002723.ipmeta". It looks like these files may correspond to the photos, but I cannot open them with iPhoto.
How can I recover my photos ?
I understand my mistake was to import the photos in iPhoto without first moving them to My Pictures.Welcome to the Apple Discussions.

It wasn’t, unless you’re running a Referenced Library. Are you?
Then I deleted all photos from the camera
You can probably recover the photos from your camera card with an app like MediaRecover.
Today I open iPhoto and I don't find the photos any more : neither in iPhoto nor in My Pictures.
Are you sure you don’t have a damaged database file?
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the apple and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.
photo.002723.ipmeta
These are database files of about 4kb each. They are not your photos and your pics cannot be recovered from them.

How to recover deleted photos by mistake
I deleted some photos in Aperture by mistake. Where and how I can recover these photos? Is this possible? Thanks!
When you delete an item in Aperture, it is moved to the Aperture Trash (select the Trash icon in the Library Inspector pane).
If you use the 'Empty Aperture Trash' command, the items are then moved to the Finder Trash where you have one last chance to keep them.
If they are in the Aperture Trash, you can simply drag them back to where they belong.
If they are in the Finder Trash, you will need to re-import them. -
How to recover deleted photos and videos on the iPod touch?
I had a bunch of photos and videos from our feild trip to mammoth cave. I moved the photos to a new album and deleted them from the camera roll. I didn't know that it would delete them from the new album too. Please Hep!
Fortunately, with Coolmuster Data Recovery for iPhone iPad iPod software, recovering lost or deleted data from iPod is an easy job. The process won’t break a single sweat from you. All you need to do is to connect your device to your computer and with few clicks or drags, your treasured iPod files are now yours to use again. To avoid losing, you'd better to back up your iPod files by copying it to your computer either manually or using trusty backup software. If you've backed up iPod files with iTunes, the recovery success rate will be higher since this iPod data recovery software can help you recover lost or deleted data from iTunes backup file selectively, better than iTunes.

How to recover deleted photos from the iPhone 5s?
I have taken many photos over the last few days on my Iphone 5s. However, i deleted these photos off photostream as i needed the space on my icloud for my apps. When i went onto my camera roll around 12 hours later, all my recent photos had dissapeared (including the photos taken earlier that morning). Does anyone know any way of recovering these photos???
Sorry, your photos are gone. You should have imported/saved them to your computer before you deleted them from Photo Stream.
