I bought many movies in Italian language, that I want to restore on my mac now that I moved to USA and changed region of my account. How can I do?

If you bought them from the Italian iTunes store then you won't be able to redownload them (assuming that they are still in the store) unless you return to Italy and have an Italian billing address on your account - you have to be in a country to use its store, including for redownloading.
You haven't got a copy of them on your backup of your downloads/library, or on an iOS device device that you can copy them back from ?

iTunes Store content is country specific. When you change countries, you no longer receive app update notifications on your iOS device or in iTunes for the apps you purchased in your original country, nor do those Apps appear on your new country's Purchased page.
However, you will still be able to download those applications again for free if they are present on your new country's store (even if they are updated).You will not be charged and the download will not appear on your Purchased page. If a previously purchased app is not available in your new country, you will not be able to download it again.

With regards to changing the country associated with your account back to what it was before, you will need to deplete the remaining store credit on your account first.

Now I have a mix of apps from my older and latest region and Itunes keep showing me 28 new updates, but when I try to update them it say that no updates are currently available for my account. I'm be able to identify what the region for each app. I've seen in another discussion here that I no longer receive app update notifications for apps purchased in my older region. So, my doubt is how is it possible to get this notifications about 28 updates in my Itunes!? The unique different think I did in the last days was update my Itunes to 11 version. Main thing is why would you be losing your music in iTunes. If it happened during an update and that's why you need to refer to the article to restore your old library.

Many thanks but that did not help. I have numerous movies in my ITunes account. I have downloaded a previously purchased film from my Icloud account onto my phone. Obviously, this takes up about 3gb of memory. I therefore, need to push this film back into the cloud thereby removing it from my device. The advice from the link you provided is to swipe the film and you will get a delete marker. You don't. When I go on videos and then films all I get is a list of films I have previously purchased on my ITunes account. I have swiped them every which way it is possible to swipe something but I still don't get a delete or remove button.

Check to make sure that in iTunes Preferences that Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases is check or check in the iTunes Store under Purchased to see if it rests there. If you still cannot locate them, the report the issue to the iTunes Store.

Tried by moving a small video and worked. Now I would like to move two movies that are in iTunes store that were purchased to the external drive to free up space and be able to watch in potential upcoming new Apple Air. Have checked several pages on-line and having no success finding the information to enable me to do this. Some some information about moving the movie to iCloud, but did not seem to work.

You don't need to do this.
Any purchases you make from the iTunes store are yours for download anytime on any device with your Apple ID used to purchase that media. It could also be streamed from the cloud.
Just delete the movies from the iPad if you need the space.
When you get a new iPad, open the iTunes store, go to purchases, and sign in. Then you can download anything you bought with your ID in the past - Free, you already own it.

If there is no iDVD on Your Mac (and it's not on newer Macs as Apple discarded it) then You need a program that can do this.
Your Mac can burn CDs and DVDs - BUT DVD as Data-DVDs not as Video-DVDs - they need a program to be encoded and STRUCTURED as such.
• iDVD is part of the boxed version of iLife'11 and can only be bought outside Apple as on Amazon and e-bay
• Roxio Toast™ - Not as elegant as iDVD - but has many other positive additions (I like it as 10-Pro incl BD-component) (now version 11)
• Burn - only free alternative I know of on internet. Very simple - Just for doing a plain Video-DVD

is it a movie you have shot yourself or is it one you have downloaded?
if it's a download then you need to uninstall via iTunes, just uncheck the movie and then sync,
if it is one you have shot yourself then :
Tap select top right: tap the video you want to delete: tap the bin.

you should starting with copying the iTunes folder from your old laptop to the new one.
the iTunes folder is in your user profile Music folder.
it should go to the same location on the new laptop.
Provided that you have your media, music and movies in the default location, and you sign in to your apple ID and authorize your new computer (all in iTunes)
you should have all intact.

How do I deleted a movie from an iDVD project

I created an iDVD project using a movie, and have decided to go back into iMovie and make changes to the movie I am using for this project. Since I have put so much time into putting photos and music in submenus, I want to use the same project I created, just replace the old movie with the new. I have shared the new one thru Media Browser, and it is ready to be added, but I first need to delete the prior version from the iDVD project.

To delete a movie from iDVD: Open iDVD. Click once on the movie title to highlight it. Hit Delete. It should disappear in a poof of smoke.
If you have chapters in your movie, you need to delete the Scene Selection text button also.
But, when you reopen iDVD after changing your movie, before doing anything in iDVD, iDVD should give you a message that your 'assets have changed' and ask if you want iDVD to update. Click on yes/ok, but check your iDVD project before burning. The way it is supposed to work is that iDVD recognizes that you have made changes to your iMovie, uses the revised iMovie in its files instead of the first one, and uses the updated iMovie when you burn to disk or create a disk image. It is a nice feature so that you do not have to delete the iMovie already in iDVD and have to put in your updated newer version; iDVD is supposed to add the update itself, using the newer version of iMovie. It worked that way in iDVD 6.
However, if you have an iMovie with chapters, what happens with iDVD 8/9, as opposed to iDVD 6, is that iDVD does indeed recognize the changes and sends the 'do you want to update' message, but if you tell iDVD to go ahead and update, the chapters will no longer select correctly. They all will default to the same chapter no matter which one is selected.
I can't tell you whether or not iDVD will correctly play the updated movie if you don't have chapters. You will just have to try it.
If you do have chapters and/or incorporating the changes in iMovie does not work, the only 'fix' is to recreate the iDVD project. It takes time but is not difficult since you have done it once. Open a new iDVD project and put the updated iMovie into it. Do a "Save as Disk Image" to create a disk image file of your iDVD project. Play the disk image file with DVD Player. If it plays correctly, burn your disks from the disk image file using Disk Utility or Toast. You can delete the old iDVD project.

Oh sure you can delete it from the computer. I thought that you wanted to permanently delete it so that you can never access it again. In fact, in some countries, you can delete movies and then download that again at no charge as long as you use the same Apple ID.
Launch iTunes on your computer and click on the movies tab under the Library heading, find the movie and right click on it and select Delete.
