How to recreate MJ's arm extension dunk in Space Jam?

I'm working on a video where I'd like to use the above effect. What I have:
- A video of the basketball court
- Keyed out video of a person pretending to go for a dunk.
I thought I'd go for the puppet tool, but it's giving me serious issues as it only works (as far as I know) well on still images.
Any ideas? I'm using CS6

Thanks, but the problem is that that way the arm will be still, whereas in the footage I shot the person's hand is moving to drop the ball. Guess I could roto the hand and put it back on, but that's such a workaround that I figured there should be an easier option...

How can I remove a Disabled Extension not compatible with Firefox 4.0.1? I just want to remove it... I don't want to wait for a compatible update. Why can't I remove it?

When I upgraded from 3.XX to 4.0.1, it informed me that 2 extensions were not compatible and it never gave me the option to remove them. Firefox 4.0.1 disabled them and now I'm not able to remove them.
Also they were added by Acrobat Pro X (Adobe Acrobat - Create PDF 1.0) and Nokia Ovi Suite (Firefox Synchronisation Extension 7.3.4.51).
These extensions won't probably be updated unless they update the software that installed them. With this said, How can I remove the disabled extensions? Why it doesn't give me a button to remove them to start with?

I think it's not the problem of compatibility. Extensions installed into Windows registry won't have a remove button ( or it's greyed out ). For these extensions, you can have a look into these keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Mozilla\Firefox\Extensions\
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Mozilla\Firefox\Extensions\
If you are under a 64bit OS as I am, you may also try this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Mozilla\Firefox\Extensions\
And you may find the registry entries corresponding to the extensions you want to remove. Just export them to a backup.reg, then delete these entries. Firefox will do the rest, but it seems that fx still leaves extensions.rdf untouched. You can also delete the RDF entries corresponding to those extensions inside extensions.rdf

BUT the Wow6432Node key wasn't mentioned in the above article
I had to search the registry to find out the entry corresponding to a Fiddler2 extension, then I found the Wow6432Node key. I also saw the Nokia Ovi Suite entry beside the Fiddler2 entry.

That does not make sense.
WMV is a proprietary video format by Microsoft. The extension is just an indication of it. You can't add extensions to computers. Extensions belong to files and indicate what format the file is in.
You can however download Apps that will let you play videos of this format on your Mac.
Any Video Player is one such option.

How to recover the "GMail" Safari extension icon?

I seem to have lost the "GMail" Safari extension icon. This is the one with the plain "envelope" outline (NOT the "GMail Counter" one). It originally appeared as a selection in the Safari/View/Customize Toolbar window, but is now gone. And that particular extension does not appear in the "Safari/Safari Extensions..." option.
I thought I recalled that there is a way to delete Safari and then restart OSX to have it reinstalled, but I can't accomplish that it seems.
All advice appreciated for how to recover that "GMail" Safari extension.

UPDATE.
I found that Extension on my iMac running Lion. (Library/Safari/Extensions). Sent as an attachment to an email to myself and copied it to that location on my MBP.
Problem solved.
Suggestion: Do NOT "Uninstall" Safari extensions from the Toolbar. Just do Safari/View/Customize Toolbar and simply Move the unwanted extension back to the Customize window.

How to test and configure custom extensions in Flash Pro CC?

How do you install custom CS extensions in Flash Pro CC for testing and debugging before they have been signed and packaged?
We have a custom extension for Flash Pro developed in-house using the CS SDK that we've been using with flash pro CS5 and CS6 but we're having trouble getting it to work in CC and I'd like to run it locally in test/debug mode.
With flash pro CS6 and CS5 it was possible to test extensions by copying the output folder from flash builder into the CS Service Manager root folder (e.g. /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CS6ServiceManager) and setting PlayerDebugMode to 1 in the CSXS preferences.
I've added the PlayerDebugMode=1 flag to com.adobe.CSXS.4.plist however, I can't find the equivalent service manager folder for Flash Pro CC to copy the extension into.
Is there a different folder to use for CC or is the process for testing extensions completely different? (are extensions written in the CS SDK even compatible with CC?)
I'm running Mac OS Lion.

I'm afraid I'm a bit confused about what the preferred way of developing extensions is going ahead. There seems to be a lot of conflicting documentation on the adobe site, e.g. http://www.adobe.com/devnet/creativesuite.html seems like the top page for extension documentation but it only talks about CS SDK 2.0 which uses CSXS and doesn't seem to be compatible with creative cloud apps.
Then there's CS Extension Builder 2.1 which looks like it supports Flash Pro CC but isn't mentioned in the pages you linked too and it doesn't mention JSFL, but talks about the CSAW library.
Do you know if:
* The CS SDK has been dropped completely?
* CS Extenstion Builder is deprecated? (I can't see it as an option in the list of Creative Cloud apps)
* Is then any documentation/utilities to help migrate existing CSXS extensions to work with creative cloud apps?

With the conversion of the SAP BusinessObjects Dashboard Builder product to SAP BusinessObjects BI workspaces, support for the universal-based visualization analytics was removed. The list of available analytics was eliminated from the module library, thereby disallowing the creation of analytics directly in BI workspaces.
As a result, analytics created previously in Dashboard Builder can be opened in BI workspaces, but they are not displayed, instead the user will see an information message.
The solution to this change is to recreate the required analytics in other SAP BusinessObjects tools, such as SAP BusinessObjects Dashboard Design or SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence. You can then substitute the new analytics for the objects created previously in Dashboard Builder.

Thanks, I am able to set the java path in windows environment and able to execute the jar command. It created a analytics2.ear file but when i try to deploy from the weblogic console it gives the following error..
[J2EE:160120]Error: The module, 'analytics.war', is declared either in the application.xml or in the weblogic-application.xml descriptor but cannot be found in the ear file.
Trying to research on the above. Any inputs are appreciated. I have the following files in my directory
1. analytics2.war
2.analytics2-ws.war
3. META-INF
They are in Analytics_war directory of windows. I am not able to use
jar -cf analytics.war -C app .
as it gives me an error that 'app\. folder does not exits. Replaced with Analytics_war assuming that it is looking to write the file to app folder still it did not work.

Create capture - You are creating capture process for the first time.
Recreate capture - You are dropping capture process and creating it again..
To recreate capture process, first you have to stop associated propagation and apply process.
than stop and drop the exising capture process. You can follow the same procedure as you followed for creating the capture process initially..
See following example, followed by me for the same:
1) stop capture process

2.)alter tablespace <tablespace_name> add datafile <datafile_name> size <give size>;

opening the zip file it looks like all of the files are there. So from EAS create the Sample application (BSO non unicode) and then create the database Basic. Stop the application then copy all of the files in the zip into the basic directory on the server (pathing may vary based on what version you are using) but there should be an app\sample\basic directory. Then start the app and you should be good to go

you will find 'WIDGET SIMULATOR' in there
double click on it.
NEXT,
Go to Application/Preview, then right clicking on Preview and selecting "Show Package Contents." Then go to Contents/Plugins/Markup.

We installed Oracle Xe 10.2 on Windows Xp (850 client). Mdsys schema was dropped after Xe install. How to recreate MDSYS schemas without reinstall XE?

I ran this script successfully with some error. But there was some invalid objects. After create mdsys I tested two sql. First sql wasn't ran. Second sql was ran successfully. I thing this method incorrect. I think, I will re-install XE edition.
