How to redeem a redemption code from my work for app store

i tried logging in using my apple id info, but it won't accept the code given by work for purchasing software.  where do i enter this info?

    I'm afraid your quesion isn't very clear.
    If that's what you're wanting to do, you need to get the file off your iPad and onto your computer. You can use sync or mail it (if it's not big) or use something like dropbox to upload/download it.
    But there is no way to make a cd from the iPad. You have to get the file onto a computer with a CD drive

    I've been using iTunes for awhile but only recently got an iPhone.  Whenever I've purchased music from iTunes I would usually get an email receipt same day or next day.  I purchased my first iPhone app from the App Store five days ago but still have not received an email receipt (email address is correct and I checked spam folder).  Is this normal?  I'm kind of a stickler about keeping records for my credit card purchases and would like to have a receipt for all purchases.  I read somewhere an email is sent every $20 spent or every 12 hours, whichever comes first.  I've made other app purchases since then but not $20 worth.  But since it's been five days since my first purchase, something has to be wrong, no?  Additionally, is there a way to find and print receipts?  I know you can go to 'purchase history' in iTunes and do a screen grab, but if I have to do that for each purchase here on out, that will be depressing.  Also it's not much of a receipt since it doesn't show which credit card was used.

    Well wouldn't you know it?  I received the email receipt tonight!  Only took a full 5 days.  Of course it comes right after I posted this question...  I guess the 12 hours thing is bunked--maybe only when it comes to app purchases--but at least they sent it.

    On October 27th 2014, you have purchased two CC (one complete &one photography) under the same Adobe ID. That is the reason you are being asked for a code because under one Adobe ID only one CC can be activated(twice).
    Please contact Adobe Support or you can inbox me privately the CC order number  that you would like to cancel.
    You can also check if the host file has Adobe entry or not as if Adobe entries are there then also CC can ask for serial number. You can check the host by the followinh method.
    Creative cloud do not need a serial number. it will be using your Adobe ID on which you have purchased the creative cloud membership.
    So you need to login with your Adobe ID and password to activate the cloud membership.
    Log out & log back in of the CC Desktop App.
    In case it is not signing in successfully please try the following:
    I don't know which operating system you are working on so i am giving you some steps windows and MAC OS:
       Windows:
       In windows 7 navigate to following location:
         /windows/system32/drivers/etc
       1. look out for "Hosts" file
       2. Open it with notepad
       3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
       4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CC
      Mac:
       1. Please click on "Go" and navigate to /private/etc
       2. Open "hosts" file and check out for any entries for Adobe.com
       3. Remove the entries and save the file
       4.  try again launching any product from CC
      Please refer to Creative Cloud applications ask for serial number

    i purchased the adobe cloud because my upgrade to elements 12 never worked despite endless hours talking to would be experts, so i decided to lose the 67 gbp and try creative cloud for ligfhtroom 5 and photoshop cc however i am having the same problems and keep getting asked for a redemption code which i cannot find.
    as far as software goes adobe sucks and i am at the end of my patience after using your products for 9 years, if this problem is not resolved tonight then i will be cancelling my direct debit and moving over to a rival company like zonerama, who do not make it difficult for their customers to install their products and I will be reluctantly ending a 9 year period with elements,and i can assure you those 9 years were easy years for downloading software,the problem now is that in order to deter illegal use of your products you are making it difficult for your paying custoimers to use your products, maybe somebody from the upper management hierarchy has not been looking at the amount of complaints ( and generally al recurring ones at that) or if they have they are ignoring them at their peril, it seems by the amount of recurring problems of the same type that the experts are clutching at straws too, for the elements 12 problem i was directed deep into my computers system to no avail then was cut short

    You say your FREE trial has expired, and then you say you have a subscription... which is it? Do you have a paid subscription?
    Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

    Then login with your Adobe ID and password, put in your academics information, then put in your Redemption code
    Once done, redeem the subscription.
    Your subscription would be redeemed on your email address, with which you will login.
    Once done, inform us here and we will cancel your own purchased Individual subscription.
