Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with iTunes Match.
If iTunes determines that the songs that are on the CDs you are importing are in the iTunes Store, it will match the songs rather than uploading them. If iTunes is unable to locate the songs in the iTunes Store, it will need to upload the songs so that you can access the songs on other devices:
How iTunes Match works.
iTunes determines which songs in your collection are available in the iTunes Store. Any music with a match is automatically added to iCloud for you to listen to anytime, on any device. Since there are more than 37 million songs in the iTunes Store, chances are your music is already in iCloud.3 And for the few songs that aren’t, iTunes uploads what it can’t match (which is much faster than uploading your entire music library).
Additionally, you can force iTunes to scan your library once you upload new music to your computer:

The Clash Of Clans is an In-App purchase which requies a credit or debit card account be on file in iTunes.
iTunes Store: Accepted forms of payment
Make sure you are signed into the iTunes Store with correct Apple ID.
Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID

All iTunes gift cards are country-specific, to use a US gift card you will need to be in the US with a US iTunes account. If you are now back in Canada then do you know anybody in the US that you could sell or give the card to ?

Hi Guys. Okay. Here is what happened. I was helping my friend create an account and he gave me his e-mail account but i accidentally misspelled it. It was a company email so i am certain that it has not been claimed since it ended with example (@companyname.com). My question is how do i go about retrieving my $15 dollar itunes card that we used when creating the account? Has anyone experienced this already? If so how did you fix it? You can submit a form on expresslane.apple.com and an iTunes store advisor will respond with you over email

If you have not spent any of the money from the card, go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. They may be able to restore the money to the card so you can redeem it through the correct account. If any of the money has been spent, then there will almost certainly be nothing the iTunes Store will be able to do for you.

Than I click the forgot security questions than it sends it to my email but that's the problem I do not get any email.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of doing so include clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

I also tried to enter the redemption code on the iTunes Store and the same message comes up or it says, "Error 5002" I need help....I feel like I wasted my money. and I need a program for school.
