didnt get to know how can i see my page normal? it will be so nice

What I mean is normally when I use before Dreamweaver for xp,
I make page than when wanted to view my page as normal by
refreshing than i could see how it looks.
Now I am using Mac i am just doing my small page by using
Mx2004, I refresh my page after i finished some coding but it never
make change stay same.
Just I like to ask you how I can see the page as normal not
with line...and things.
It will be so helpfulll if i get answer from you.

You never delete a Time Machine backup by dragging it to the Trash. You are supposed to use the TM application to manage the backups. What you will need to do now is to simply erase the drive using Disk Utility.

How to include .php file in .shtml using SSI

Hi,
I've just finished with my "Contact Us form" for my website and have some issues with running it. I have a .shtml file http://mydomain.com/contact-us.shtml in wich I'd like to include a contact us form file http://mydomain.com/includes/ContactUs.php. Now, having my web page "contact-us" as a *.shtml file with ContactUs.php file included, I can run the form but I can't send any emails. If I would change contact-us.shtml in contact-us.php the form runs perfect but, I can't use other includes on that file as logo, header, footer etc. How could I include an .php file in a .shtml file and runing both the included .php script and includes themself?

Keep it simple.
Your html file uses syntax like "" to include an SSI file. Your server requires either (1) that the html file have the .shtml extension or (2) you twiddle with an .htaccess file to cause the server to parse ALL html files for SSIs. The latter is generally not a good idea.
PHP files are already processed on the server. You include SSI files the same way, but the syntax is a little different: "<?php include (".header"); ?> ".

How to Use PHP Files and .tpl files

I have taken a course and it includes a resource section with templates that I can use. These templates are squeeze page ones and inside the folder are index.php, config.php and a whole lot of .tpl files that open up in empty Stickies on my Mac.
Can someone explain how to use these files. When I open them in Dreamweaver I see code related to the php files but I can't browse the index.php file in a browser to see what the so called sqeeze page looks like.

Check your tnsnames.ora file. Does the file have control characters or missing carriage-return characters ? (Maybe you ftp'd the file from a unix box ?)
I would suggest that you create a new tnsnames.ora - hand edit it (don't copy the old one). If you have sqlplus client - try using it to connect to the remote DB first.
The instructions for connection to a local or remote DB are all the same (when using plain OCILogon) because the connection is made over TCP.

How to open .php files on mac

when i tried to click to listen to an audio online, i get this message "the flip for mac plug-in needs your permission to run it".
Then i clicked "run" and get this:

What am I massing here? A .php file is not a movie or sound file. It's script (text I believe). It's on the server. Even if you downloaded it you couldn't do anything with it other than steer at the code (text). Wiki has as good a definition as any as to what php files are.
I would assume that when you click on a php link on a web site it cause code on the server to do what is instructed by that script. If it's to play a movie or sound or whatever that that is what the script is instructing the server to do.
If you clicked on a link and got the error you saw in your first post then there is a problem with that web page's html (another scripting language) and it's access to executing the .php file.

How to include Php Files in SrcView and Release Build

Dumb question
For a long time I have been manually copying any changes to my php files from the debug to the release folder manually. I know they can be linked so they do so on compile (and I am hoping also included in srcview) but never took the time to figure out what the proceedure is.
About time I guess Suggestions?

What I have been doing is creating a new folder in your src maybe like "scripts" or something. Then you can create a .php file in there and when you double click to open it should open your default .php editor. Now when you do a release build it will include the folder "scripts" in your bin-release.
Then do something like
<s:HTTPService id="my_http_service" url="./scripts/script.php" result="my_http_service_resultHandler(event)" resultFormat="e4x">
The only problem I have run into is when testing locally you will need to have a copy on a server, unless you have apache running locally.

How to stop php file opening in Dreamweaver

Hi,
I have never used Dreamweaver and I am not using it at present, but after installing Xampp on my PC, the php files open in Dreamweaver. The pages are blank so cannot even be modified. Is there a way I can stop these files opening in Dreamweaver?

Dreamweaver cannot open files if it is not installed. Be sure to check the Windows programs or Applications folder on a Mac. You can also run the Adobe Clean Script to remove all remnants of Adobe programs on your computer.

Alternatively you can always right click on a file in Windows or on a Mac and choose the associated program and change all files. By default those files will open in a text editor unless an HTML editor is around.

How to save php files w/out testing server?

Don't shoot me, I'm totally not a techie. I know HTML pretty
well, but not php. But I did take over maintenance of a site built
with php. I use DW MX and never installed php. The site doesn't do
anything dynamic, but it does use includes. This is all fine, but
here's the problem:
My client bought DW8 and is now taking over maintenance
himself. He's less techie than I am, by the way, but he has used
DW4 without problems. So he's trying to play around with the site,
creating a new file and saving it with his DW8. But he gets an
error message saying that he's supposed to define a testing server.
I told him to go into the edit sites section and specify "none" for
server model and access (that's how I have it set up with my DW
MX). He said he tried that and it still won't let him save his
files.
So is there some way to tell Dreamweaver that even though
he's using a .php extension, the files don't need to be tested
locally? I'm having a tough time helping him with a product I don't
even have.

There is no refresh. You need to close all instances of Acrobat (including those in the browser) and restart the application. Acrobat only reads through this folder on application initialization.

 Read the below instructions extracted from KB Article 1424833 and see if it helps
XML files need to be designed in a specific structure in order to work correctly in Xcelsius 2008. Below are some important conventions:-
1) The XML code should start and end with data tag like <data>...</data>.
2) Row and column tags must be used to encapsulate data.
3) Everything is case sensitive.
4) While inserting a range in XML data connection, the range name should be similar to the variable name defined in the XML code.
The xml code should look like this:-

<variable name="ExampleRange">
<row>
<column> Row1 Column1 value </column>
<column> Row1 Column2 value </column>
<column> Row1 Column3 value </column>
</row>
</variable>
</data>
In Xcelsius, we have to give range name=ExampleRange and then assign the Excel cell to load the data.

How to refresh .properties files.

I am using Struts 2.0.
Here is my question:
I have admin. section where I have provided facility to change the caption of label displayed at public side.
Name of labels come from .properties file. Now using Property object I access my resourse file & using setProperty() method I have changed value of respective key.
To get conformation that changes are affected I have openned this file & diplayed it on console. Changes are made successfully but when I see the label of public side, they are unchanged (After refreshing web page).
According to my knowledge, when ever application is loaded first contents of .properties file are loaded in memory, so even if we change the file contents, references present in memory are not changed.
Is there any way by which I can refresh memory content.
Since .properties file is change but its change are not affected on memory.
Possible solution for it is that I shall restart my application. Is that possible by programming.
Any other solutions will be appreciated.

.properties files is updated perfectly.
One of the thing which I noticed is that when I openned .properties file to check updates and close it, Now I pressed refresh button, Change are found to be made on Browser.
But next time I again made changes but didn't open .properties file & pressed refresh button no changes where made on browser.
So I found that by openning file explicitly change are made in browser,
Keeping this thing in mind I created on File object & displayed entire file on console.
It showed changed file content, but changes are not found on Browser.
So whats exactly happening here?

Contact Form: How do i create a link from an XML file to another domain to read a PHP File

So i purchased a template from Template Monster and im having a little trouble with the contact form. The server that im uploading it to is a privite server that the company owns. It supports ASP and not PHP. I cant seem to get the ASP form to work so all i want to do it create a link to another one of there servers that supports PHP and have the contact form link to there and read the PHP file (that i will upload to that server) and send the email from there.

You can open both Muse files at once, copy the content of a page on one site, then paste it into a new page on the other site. You might have to redo some of the page styling.

However if you look at the Object model closely you will notice properties that if you can think outside the box will allow you to treat the imported file like a query section.
