You can turn off In-App subscriptions > iTunes Store: Purchasing and managing auto-renewing subscriptions
But as far as a refund goes, Apple's policy states that, "all sales are final" > iTUNES STORE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The iTunes source list is where you select things like your Music, Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts, AudioBooks in your iTunes library, and where your iTunes playlists for music is located.
Selecting your iPhone under Devices in the iTunes source list is how you make your various selections for syncing content with iTunes on your computer.

Hello iTouch questions,
This can be done by choosing the File menu in iTunes (if it doesn't appear, you may need to hit the 'Alt' button on your keyboard, it will appear at the top of the window), then Devices, then Transfer Purchases.
After connecting your device to the computer and its icon appears in iTunes, go to the File menu, then Devices, and choose Transfer Purchases from "(Your device name)".

1) Congratulations on purchaing an iMac. But an iMac is not considered a laptop.
2) Apps you bought for you iPhone and iPad can interchange with each other, but can NOT run on an Imac or a MacBook.
You will have to buy the same title again from the Mac App Store. When you do, you can run them on your iMac and your MacBook.

We are not psychic... You don't tell us what country's store you are using or even what the app is...
Go to the App store in iTunes. Find the page for the app, and click the link for the developers web site.

How to find my app purchases for iTunes, I mean the receipt not the apps.

I have tried for months to find how to see my app purchases for my iPad2. Under support I can see a receipt so presume it's possible but when I follow the directions I am not finding, keep ending up on the screen for everything including purchased but that is all the apps. I paid for an app which provides additional templates for Pages for iPad including envelopes of various sizes. When I downloaded and opened the app I found all the envelope templates were for U.S. standard sizes. As I live in England and use European standard envelopes, this was useless to me. The developer confirmed they did not cover European sizes and that this was not stated on his app site, and suggested I apply for a refund from the iTunes Store. I did this via the 'report a problem' facility but the instant response was that they had noted the problem but suggested contacting the developer, which, of course, I had already done so. As I'd reported on this app purchase, I found I could not go further on the iTunes Store site.
If anyone can tell me how to reapply for a refund I'd be grateful.

Purchases are considered final, but you can try the 'report a problem' link to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
To try and stop it happening again you can turn off in-app purchases on your iPad via Settings > General > Restrictions, and you can require your password to be entered for every download.

Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.
