How can I fix iPhone 4 to have instagram appear in settings - privacy - photos?

Instagram does not appear in settings -> privacy -> photos for me to turn "on". How can I fix this? I have an iphone 4 with IOS 7.1.1.
Instagram is uploaded on my iphone and I can access my account. I just can't upload photo's because I can not turn the photo feature on in settings for instagram. It does not appear as a selection under photos.

I read other posts in the community and reset my location and privacy in settings -> general. I then logged out of my instagram account and shut down my phone. After I turned my phone back on, I logged onto instagram and tried to upload a photo. The program then asked me several questions related to uploading pictures, after that I was able to access my pictures to upload on instagram!

Hi,
As far as I know, you may need to schedule the VF04 billing due list to run in the background at regular interval like for example every 30minutes.

I replaced my old iphone with a new iphone and cannot register it with my existing itunes account. I discovered this when I noticed that my calendars weren't syncing. Do I need to open a new itunes account or can I change the device/iphone in my exisitng itunes account? Usually I can figure these things out, Apple is pretty intuitive, however, I am stumped on this one!

Lawrence Finch has a very good suggestion. I don't even have Siri turned on, but I can answer my iPhone with voice while driving because when a call comes into my very basic Plantronics Bluetooth headset (about $30), the earpiece itself asks me to say "Answer" or "Ignore."
The headset has about an 11 hour talk time, so its standby time should be several days I guess. But if it is a disabled person who needs this capability 24/7 and doesn't want to leave the earpiece in all the time, then I guess they do need an answer that will always work with the iPhone itself, since unlike the earpiece the iPhone can be left plugged in for calls without being worn.

The app is not necessary; that's for tracking an iOS device from another iOS device. You would however have had to set up the Find My iPhone service on your iPhone prior to losing it. If you did not, then there's no way to track it. Notify the police and change the passwords to any of your online services that you may have used from the iPhone (the iTunes Store for instance).

How to re-install iPhone apps that have been deleted on the iPhone?

I've installed a number of iPhone apps onto my iPhone via iTunes. I've then deleted some of them on my iPhone. I now want one of the deleted apps back. It's still visible in my iTunes Applications, as well as in Music/iTunes/Mobile Applications.
How do I get it re-installed into my iPhone? So far I've tried:
- redownloading the app from the iTunes store, and selecting Buy and pressing OK to re-install
- double-clicking on the .ipa file in Music/iTunes/Mobile Applications
After each of the above I resync my iPhone. But still the app won't re-install on my iPhone.

Does anyone know how to sync 3gs iphone if you have Kaspersky? I keep getting stuck at preparing to sync (2 of 4).

I am having problems syncing my calendar and contacts to my 3gs iphone: someone told me that Kaspersky is the problem. Help!

Try disabling or uninstalling it temporarily to see if that clears it up. If that fixes it, you'll either need to talk to the vendor or find another antivirus solution.

New powerbook battery - 1 year warranty? How to register?

Recently bought a second battery for my 15" G4/1.33. The powerbook is out of warranty, but I wanted to register the battery. From what I see at Apple's web site, though, there's no way to register a battery serial number for warranty purposes. Anyone know different? Is the battery covered by 1 year warranty? It works fine, I just wanted to be sure re. coverage, especially as some batteries have had problems in the past (e.g., the battery recall). Given the price of batteries, I would hope they're covered!
Anyone know how to register? Or do you have to call Applecare?

Why "common sense"? As opposed to stated specifications and international laws?
Anyway, there's a little booklet-type warranty card in the box with the battery, sealed in plastic, which is entitled "One (1) Year Limited Warranty - Worldwide".
Re. common sense, seeing as Apple sells these batteries thru its web site store, and the batteries are compatible with a lot of powerbooks that are out of warranty, clearly the warranty on the battery refers to the battery, not the powerbook.
I guess Apple just goes by the date on the sales receipt, which is okay; it's just that they usually want you to register the product at their site too.
Re. the warranty not being good for one year: I think this should be supported by people's experiences. Anyone ever get denied coverage on a new battery that was faulty?
I guess Apple could always debate what "faulty" means, i.e. if a fairly new battery only lasts 1 hour, to me that's faulty, but maybe to Apple it's just "normal wear and tear". Whatever.
Though in Apple's warranty terms for the battery, they clearly state "if a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period..." etc. I guess it could be just up to Apple's customer service people to decide what a "defect" is. Oh well.
