I am currently purchasing the Creative Cloud. I already downloaded the Adobe application manager successfully. I already have photoshop and after effects downloaded with no problems. For some reason i am trying to download adobe flash professional it says that I already downloaded but can't find it anywhere on my computer. I looks everywhere in my folders. How can I access the program. How can i uninstall and reinstall it again.

Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. If you're using Vista or 7, now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Application Support" and then click "Repair". If you're using XP, head into your Add or Remove Programs control panel, select "Apple Application Support", click "Change" and then click "Repair".
If no joy after that, try the more rigorous uninstall/reinstall procedure from the following post. (If you've got XP, although the procedure is for Vista and 7, just read "Computer" as "My Computer", read "Uninstall a program control panel" as "Add or Remove programs control panel" and assume the system is 32-bit, and you'll be doing the right things.)

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Reinstalling programs, how?!

Hello people,
I deletet my Bridge CC, not my creative cloud cant update itself and keeps telling me that bridge is installed, though it s definately not. i tried some things, like logging out and logging in again, i tried to download it in the download center on adobe.com, none of it worked. anybody knows how to reinstall it again? how to tell creative cloud app that bridge is gone so it lets me download it again. it keeps telling me that i need to update it, i click on the button, and it tells me later that the update is completed, although there is no bridge at all, as i said what the heck!?

After a computer crash I lost my Adobe XI programme. I have it on my portable but how to reinstall it without disks about but with Original Adobe XI number on my desktop? I have a cable which links computers would that work?.

You have to reinstall. Either use the same install file you used on your portable or download from http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html.

The last iTunes update failed and ever since then I have received the following message:
APSDaemon.exe-System error - MSVCR80.dll is missing. Reinstall program.
I have uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled it but without success. As well, I downloaded the Microsoft Visual C ++ 2005 Service Package MFC Security Update and it still doesn't resolve the issue. What next?

How to reinstall pre-installed iWorks after hard drive replaced?

iWork was pre-installed on my iMac (July 2010) 3.2 gHz i3 running OS10.6.8. The original hard drive was recalled by Apple and replaced. I backed up all data to Crash Plan prior to the change out. When I tried to open any of the iWorks programs I received the following error message:

Thanks, mate, but the computer did not come with any iWork DVD. It only had the OS install disc and the Application restore disc, neither of which contain iWork. The error message reads: "Pages cannot be opened because of a problem. Check with the developer to make sure Pages works with this version of Mac OS X. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and Mac OS X. Clic Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple."

I click on the launcher and nothing happens, 15 min later it will tell cant connect to the server.
My computer is a windows 8.1; 64 bit operating system. I am stationed in South Korea, but that should not affect the program. Help please.

Could you please let me know what changes have you made in the registry.
You might need to uninstall Adobe Reader from Control Panel and try install it again from the following link:
Adobe Reader Install for all versions
Please ensure that you are logged in as administrator and anti-virus is disabled as that might interrupt installation.
Try again and then let me know.

I instralled the After Effects trial program and it was running okay for a few days, then I was hit with a warning to reinstall plugins. How to reinstall plugin Media Core CFHD AVI importer 32 and MOV importer 32.pm?

Has anyone figure this out?
I started getting this after installing GoPro Studio 2.
Uninstalling it and even deleting the plugins manually didn't work, and neither did reinstalling AE.
All I could get was stop getting the error message at start-up but the problem is that any .AVI file that I import only plays audio, no video.
Please, any help appreciated.
