In this first i will give approval stage to one user, now i have to remove that user from the approval stage. but in my approval templates ( in that stages column) i have give to that approval stage user. now i remove that approval stage user. i have untik the active check also . when i remove that approval template this error will come in to picture. _"Cannot remove. There are existing authorization processes based on the current template. Message 3621-8"

Perhaps this may help you. We have had a similar problem regarding making changes to an existing Approval Stage process since we updated to 8.81 PL07.
We used to be able to make changes to the authoriser for an approval stage (i.e. change the authoriser to a different person), but in PL07 onwards I believe SAP have put in place checks to ensure better consistency of data. Basically, if there are pending approvals based on an approval stage, then you cannot make changes to that Approval Stage until those approval requests have all been processed, i.e. either APPROVED or REJECTED. You have to make sure that there are no outstanding approvals, before the system will let you change the Approval Stage.
This was our scenario:
We had an Approval Template using an Approval Stage. The approval was for Sales Orders. We had to make sure that there were no Pending Approvals for Sales Orders. You can check for these by Administration->Approval Procedures->Approval Status Report.
After this, we also had to make sure that any Sales Orders (drafts) that have already been APPROVED, but have not yet been ADDED were either then ADDED, CLOSED or REMOVED. We used the DOCUMENT DRAFTS REPORT in SALES REPORTS to find any still OPEN draft orders that had an approval status of APPROVED. Use the Forms Setting to display the STATUS and APPROVAL STATUS columns in this report.

How do you remove or add values to standard enumeration type fields?

There's a Value list called Project Status you can edit to customize your list of project statuses.
The Collaborator Role Definitions can be edited by going to SETUP>General> Collaborator Role Definitions
however, i would not remove the Approver role as this would hinder system functionality surrounding approval workflows.

Remove approver in a PO workflow

Hi Anand,
You would need to provide a lot more detail before anyone could really help you in a forum.
For example, how are approvers determined? Are you using a standard or custom workflow? Are you in SRM or in ECC?
There could be hundreds of ways to remove approvers, but probably only one or two which would work for you.

Remove Approval Required for SIT in SSHR

We've added Special Information to Employee Self Service but it goes through the approval hierarchy. How do we de-activate this so that no approval is required. The SIT is forms based.

All the SSHR workflow transactions are by default included in an AME condition which goes to the supervisor hierarchy.
To disable this rule:
either remove the SIT JSP_PRC attribute from this standard AME Condition (it will be easy to spot as it has a long list of workflow process names in the condition)
or
remove the AME call from the function parameters for this workflow transaction. The parameters will look something like this
&pAMETranType=SSHRMS&pAMEAppId=800&pProcessName=HR_GENERIC_APPROVAL_PRC

Remove approve reject link in the notification

Hi,
I want to remove the approve and reject link in the notification. I only want the users to log on and approve and reject. The email has to be HTML mail. How do you hide or remove the approve and reject link ONLY for my wf notifications and not for everyone else's.

Hi,
You cannot change the functionality for only one notification or process. If you want to send summary emails, then you need to set either the global preference or the user preferences. This impacts all notifications in the system for that particular user.
There is no other way to remove the links from an email, but leave them in the notification.

I saved a basic report form I'd made in "My Templates" in Numbers. Now, I've used it to make a monthly report for my organization and want to save that report in the organization's file, not in "My Templates". How do I do this"? This response applies to Numbers '09, operating under Mac OS X version 10.8.x (Mountain Lion). It may not be accurate for the same version operating under OS X v10.7.x (Lion).
If your original report form was saved using File > Save as Template, Number will have automatically placed it into your My Templates folder, and it will appear in the My Templates section of the Templates Chooser.
When you choose that template to open a new document, the new document will open as "Untitled"
Click Save at this point to open the Save dialogue.
Change the Name of the document in the Save As: box. (hilited)
IF the dialogue shows only the Save AS: box, the Where: popup and two buttons (Save and Cancel), as seen above, click the disclosure triangle to the right of the Save AS box to get the display below (plus a list of the files and folders in the folder indicated in the pop-up)
Change the destination folder by navigating to the one in which you want it saved. (Pop-up below the title box, and file/folder list in window)
When the pop-up shows the name of the folder in which you want to save the document, Click Save.
Now begin working on the document you have created, named, and shown Numbers where you want saved.
Numbers will now automatically save that document in that folder when you press command-S or choose Save from the File menu.
You need to go through the steps above for each new document.

I have been running a successful podcast for over two years. Suddenly 2 weeks ago, I received an email from [email protected] saying that there was something technically wrong with my feed and that it had been removed. After digging and digging, I found nothing so I resubmitted to which I received another email saying:

How do I remove the template from my template based pages?

Here is the deal... I'm using Dreamweaver 8 and every page in
my site is based off a Dreamweaver template. My site has gotten so
big that I am going to ditch the template now and use PHP includes
for the header and footer sections of the site. In order to do this
I need to delete the locked template code in all of my pages and
replace it with the PHP includes. The problem is that it won't let
me do this in Dreamweaver even when I'm in code view. I try to copy
all of the light gray code (which is the locked template code) and
delete it but it just won't let me. I know there must be a way to
do this, but how?

I found the answer. You have to use finder and go to the Library, then to iWork, then to Pages, then My Templates. You then send them to the trash or drag and drop them somewhere else.

Clicked on a lightroom template and now can't get it to go away when trying to print my photos. How can I remove the template option when I want to print photos?

Using Lightroom 5 on Mac. Trying to print photos and clicked on a lightroom template to see what it was about. Now all the photos i want to print apply this template and I can't figure out how to clear this template. HELP!!

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
