How to remove bands caused by dot structure of printed original

Using digital photography to capture the image of a large poster printed with dot structure. Portions of the image have bands caused by the pattern of dots. Resizing and rotating doesn't reduce or eliminate. What is the best way to remove these bands in Photoshop? Note: clone tool not satisfactory (causes fuzziness, blurring). Tried selecting the affected area(s) and using Gaussian Blur but bands are too wide. Same for Dust and Scratches. Maybe there isn't a good way to remove them. Anyone have experience with this?

As Curt says. It is Moiré pattern from the dots. This one goes way back to the legendary Wayne Fulton's Scan Tips.Com which was set up in 1997!

I found out that the relation between the packages saved in table TDEVC.
Field PARENTCL contains the surrounding package 'B' of the package 'A' field DEVCLASS.
At the moment the only way to remove the package is to modify the table.
But i look for another possibility for this issue.

In an 8bit format like PNG you only have 1024 unique levels...
1024 is 10 bits. 8 bits is 256.
But PNG is an RGB 8-bit per channel format. That yields 256^3 (i.e.; 24-bit or 16.7 million) potential "levels" (colors).

What is the final use?
What will be the distance across the gradient in its final use?
You have to consider whether the banding is actually in the raster image, or if it is merely an artifact of where/how the image is being viewed.
Banding is not a simple matter of image color depth. Banding is a device-dependent phenomena. The banding you see on your monitor is not the same banding that will be seen on your grayscale laser printer; is not the same banding that will be seen on your CMYK inkjet printer; is not the same banding that will be seen on press. Banding in print is generally more a function of levels of gray (per separation) of the imaging device, and can vary depending on the halftone ruling (assuming conventional AM screening).
Depending on the answers to the questions above, you may very well be fretting over nothing.

Fairly new to editing in Adobe CS. But I am having problems with one of my clips, and I just cannot figure out a solution.
I fly a multicopter with a gopro moounted. Today I had to use a 'backup' drone of mine that occasionaliy give me video with a ;ripple' caused by vibration from the props. Usually I just cut out the video that has this ripple, but the video I have now has it all, and I cannot figure out an effect, or fix in either Premiere Pro or After effects to clean it up.

Okay I am deleting me first response because I didn't look at your video, I just assumed, and assumed incorrectly that you were talking about rolling shutter problems. The flicker you are seeing is caused by lens flare because you have no lens hood and the sunlight is coming down through the props. There's a great deflicker plug-in that will probably fix your shot.

In case you're wondering about what I said before, I had assumed that your problem was caused by Rolling shutter problems. The best way to solve rolling shutter problems is to shoot a high frame rate then run warp stabilizer or a rolling shutter repair plug-in. There are several to choose from.

Unfortunately, there is no way in Outlook to change or remove the name or message header which is being displayed at the top of a printed message. It is tied to the Display Name of your email account which you can’t modify yourself for an Exchange account.

hello, i have LR 5 on my iMac running Mavericks OS...i am very happy with it except for when i print from the print module when the pictures are black and white...color seems to be fine...but, the problem is that there are vertical lines space evenly apart running down the pictures...generally if it is with sky as a background...but the lines do run through the main subject as well...any suggestions...thanks in advance...

Numbers does not have a print gridlines/don't print gridlines option.
In Numbers, there are Cell Borders. They are not the same as Gridlines in Excel. In Numbers, you must set the Cell Borders to your liking.
Here is a screen shot of Table 1 with 1 pt gridlines. Those gridlines will print.
Table 1-1 (selected in the Sheets Pane on the left of this screen shot) has a grid that is visible to help you while you are working on it:
I selected Table 1-1 (the square 'handles' show that the whole Table is selected)
and then in Inspector > Graphic > Stroke > None.
Here is a screen shot of Sheet 1 after File > Print...
Table 1 (1 pt cell borders) will print with borders. Table 1-1 (Stroke > None) will not print with Cell borders.

Please don't instruct me to delete the Solution Center program and re-install with the CD that came with printer. The install program is looking for the original temporary install directory (7ZSxxxxx) in the dialog box. Since this was probably deleted from the computer you need to you run the HP Printer install program for your printer up to the point it has extracted all files and arrives at the HP install screen - it will create a new folder of a similar file name in the temp folder (usually 7ZSxxxxx) . access the folder by "Start" "Run" "%temp%" and rename the folder to the name that is showing in the dialog box. (The dialog box can usually be made to reappear by starting the HP Solution Center if not showing) Now click "OK " and the install should finish and ask for a restart.

in a complex report ,when there are only 20 pages,and linecount is 65(2) ,in the last page only 27 lines are filled and data is completed.then blank lines are printing from 27th line to 63 line.then end of page is triggering.

These statements allow you to specify whether you want to output blank lines or not. Use SET BLANK LINES ON to output blank lines or SET BLANK LINES OFF to suppress them.
