How to remove duplicate events in my ical icloud calendars?

I have too much duplicate events in my icloud calendars.
How can I remove them automatically?
Is there any App available that works?

For anyone else reading this post, keep in mind that if you see "duplicates" with the MobileMe calendar it may mean you are seeing two separate copies of the same calendar. Before spending time deleting individual events read this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3505

Duplicate calendar entries can definitely clutter up iCal. I found an article that has specifically addresses duplicate birthday entries in iCal. You can find the steps under section titled "7. Clean up birthdays and use the Birthday Calendar" in the following article:

Hello All,
I see a lot of topics on how to remove duplicate songs but there is one thing I would like to know if its possible...
I would like to remove my duplicates but I still want to see the songs as part of the albums. Example: lets say the same song is present in 3 different albums. I would like to remove 2 of them but have them still showing up as part of the 3 albums. This way the albums remain "complete".
Is there any way to tool available that can do that? Maybe keeping something like a symbolic link in place of the songs that were deleted?
Any help would be appreciated.

On the PC or Mac in iTunes, in the File-menu, select "Show Duplicates". Clean them there and resync to your iPod.

If you have any apps that were acquired with the old ID they will always be tied to that ID. Delete them and reacquire them with the new ID that you have in Settings > iTunes and App Store

Then you should see the window pictured in my first post here. In that window, click Continue after selecting the date you want to print (under the Time range header), and then it will ask you which printer to print to. Click Print and that's all.
