How to remove '#' field in Filter

Hi gurus,
    I am working in BEx-Analyzer. I have created a workbook with some filters such as dropdown, check box etc..
    While using check box, there is an additional option named as '#' is displayed in the check box...
     Can anyone pls guide me to remove the '#' symbol from the filter criteria...

Hi Sundar,
      I had done it already. But the thing is while opening the workbook for the next time, it again shows the ' # ' value again by default.
     This value is displayed only upto the refreshing of workbook. After refreshing, it is automatically excluded from the filter.
      So I need a solution so that it won't appear while opening the workbook for the first time itself.
       Pls help me in this problem...

But, out of interest, what's the use case for removing tags by filter? Tags are normally used to facilitate or prompt human intervention and I don't immediately see the value of clearing a tag in a filter. Why tag if a filter will be dealing with it anyway?

How to remove fields from Standard Screen

Hi,
I Have faced one problem in screens(se51). When apply one SAP Note i have to change the screen manually(as per Note ) . My requirement is to remove some text fields and label fields. But I cant delete the Fields.
Normally just select the object and Press delete Key to remove one object from screen. But here it is not working.
How can i remove the objects from the screen as per SAP Note.

How to remove a custom filter

I've an interesting problem (if you want to use that word). I've a user that tried to access the Tasks.aspx page, and upon entry the grid responds with red error text saying "An error has occurred", and then the page finishes rendering. A side
effect of this is that all the actions in the ribbon are disabled.
What seems to be the issue is that a filter was created, with start and end dates, and there is an error in the filter (something along the lines of 'start date cannot be after end date'). How this got in this state really isn't the problem, I just
want to get rid of the filter for that user.
Normally you'd go into the ribbon, and select "No Filter". However, as the actions are all disabled in the ribbon, this person cannot clear it out.
Is there a way to, via either PowerShell, or via entry into the underlying database tables, remove this person's filter? This issue right now basically prevents them from doing anything in the Tasks.aspx page.

Hey Sachin, unfortunately we have no clue as the screen show no information other than the error message in the grid. Below is the Soap error that I was able to grab via Fiddler2.

If you notice in the errInfo node it says GetMyWorkForGridJsonFromViewUid: Start date cannot occur after finish date. To me this says that it's a Filter error on the view. Unfortunately I cannot select
No Filter in the ribbon as all the buttons are disabled.
So, is there a way via a script, or via the modification of some data in a database table, to remove the user's filter that way?
Or, am I incorrect in assuming that the issue is a filter one?

How to remove fields from view V_QCMBSEG for table BSEG

By mistake have appended 5 fields in standard table BSEG, after that i have deleted that appended structure from table, while deleting from different views network got disconnected i lost connection from server.
So process get terminated and those fields left in view V_QCMBSEG.
Because of this table partially activated.... is there any way to delete it

How to remove # fields from my report

Hi,
In our Bex query, fields which have no data are displayed as '#'. because of this many fields are shown '#' since no data for those fields. As this looks odd we want in our report , these fields to be shown as blank ' ' instead of '#'. Is it possible to make those fields leave empty instead of showing up #.
I have searched all the forum questions found similar questions but could not find a convincing answer .

How to remove fields and the space the occupy form a form before printing

I have a dynamic form which should only print certain portions depending on checkboxes (if checkbox is checked, print paragraph; otherwise, don't print). I am using javascript to change the paragraph form visible to hidden prior to printing. I would like to also eliminate the blank space when I make the paragraph hidden. In other words, I want to collapse the pdf document based on the user inputted check boxes. Anybody have a simple solution? I am using LiveCycle Designer 7.1.

The paragraph that you want to hide, and the object below it, need to be contained in a subform that is set to Content: Flowed. This will allow everything inside that subform to move up when an object is hidden. If you set the Content of a subform to Positioned, it will place objects at the exact position that you specify when you design the form, regardless of whether other objects are visible or hidden.

But it is not working.

If you want to remove all empty tags and you dont to complicate your message mapping, you can use a XSL, after the message mapping, to remove all the empty tags:

The first two problems (box cycling from element to element on page, scroll bar returning to top) can be caused by a stuck (or defective) Tab key on the keyboard. Such damage can be caused by a liquid spill; just one tiny droplet is enough to short a wafer switch under one key.
The last issue (black box, white text - sounds sorta like a debugger window) I haven't seen, but could be caused by something similar.
To check for that, try using a different keyboard. If you're using a wireless keyboard, turn it off and see if the oddities stop.
