How to remove large number of "sent" but still keep them available in case I need to search for something?

Over several years, I have accumulated some 1400 messages in the SENT folder.
Lately my Thunderbird is taking a long time for some actions that used to be instant, like selecting another message to read or delet.
I regularly remove incoming messages to keep the in-box under 300, and I have almost nothing in the other folders.
I tried changing the "local folders" to a different directory, but when I do that, all the old "sent" messages become un-available for searching and potentially continuing a conversation.
Is there a way to move the large number of "sent" messages from the "local folders" but still keep them available for access from within Thunderbird, in case I need something from past chains of replies?

You can copy them to another computer, and you can re-download purchased apps at no extra charge. Migration Assistant does not remove files from the computer that is migrated.
To re-download your purchased applications just log into the App Store with the Apple ID used to purchase them. Click on the Purchases icon in the toolbar. You will find all your purchased applications listed with an Install button to the right.

It seems absolutely so easy but I don't know how to upload the pictures from my phone onto my icloud account on my computer. I used the Beta but then I was using too much data. I have a son and daughter that are getting a ipod touch tomorrow or Friday depending when I get all the controls set in place so I have a few questions and if I post in the wrong forum then mods please move them to the proper forums if necessary. I am new to the forums and this will be my first post. Here we go.
My Kids and I have always shared our music on our previous ipods which weren't touch ipods so we need to be able to share the music but I need to figure out a way they can share the music and still be able to download free applications and games and some paid stuff as well with their own Itunes money but I need to do all this without compromising my itunes password which will be needed to download the content from what I've seen by playing with the ipod touches they will get while I've been setting them up.
Is this possible for them to share music but have their own application account or can I give them child accounts kind of like the xbox live where I can control them from downloading unless they have me present ?
I do have one child that lives with her mom in the next town over and this is going to be a problem as we move forward because she will want access to the music as we move forward but its my understanding if we have the same account we sync off of that we can share apps as well , is this true or not ?
If we keep my daughter on my account is there a way that she can share the music and have it on her computer at home without compromising my itunes cash loaded onto my account or my credit card info as well ?
There are so many avenues and possibilities that it's hard to kind of network all these ideas into reality so thats why I turned to the forums where the power users are.
If anyone can point me in the right direction this would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the discussions,
you can handle the app installation on each device by using the Restriction settings of the ipod touch. For example if you disable the app installation, the icon will not be visible and no apps can be installed using iTunes, as the program pane will be grayed out as well.

Apps only work with the account you used buying them and can't be shared.

Is it possible to delete photos from an iPhone but still keep them on iCloud?

I currently have a lot of photos on my iPhone(5c) and I need to have more storage. If I delete directly from my phone will they still be available on iCloud?

before i was using my photo stream and i could access the photos from all the devices but since the last update I only have one album "all photos" and every time i try to delete a photos it says that it will be deleted from iCloud as well. I also tried importing them on my macbook but i can only import 600 photos and on my iPhone there are over 2000 photos.

Be Sure the External drive is Formatted Mac OS Extended (journaled)
After you are satisfied they are Safely on the External... You could even Select a Couple on the External and check that they Open and Run...
Then... Discounect the External and Delete the particular Applications from your Internal.
Then... if you like... Reconnect the External and Select a Couple of the Applications and check that they Open and Run...

You don't need iTunes for that. Simply connect the iPhone to the PC where it will be recognized as a camera. You can then select the photos you wish to transfer, transfer them, and delete them.

1) Material serial number removed procedure as follows.
Using T-Code MM02-change material code to the respective plant(6000),storage location,sales org and then give input data to the material view screen basic data1, basic data2...... In the view Plant data / Stor.2 input screen General plant parameters options Serial no.profile - '0001', SerLevel - '1' data to be removed during change/edit of the material. After that doing MIGO for the material serial number should not asked and also not displayed.

Not sure where you find, "LOG_MESSSAGE_ADD". I don't actually find this option in the documentation.
The domains that mails are coming from and being sent to are certainly logged in the normal mail.log, so why mess with additional logging options? If you're talking about "LOG_CONNECTION", I actually see no additional data that is useful to you.
If you decide to change the option.dat, you do indeed need to
imsimta cnbuild (note, it's not cnrebuild)

If I were facing the same issue, I'd be looking at the log parsing perl script, and simply modifying it to do what I wanted.

If it's not a jpeg or PDF, you can't download it on the iPad.

You can use T.code MASS and choose scheduling agreement and you see field LOEKZ there (deletion indicator) You can mark it for deletion and it can be undelete if you want in future.
If you want to block it with source list, you need to do LSMW or BDC for ME01 and for your agreement block it in a validity period for a plant
