How to remove or change wipe effect in MenuBar?

Does anyone know how to remove or change the default wipe
effect in Flex 3's MenuBar? I've seen several mentions online about
an openDuration property in the Menu class, but not in MenuBar. I
would greatly prefer to have either no effect or just a very brief
fade.
A solution in either MXML or ActionScript would be greatly
appreciated.

We had an old version of Dreamweaver (DW-MX) in which I have found the layer. It apears to be an image made in Photoshop.
The way I solved the problem now is that I deleted the layer in DW-MX and made a new background image. I am no pro, just an amateur

How to remove all changes made to an image in Camera Raw -

In CS4 with latest ver. of Camera Raw, I think there is a way to remove all changes previously made to an image while using Camera Raw.
In other words after doing this the little icon in the upper right hand corner of an image in Bridge that indicates changes have been applied to an image, should be gone. Another way of asking this would be to say, how can I start all over again with the original image in Camera Raw by removing all changes prefiously made to it in Camera Raw?

Sorry, I don't know the answer to that for sure*. As a certified old geezer who avoids cluttering his mind with stuff that can easily be looked up in a menu, I stay away from keyboard shortcuts as much as I can, using only those applicable system wide, the most obvious ones in Photoshop like deselect, etc.
* However, since no such shortcut appears next to the menu command, I doubt there is one.
You could create an action and assign it a key command, though. Doh!
Never mind. That was a total brain short circuit. You can't create actions in Bridge. You'll need a script. Ask in the Bridge Scripting forum.

I am currently doing a stop-amimation using imovie '13 (10.0.2).
When I move photos into the movie sequence, they automacitcl have ken burns applyed.
Obviosly this is bad for a stop-animation, I need the whole photo and for it not to move!
how to I remove it? please help!

Select project and click on Settings above the viewer. Against "Photos placement" choose "Fit" or "Crop" rather than "Zoom". This will prevent KB effect on new photos that are added. Exisiting ones you will have to change individually (or possibly copy and paste into a new project with Fit or Crop set - not sure if this will work).

CSS font style in main template. How to remove or change...

Hi, made a boo boo the other day while messing with my spry menu bar from the main template. I was trying to change the font size on the sub-menu as the drop down had gone off the page. I was fooling around with it and inadvertantly changed/added several styles that were already being used on other pages throughout the site. For instance "style 19" used to be 24 pixels high and not in the main template. (right under spry assets styles.) Now it's there and every page that used this style is now showing VERY LARGE font as I somehow changed it to 113pixels. (type-o that I didn't realize was being saved and changing a style.)
If that made sense to anyone, what do I do now? Do I go to the main template and change the size to what I know they should be then update all the pages, leaving "redundant tags". Do I delete the style altogeter from the main template?..not sure what that would do.
and last, once I finally get it right, how do I upload these changes. Putting the main teimplate, css style sheet? Spry menu? all?

What I can do is actually go back to the page in question, and I can see the "old" style 18 and what the size should be, then see the new one. So I will be able to tell what the old size was. These styles affected are mainly for colored font/names under our caddy girls. Each one might have her name in size 24 pixel font, in a different color depending on the page design. Long story short, is all the fonts that were 18 or 19 are now wrong.. and some other styles have been messed up as well
Maybe you can help me with this one too? On 3 or 4 font styles I must have been playing with the spry menu bar and adjusting the size not realizing I was in percentage mode and not pixels. By the time I figured it out I had changed 4 styles to 12 and 13 %. So the font is tiny in D.W. Would I just delete these altogether, or change these to what pixel size they should be? Even though it will create a redundant font tag. (which I'm not too concerned about unless I need to be.) Or should I change them to 100%?
Hope you can make sense of the above. I REALLY appreciate it. Was going to make the font on "really" very big but my days of messing with fonts are over!!!!

How to remove uncommitted changes made in a table through JAG?

Is there any possibility to remove the uncommitted row from a Table through JAG.
For Example,
If I Click " AddRow " button in a Table and enters value for all the Attributes in that particular Row and if I click the " Cancel " Button, that newly added uncommitted row should be removed by refreshing the Particular page.
Simillarly , if i update a column in a Row and press cancel button , the uncommitted value of that column should be rollBack to its commited value(ie., to its previous value).

You can generate a Delete? column in the table by setting the Group property Multi-Row Delete Allowed.
Other than that, you can generate it through JAG by using custom generator templates, like described in section 4.7 of the JHeadstart Developer's Guide. You can for example drag and drop the Rollback operation of the Application Module as a button and call it a Cancel button.

I did a program where there are informations with a structure of dependence that should be showed inside JTree components.
I realized this purpose in my program .
But I am findind very difficult (after having put the information inside the JTre in the start) to show them again inside the JTrees when they are changed.
I don't know how to remove or change the informations after they are put on the children of the JTree using the methods that I found in the documentation to reach this purpose...
I need some help ...
To explain well my problem, and facilitate the helpers, I post some code that show my problem..
The program show a GUI with some JTrees.
The informations are contained in two strings, and in the GUI are also two buttons that can load the informations inside the JTree when they are clicked.

I have not much practice with JTrees so I find some difficulty to use it...
After I got your advice, I made changed a little the design of my program..
This it is a program for management of a dentist office, and I would show in 8 JTrees (every jTree root represents the teeth in a dental arch) the treatments that each tooth got.
How I said, the 8 JTree roots are representing the teeth, and in this architecture the problem is:
- to add a node to a tree root to indicate a treatment for that tooth;
- to delete all the children from a jTree root before beginning to add new child, before writing again treatments, when the informations are changed.
Following your help, I made this two functions to reach this purpose:

Pricing changes are effective after 1 day

Hi gurus,
we are in the following scenario: CRM 2007 and ECC 5.0.
Creating a new condition record in ECC it is immediately downloaded in CRM system but do not take effect in example during sales transaction processing.
The day after the creation it magically works.
We have also tried stopping and restarting the virtual machine but it didn't work.
I think there is a buffer that records changes but we have not idea on how to make the changes immediately effective.

Scenario for Pricing takes Place as Such
You have maintained Pricing in ECC System and downloaded the same in SAP CRM system,
Now the Prices appear in SAP CRM system and are present with the Latest value in Pricing Tables in SAP CRM System.
Now the updated Prices donot appear in the Order,,Reason is the Virtual Machine Container has got all the Values of Prices for the Articles..Immediately after Changing the Prices in ECC the Changes appear in SAP CRM Tables but are not updated in the VM Container..when the VM Container Resets at Night automatically it reloads all the Prices from the Tables and your Changes reflect in the Order during the next day..
If you wish to Highlight the Changes immediately you may Reset the VM Container Manually and the Changed Prices shall reflect in the Order.

Completely new to the forums and I hopefully my query is straight forward. How do you change the direction in the pre-built tween effects available within Flash CS3 (primarily the Wipe effect). Example code:

Sorry for posting something so pointless!
You simply add 'startPoint:5' onto the end i.e.
var Animate_Box_2:Object = {type:Wipe, direction:Transition.IN, duration:1, easing:Strong.easeInOut, startPoint:5'};
TransitionManager.start(Box_2, Animate_Box_2);
startPoint:5' = can be any number depending on the direction of the Wipe you want.

What you really want is a way of automatically mirroring the the X and/or Y coordinates of the keyframes within the effect. This ability would be very useful.
But right now there's no way to do that. You'd have to do it manually. That effect actually uses the Slide parameter to generate the movement (instead of a discreet X/Y coordinate for the position.) Changing the first keyframe value of the Slide parameter to a negative number still doesn't give the effect I think you're looking for.
So, it's probably easier to just rebuild the effect the way you want it from scratch.

I'm learning how to use Premiere Elements 8 from Adobe's official Help document.
I'm currently working through Chapter 10, "Applying effects", section "Working with effect presets" -> "Apply an effect preset".
The Help document doesn't tell how to remove an effect preset you had applied.
I've tried to follow the instructions for removing regular effects, but they don't seem to work in the case of presets.
How can i remove effect presets from a clip?

I suspect it's actually a standard PE terminology that i'd better get acquainted with.
I wanted to address this part separately. Actually, "workflow" is more of a video, or at least NLE term, and is not specific to PrE.
As for terminology, this ARTICLE might prove useful.
As I attempt to point out, some of these terms might be applied slightly differently, depending on the exact program used. As a for instance, PrE 8 has moved all of the Export options to Share. I still write "Export/Share" in case a PrE 2 through 7 user reads it. Terms can change. Also, Avid might call one common operation by one name, and Final Cut Pro use a different one.
For me, I had to learn some new terms. I can from a film background. Terms were changed with video. For instance, my old Fade-to-Black is now Dip-to-Black in most NLE's. First time that I typed Fade-to-Black, everyone came back with "huh???"
I read a lot of books on general editing of both video and audio. Some authors use different programs, and though the core theories are the same, their terminology can be rooted in their program of choice.
Also, with regards to audio, many still use a lot of the terminology from the analog days, and keep them, because analog is still part of the workflow in most productions - think of the mics, for instance. There is generally less analog left in video, unless someone needs to telecine film to digital, or transfer VHS tapes to digital. More of the total workflow is all in digital, so my old film school terms have faded.
One of the things that I attempt to do is differentiate exaclty what I am talking about. If I type video, I mean video in general. If I type Video, I am talking about the video Assets in a Project. Notice that Assets is also capatilized, as that is a term from the NLE and is specific to all things, SFX, Video, Audio, etc. used. Sometimes I slip up. I use project to mean the whole thing, and Project to mean the setup in the NLE, that will result in either a .PREL, or .PRPROJ file from my Adobe editors. Does this make sense?
