I have sent a contact request to the wrong person on iphone 5s app. I have looked at other forums for help, but I still have no answers. Help anyone?!

you did? wow! Congrats! I've been searching everywhere for weeks! i sent a contact request to the wrong person. all the forums seem to show me how to just delete the contact off my skype, i need to cancel the contact request so they dont see it in their skype. i think you know what i mean! how did you do it?

That is very strange... I wonder if it has something to do with the firmware or some sort of error. I haven't ran into this but at the shop I work at I've ran into several firmware errors on iPhone 4 all the way through the 5s. Maybe its something as simple as putting a different part of the code into iTunes... I know you can something of this extent. I would look up error 1669, I know you have tried a number of things but look it up on the forum and see what fixes are available so that you may be able to restore it properly without all this garbage you are running into. Just a thought for you.

The problem is that all services are bundled with your Apple ID ([email protected]):
Your iCloud account (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Notes, Backups, etc.),
also iTunes & App Store purchases (Music, Movies, TV Shows, etc.),
and the iTunes Match services.
(I guess that all your devices - yours and your wife's are connected to one iTunes library, right?)
If you want that your wife gets her own iCloud account for Mail, Contacts, Calendars, etc. but gets also access to your media then you have two set up two things on her device:
iCloud (Settings > iCloud) with her account (e.g. [email protected])
and
iTunes & App Stores (Settings > iTunes & App Stores) with your account (e.g. [email protected]).
In this case she gets access to your library and could use the same iTunes Match account.

After trying to sync my secondary iphone with icloud I find that I have an enormorse amount of duplications. I would like to delete all contacts from the iphone and sync with what I have on my mac. I would prefer not to do a complete reset on the iphone for this will also create a lot of work. Does anyone have any thought as to how I might accopmlish this?
I believe scottishroyalty is mistaken. As far as I know there are no contacts stored within iTunes. He must mean that he deleted duplicate contacts within the Contacts app on his computer.
The issue I have with sberman's solution is that after using that method to delete all contacts on your iPhone, when you turn the Contacts switch back to "ON" in your phone's iCloud settings all the old contacts are put back on your phone and you're right back where you started.

What do you mean share?
It is not possible to send contacts from one iPhone to another without installing an app that would support this. Bump is one such app.
There is no functionality in iOS to do this. iCloud can share contacts across multiple iDevices, but it would be ALL contacts, just just a few. -
im not sure why only a few of my contacts have been synced and not everyone? How do i sync all contacts from my iphone to my ipad? I have synced my phone with Itunes on my laptop.
It's a good idea to backup your Mac Address Book application and iCal Calendars application from each application. This way you can go back and pull out items if you lose something. I do this everyday.

There has to be a better way than gong through and deleting one-by-one.Go into Settings...Mail, Calendar and Contacts and siwtch off the Contacts section from the account in question.
The phone should ask you if you want to keep or erase the contacts stored on you phone.

Some advice is to save those contacts to a gmail account instead to the Backup Assistant account. I read some other users were having problems with the Backup Assistant account deleting all contacts on their phone. -

a- Sync'd from your computer through iTunes (e.g. using iTunes to transfer Outlook or GMail contacts), or
