If you really don't want them ,you can delete them easily,
As all you know after you download appalications from anywhere ,it could be from apple app store or from other websites. They all can be disspeared if you don't like them .
First , If you installed from apple app store it will be really easily just click at the app on the launchpad, after few seconds all the apps will be all shaking like leaves ,yes they are scared .(No No don't delete me I am helpful !) You can delete them from the launchpad , I have tried many times . i tried to drug them in the the trash . But after them all jump back to where they are , So you need to open the Finder ---> click the download -----> find the file which is belong to the app (make sure ) ------->click it -----> drug it into the trash. then you can hear a little sound like you through it into the bin. it is really humanny isn't it ? then go back to the finder again .---->click the application -------> find the icon on there which is you just drag into the trash. do it again . take this one into the trash as well then you will find the icon on the launchpad is disppeared . at the end don't forget to empty your trash After that all job done , it is been deleted ,

If you are talking about some "Karaoke" method using Logic I'll try to offer one. Before that I must say that most of the Karaoke methods are based on reversing the Phase of one of the stereo channel and bussing or merging the stereo into Mono. The result is: killing all Pan Centered in the mix - like Main Vocal, Bass, Kick, SN ect.
The artifacts of the Stereo FX of the main vocal will stay in the Karaoke, cause the FX is stereo etc.
Here is the Logic Setup I can offer to try some Karaoke trick using Logic.
1. Import a Stereo mix into a Logic Stereo track.
2. Create another stereo track and duplicate (copy) the Original Mix region to the duplicated track.
3. Hard Pan L/R both stereo tracks.
4. Insert an EQ and Gainer plugins into the duplicated track (R).
5. Set the Output select of the both tracks to a Bus and assign the new Aux Track Switch mode to "Mono".
6. Open the Gainer plugin and thick the "Phase Invert" Right button.
7. To keep the "lowend" instruments like the bass and kick, open the EQ plugin and enable the Low Cut filter and try some Hz settings 80-115, or different Q which will sounds better for your Karaoke.

well to be 100% technical, no you didn't but that aside, it good to know there are ways for people to transfer music into the default apps without iTunes, if they have a need.
I tend to use 3rd party apps for documents, like your mentioned iExplorer etc, which are handy.
I see from a search the two "apps" you mentioned are not iOS apps, which I had assumed, SyncPod and FreeSync are apps for your computer, that would explain their access to the default Music/Video apps.
I had wondered how Apple had allowed iOS apps in the store that could get around the sandboxing in iOS of apps.

These sort of error usually occur when you're using a different character encoding to read the file than the one you wrote it with. Perhaps if you were to post the problem section of the file and/or the code that created it in the first place.
