how can i remove the incomplete procedure
my net value is comming incomplete so can any body suggest how can i remove this net value from my incomplete procedure...

Dear Subrat,
it is not sufficient to remove/change the incomplete procedure in Customizing to do the sales order complete. The reason is that the incompletion is already stored on the database (in the table VBUV). The correct way would be to reject the sales order item and then recreate it again. It is not recommended to change Customizing settings in the Live-system as not always the Customizing will be re-read again. So, the correct way would be to reject (or to delete, if there are no subsequent documents) the incomplete item and then re-create the item again after changing the customizing. Then the VBUV entry will be removed automatically.

I want block the sales order save without net value. So I set the incomplete procedure involving "net value" and also chose "IC-dialog" in function "Assign procedures to the sales document types". Because the material in sales order is configurable, system also prompt the configuration is incomplete if I did not finish configuration. Actually I did not add "VBAP-CUOBJ" into incomplete procedure. And I check table "TVUV", I found data "MP" at incomplete procedure field existing.
How can I remove the configuration check in incomplete procedure which was taken by SAP automatically?

Go to OVA2 and try this.
1) Select B - Sales Item
2) Double click on Procedures tab
3) Select 20 - Standard Item
4) Double click on Fields
5) Maintain the following
Table::Fldnam::::Description:::::Scr.::Status::Warng::Seq.
VBAP:::NETWR::::Net Value::::PKON::::04:::::
Finally, go to VOV7, select your item category and execute. There you can see a field "Incompletion Proced.", where you assign 20 as mentioned above in point 3
Now without net value, your sale order cannot be saved.

To achieve this issue, we need to replace the value of #, we need to change the description while retrieving the data from tables. So we need to write some ABAP code in SE38. Go to RSA1 transaction and go to Info objects tab. Then go to context menu for cProject Key Figures as shown below. Click on the Object Overview to get the overview of all the info objects. Here you can see the field names which are used to know the table names.
In SE11, type the table name in Database Table field. Now press F4, then you will get the next screen to select one of the P/Q/S/T tables.
Now click on the button rounded in the below screen to view the data in the table.
Now click the execute button or press F8 to view the records.
Now go to Tcode: SE38. Create a source code and give some program name for that source code. To write code, you need access key. Contact your BASIS for this.
Now write the below code for that particular table in which you want to change the value # to description Blank. In the below source code, we are updating particular table, setting the field as Blank where it is null or no value. Here the field will automatically get updated to # if there is no value or null.
update /BIC/PXXXXX set /BIC/ZXXXX = 'Blank' where /BIC/ZXXXXX is null or /BIC/ZXXXX = ''.
if sy-subrc eq 0.
write 'successful'.
commit work.
else.
write 'unsuccessful'.
endif.
OR
If this # is because of the missing master data than,
right click that IO -> maintain master
you will see first row as a blank.
whatever value you maintain in this row that will come in the report for all Not assigned # values of the master data in the report.
maintain it according to your requirement, save and activate the master data

it is not possible to change the serial number profile once the serial numbers are existed for material .you can however create a separate serial no profile without serialization procedure and assign the same to the material

How to remove the mandatory field setting in output control

Hi everybody,
While printing a Payment Voucher through F-58 and FBZ5(reprint), there are two output devices, the first one is - printer for forms and second is - payment advice printer.
In our case we have configured the cheque printing and payment voucher printing seperately. The cheque goes to first printer(kept mandatory field) and the payment voucher goes to second printer. One of our plant does not print the cheque from SAP, they only print the payment voucher because the cheque is manually prepared. How do I avoid the cheque printing. Is there any way out to print only the payment voucher through F-58 and FBZ5
Please guide me how to tackle it or how to remove the mandatory field setting in the output control screen?

As of my understanding, there is no relation ship between the Sales Organization and this mandatory partner function.
Here are few suggestions.
1. Since Partner functions are defualted and made mandatory in the Partner Determination Procedure so you have to remove this Mandatory option for PE from the Partner Determination Procedure that is AG if using standard one.
2. If you are using a single partner function than , Copy and create a New partner procedure and a new account group . Where in one you can default PE as mandatory and in another one you make a optional where it can be choosen manually while creating the customer.
Follow the path to check for entries :
SPRO > sales & distribution > Basic Function > Partner Determination > set up partner determination > select for customer master > select the partner procedure you are using AG as standard > then partner function in procedure > here maintian the check as required like, Mandatory or No check for Non Mandatory .

Note: I don't work for HP, but looking at the degree of disassembly required, I would say the procedure may well void the conditions of warranty.

3. Then while calling the FM,
pass this parameter also .
IT_EXCLUDING = excl

As per my client requirement then only need two options in MIGO.

Hi,
You can capture Excise Invoice w.r.t. PO in J1IEX and then refer it during MIGO (Note: - You are not capturing Excise Invoice again, only referring it) and then Post it in J1IEX.
And in case of Stock Transport Orders, you need to refer the Excise Invoice No at the time of GR in receiving plant which is posted in the Supplying Plant (via J1IIN) so that system will copy all the duties same as of that invoice and user need not to do any manual intervention.
Also in case of Imports, first you capture Bill of Entry w.r.t. PO in J1IEX and then refer it during MIGO and finally post it in J1IEX.

dynamically at runtime, and they can be played interactively.
I achieves the step-by-step display of those frames by adding
another layer with the action stop(). But I got one trouble: all
the movie clips from previous frames are accumalted. How to remove
the accumulation from previous frames?
For the continuous display of the movie, I tried to use
onEnterFrame() and change the _visible property of all the movie
clips to false in this function. But it doesn't work for the
step-by-step display. Once I click the next button, the movie clips
at the current frame just show very quickly, then disappear. What
should I do?
I need to fix this immediately.
