How to remove the new tap look?
This morning Firefox did an update, or something, and it changed the look for the toolbars. It added a new tab, and a plus sign. I made sure that none of the "tab" options were checked in the options, none are. I downloaded an old version, removed the new version, then reloaded with the old. I did this with two older versions. I don't want anything on the top left that has anything to do with tabs. It wasn't there before this morning.

How to remove the new, but unneeded, "links buttons" at bottom of FF default start pg?
New default FF w/Google is great, & thanks very much too all. Would prefer to remove the new button links at bottom of pg, & have more blank space on the page where the new links are presently. The links are already fine for use at top of pg in a toolbar. Is removing the 6 new button links possible? Thanks.

How to remove the 'New Entry' button in the warning message for a dialog bo
Hi Experts,
I am calling a Modal Dialog box screen having a pushbutton.
On the click of the pushbutton, I am performing some checks, and giving a warning message.
The warning message comes as a popup in this case and has three buttons on it.
One of these buttons is titled 'New entry'.
I dont want that button to come on the warning popup.
Please let me know if there is a way out for this.

But, in my dialog screen, on click of the button I am simply using the statement :
MESSAGE W000(0K) with 'text'.
The resulting warning message comes as a popup with the 'New Entry' button on it.
From the warning popup, how can I remove the button.

please see this screenshot of my Windows 2012 (R2) Start screen:
Is it possible to stop Windows from showing / highlighting newly installed applications?Don't use the Start screen? I say that somewhat facetiously, because I almost never use the Start screen (except to find out how it works when someone has a question). Besides, the designation disappears after you use the program once.
How do I avoid using the Start screen? Normally you get to it by hitting the Windows key from the desktop. Then you have to click the down arrow at the bottom of the screen to get to the Start screen. Instead of hitting the down arrow (which
means you have taken your hand off the keyboard to move the cursor with the mouse), simply start typing. For example, typing "ph" would find and display any application/file starting with "ph". It works really fast - typing
"photo" would return anything starting with "photo", if you want a shorter list. If Photoshop were the only thing starting with "photo" (it isn't), a simple carriage return would launch the program. So I generally
type enough to make it unique, or, if it still finds a few more, a couple of down arrows on the keyboard gets me to it. I have found that to be a lot faster than using the Start screen. Actually started doing this with Vista and hardly ever use
the Start screens any more because it is so much faster than trying to navigate some sort of start tree or screen.

Unfortunately, with newer models like mine, the whole back cover needs to be removed. I have tried unsuccessfully to remove it but so far all that I have succeeded in doing is to scratch my cover. Where do I find a tutorial about how to use the new iTunes? I have version 11.1.3 (8). I looked on the Apple web site but only found info extolling the virtues of iTunes, not how to use it.
Use it the same way as previously.
ctrl B shows the menus.
ctrl S shows the sidebar.
What else do you need help with? -

I believe the answer you are looking for is in the publishing preferences: under LMS advanced settings, look for the option: never send resume data.

Anyhow, selecting this option will stop resume data - so the lesson will treat even returning learners as new. Hopefully, this will work for you.

Flash file that i made with Flex Builder uses memory too
much.

but just memory usage still goes up, is not freed instantly.
so if i load the large flash files on my web browser,
after 5 munites or something, the web browser is down.

Pretty much the the email that I used (but didn't verify) to create my iCloud account was hacked and now I can't remove it from my iCloud account due to the iCloud password also being changed by the same person and the fact I had "Find my iPhone" app on my phone also??? I had to change my iTunes email as well but that was far easier so yeah :S.
Please help. I live in NZ, out in the country, so reception is rare and so is getting into the nearest town that has an Apple Store.

<Edited by Host>Look at your receipt. Does it say unlocked? It is possible to purchase both locked "sim free" and unlocked iPhones from Apple.
ONLY the carrier an iPhone is locked to can legitimately unlock it.
IF your receipt says that it was supposed to be unlocked, and it is not, call AppleCare. They should be able to straighten it out.
