How to repeat an event using the iphone
I need to make an event repeat every 3 days on the iphone calendar, but I only see repeats for a day, week, or month.... Is there anyway to do this? I do not have any other calendar that will import to the iphone. Thanks in advance for any and all help. Oh one other thing, can you set a home page on the iphone for Safari?
Of course there is a way. If you have a mac computer, create the event in iCal, set it to repeat every three days and sync the your iPhone with iCal. Can't you do something similar with a windoze machine?

Yes, you would sign out of iTunes & App Store: Settings>iTunes & App Store, click on the Apple ID, click on Sign Out. Then sign back on with the new Apple ID. Also, if you have an iCloud account with the other Apple ID, you would delete that iCloud account, and then sign on with your new ID: Settings>iCloud>Delete Account.

Also, how can I reconnect my iphone to my Apple ID?Do you mean that you removed the phone from the 'manage devices' section of your iTunes account ? If you do then that won't stop you being able to purchase items on your phone - you only need to be logged into an account to be able to purchase with it.

If you are saying that you both have iCloud accounts and use the same icloud ID, then yes, the contacts will be deleted. The idea is that all devices using the same icloud ID are kept in sync. You need to use different IDs. You can keep the same iTunes ID so you can share the songs and apps. But use different icloud IDs.

You have a password, so good move on your part. Whether you erase it or the thief does, they still get to use the iPhone as theirs. Which is more important (pick one), protecting your data or punishing the thief?
Ringing occurs at the carrier. Chances are you're going to voicemail after only two or three rings. If you have an iCloud backup also a good move. Re-read my question in the first paragraph. -

Yes, but extremely expensive - get an international roaming plan from AT&T.
If you mean use it with a local carrier, then no - all iPhones sold in the US are carrier-locked to AT&T. You're better off selling the phone to someone in the US and buying one in the Philippines. -

Apple - iPhone 4S - Locate your missing iPhone with Find My iPhone - http://www.apple.com/iphone/built-in-apps/find-my-iphone.html But I think that only does one phone at a time because it isn't designed as a general person tracking feature.
Or are you just trying keep track of a group of phones in a general sense? I believe there is a Friends app (can't remember the name) which lets "friends" permit other friends to send a request to a phone to let the phone show where it is located.
Sometimes it helps to put this kind of question in more context because rather than getting just an answer to your question you may get a solution to the issue. -

You should still be able to manually manage the music on your iPhone within iTunes. Make sure that when your iPhone is plugged in, look in the Summary tab to see if “Manually manage music and videos” is enabled and you can even you turn off Automatically Sync when this iPhone is connected. Go to Settings-Sounds-Text Tone and change to None. You're referring to the sound when posting a message to someone else, correct? The only issue is if you set to none, you will not hear the incoming either.
