How to replace my HP Hynix RAM

we have dispatched HP Hynix 4GB server ram for replacement at Jasola Service center.
we have clicked a image of RAM before dispatchment, at that time serial no. and Sticker was O.K and it was in good condition. but the service center replied that it is tampered so we can't replace.
Details of the RAM are given below.

As our customer is facing problem from last 2 months.

I replaced my iBook's RAM (256MB) with a 512MB, and it wont start up now!

Hello! I just replaced my existing 256MB RAM with a 512MB of RAM. When I started up my iBook, all that came up was a flashing OS 9 looking folder to the same folder with a question mark on it. What does that mean? Do I have to reflash the P-RAM or something (whatever that means)? I never attempted to replace laptop ram before, so I do not know if I did something wrong, or if I just don't have the right kind of memory. Could someone help me? Thanks!
Just for the record, I think im running OS 10.4.9. Thanks!!!!!

Have you removed the RAM and reseated it? Here is the link to the Apple Knowledge Base article that tells you how to do it:

If reseating it doesn't help, it could be that the RAM is defective. (This happened twice with RAM I ordered. It was defective from the very start, and the vendor replaced it for me.) Try starting up with the 512 MB module removed and see it it starts up that way.

I successfully followed the ifixit guide and I have some advice based on what I did right and wrong.
1) Make sure you have good tools from the outset. Get the best #0 Philips Head and Torx T8 screwdrivers you can find. (I bought the set from Other World Computing and they worked great. Removing Philips Head screws with my older, cheaper screwdriver was MUCH more difficult. With all of the PH screws you are going to have to take out, you'll be much happier using a good tool.)
2) Get a "spudger." Using a flat head screwdriver for prying apart the plastic parts chewed up the edges pretty good. I thought I was going to be able to find such a tool at Lowes or Home Depot, but I was wrong.
The good news is that if you succeed, you will have "Mad Skillz." And that will really help you out with the ladies, just like Napoleon Dynamite said!

2. You can remove data from your Home folder except for the /Home/Library/ folder.
3. Visit The XLab FAQs and read the FAQ on freeing up space on your hard drive.
4. Also see Freeing space on your Mac OS X startup disk.
5. See Where did my Disk Space go?.
6. See The Storage Display.
You must Empty the Trash in order to recover the space they occupied on the hard drive.
You should consider replacing the drive with a larger one. Check out OWC for drives, tutorials, and toolkits.
Try using OmniDiskSweeper 1.8 or GrandPerspective to search your drive for large files and where they are located.

I think... and I use the word think loosely...
That you can go into system prefs --> keyboard & mouse --> keyboard shortcuts and add the function you want... it can be overall for the OS, or it can be specific for the application.
I hope that works for you.
My external keyboard doesn't even have "insert"... so it may not be possible

Satellite Z830 - how to replace broken Screen?

A careless family member has succeeded in cracking the screen of a fairly new Toshiba z830. It's broken quite badly, so I doubt it will be reparable.
I was wondering if anyone could offer any advice on the best way to go about getting a replacement, bonus points for any information in the Melbourne area.

I'd rather not pay the $459 or 459 or whatever to get the screen fixed by Toshiba. I've had 20 laptops before, I never cracked a screen like this so easily. I didn't drop the laptop nor bump it nor squeeze it, I just transported it in my hand baggage on the airplane as I always do with many previous laptops, the Z830 screen is too fragile. I really like the screen, I like its matte finish, I like the thin and light magnesium form factor of the laptop, and swobbly screen does not bother me, except the design is just much too fragile, the glass surface of the LCD is not protected as it must be. Since I don't want to pay the $500 repair fee, and since I guess Toshiba never replaces a cracked screen under warranty? I got my iPad Air replaced once due to a tiny crack on the back of the device. Apple replaces it with a brand new iPad Air but it doesn't come in a retail box (like the ones they sell at the stores). The replacement is in a brown box (if I remember correctly) with no markings. There's no charger/cable in the box. It's not a refurbished device. It's brand new.

Hi Naeem,
You can try using Workflows for automatically replacing NULLs with any specific value.
What you can do is: Create a workflow and set trigger action as Record Import, Record Create and Record Update. So, that whenever any change will occur in the repository; that workflow will trigger.
Now create an assignment expression for replacing NULLs with any specific value and use that assignment expression in your workflow by using Assign Step in workflow.
For exiting records, you will have to replace NULLs manually using the process given by Preethi else you can export those records in an Excel spreadsheet which have NULLs and then replace all NULLs with any string value and then reimport those records in your MDM repository.

I am using rtf template to get the output of a report, however i have a condition for field "Narratives" where if field A contains 'X', I need to either get rid of the 'X', replace with '' or change the font of X to white.

I use the BI Publisher desktop tool to create the placeholders. Highly appreciate if someone could advise me on how to replace with '' or change X to white font or remove the X using the BI desktop tool.
