How to replicate an order manually

Hello Folks,
Can anybody assist to push an order manually from CRM to R3.
An order is eligible to replicate for the first time when the associated BP got replicated in R3 and if the order is error free. In other words that is the first time the system generates an insert Bdoc,i.e of  Task type 2. All the remaining update generates Bdocs  of Task type 1, which is update. Please correct me if I am wrong.
I have an order where the Insert Bdoc got failed and when CRM tries to update it ,R3 says "SD document ********* is not in the database or has been archived.
Waiting for your prompt response.
Thanks & Regards.

Hello Diana,
Thanks for your reply.
I have problem with few orders which are failing to replicate. The insert bdocs are not getting generated for few orders which eventually prevent the replication of any further update.
Is there any way to manually generate an insert Bdoc for an order, which will create the order in the R3 for the first time.If I am not wrong the insert Bdoc for an order is generated only once & the remaining are updates.
Thanks & Regards,
Durga

  • How to identify an order generated by heuristics run or entered manually

    Hello Gurus,
Is there any way to identify an order in the distribution receipt keyfigure in SNP planning book is generated by heuristics run or entered manually.
    Thanks,
    Siva.

    Hi Siva,
Please get me answer for the following:
Go to transaction /sapapo/rrp3 and create a order manually by entering future date and a positive qty.
Press enter and execute the popup.
There should be an order created. if it is inhouse production, ti would be a planned order and if it is external, it would be a purchase requisition.
    Now,
in the command prompt window (this is where you enter the transaction codes in SAP window- Top left blank window) enter "GT_IO". This should get you to live cache view.
    Question:
    1. What is the order category for the order created? ( AJ or EE or EA or...)
    2. Are you following the above procedure or using SNP planning book to create your orders.
if not both please explain your procedure step by step as I did.

  • How to block an order if the price is too low?

    Hello,
    My problem is :
How to block an order if the price is too low?
I created a new type of condition ZMIN and an access by material.
When the net price is below the minimum price the system must position the order on incomplete document for error of price.
    Thank you in advance.
    Frédéric Blaise
    e-Kenz S.A.

    Hello,
you can enter a lower limit in the condition record:
Lower limit of the condition rate/amount
Indicates whether, during document processing, the system checks if manual changes fall short of the lower limit allowed for the corresponding condition record.
    Use
When you maintain the scales in a condition record, the system checks whether the scale value falls below the lower limit.
Or you can use the flag 'conditon update'.
    Condition update
Controls whether limit values are relevant for pricing.
E.g.: you can make the use of a particular condition record in the document dependent on a specified total value.
This total value can be specified in the condition record.
I hope that the information are helpful.
    With best regards

  • How can I change order of email accounts in Mail on Mountain Lion?

In Mail on Mountain Lion I have only two email accounts, but the wrong one has been set as default (because it was an account I had overlooked and added later). I cannot find how to change the order of the email accounts. One possibility is to delete the non-default account and re-add it, so that it becomes the most recent and thus (presumably) the default, but this would delete all the email messages in that account, which I cannot afford.
It's a great flaming pain to try to remember each email I write to select the second account option, and yet I can find no way to change email account order---not in Mail and not in System Preferences. Dragging them certainly does not work.
Can Apple have really missed this? Is there any solution?

Comfortable with terminal...know how to edit using TextEdit:
Open up a Terminal and use the following commands to change your Mail.app preferences file to an XML format – the default format is binary, and you can't edit this.
    cd ~/Library/Preferences
    plutil -convert xml1 com.apple.mail.plist
Then, open this file com.apple.mail.plist with a text editor of your choice, preferably one that highlights XML syntax, but you can also use TextEdit:
    open -a "TextEdit" com.apple.mail.plist
Now, look for the key called MailAccounts. It's value is an array, with dict children. Here, you'll find all your mail accounts in the order they were created in.
You can now manually move these dict children around. Save the XML file and reopen Mail. Now, your Mail account order will be changed.

  • Help ! Saving a sales order manually in VA01

    Hi All,
I have a requirement to let the user's save the return sales order manually in VA01, by making some additional changes in the order like change in qty and so on..etc..
As of now the return sales order is created with reference to the sales order by using BDC and calling the transaction VA01 at the end of the program.
    Ex:
      CALL TRANSACTION 'VA01'  USING bdcdata
                                                  MODE 'E'
                                                  UPDATE 'S'
                                                   MESSAGES INTO messtab.
        REFRESH bdcdata.
CALL TRANSACTION 'VA02' AND SKIP FIRST SCREEN.
Now here since the BDCDATA table will have all the required data and we call the tcode VA01, it automatically creates a return sales order until and unless there is a error.
But my requirement is to save the return sales order manually via VA01 and it should not be created automatically even if it doesn't have any errors in it.
Could you please let me know on how to go about the same.
Would really appreciate any help on it.

  • How to restrict production order creation for the WBS

    Dear Gurus,
Our client is is using PS & PP. So that as per current procedure material required for the particular project will be uploaded into the CJ20N i.e. it will be assigned to the network.
So that on that basis production orders will be created with the transaction co10. But in this case there is no linking between the orders created & quantity required in the project.
So is there any restriction that by using co10 we will be able to create the production order for the material which is enterd in to the wbs with not exceeding the quantity also.
    With Regards...
    Abhay

    Dear Abhi,
But why do you require to create produciton order manually through co10?
Any how you must running MRP in MD51 where in you will get your planned orders which you can convert to production orders!
    Thanks.

  • How to send the data manually

    Hi Experts,
I need small information.when messages are gone into queue state due to one message
When an EDI file came into wrong format and with that some messages are gone into queue state in MONI.
if i cancel the first message then remaining all the messages are processing successfully.
So from that cancel message i want sent the data manually as business needs that data.
Can all please tell  me how to send the data manually with steps.
    Thanks in Advance.
    Bhaskar

    Hi,
I think you are talking about QoS "EOIO", in which all messages are porcessed in FIFO order and whenever the preceeding message get stuck due to error in the queue, then all the messages are stoped. And yes as soon as you will cancel the message which went into error all the remaining messages will automatically will be delivered.
In my opinion since QoS is EOIO then it will be not possible to sent the data mannually, you can do one thing, do not cancel the message. Try to correct the messge and then resend it.

  • How to reverse clip order in FCP7 timeline?

I'd like to reverse the order of clips in my FCP7 timeline  (NOT reversing each individual clip). I want to show some clips on the timeline and then immediatley play the same set of clips in reverse order (not each individual clip in reverse order).
Is there a way to reverse the order of the clips in the FCP7 timeline?
    Thanks!

In other words, Meg, you're saying you don't know of any way to do what I'm talking about?
Of course I could manually place them in reverse order, one by one - but that's not what I asked about. I asked how to reverse the order of the clips.
To suggest manually rearranging the order of the clips in reverse would be like if someone asked how to reverse the play direction of one clip, and someone were to reply with a suggestion of rearranging the individual frames, one by one, until reverse playback of the clip were achieved.
Let me try to clarify for anyone else that may read this, to avoid further difficulty understanding what I'm saying....
I want to know how to take a series of clips that are on a timeline (i.e. Clips A, B, C, D, E, F), and get them to be put in the opposite order on the timeline (i.e. Clips F, E, D, C, B, A).  I DO NOT WANT to manually rearrange the clips, NOR rearrange copies of the clips, NOR take the Clips from the bin and place them in reverse order on the timeline.
The point to my query is to avoid the time-consuming effort of manually placing clips in reverse order, if there is a way to do this (just like instead of taking a clip and painstakingly copy/paste each frame, one-by-one, in the opposite order of its natural way, you just Modify the Speed to Reverse).
    Make sense?

    Darpal,
Which Price field on the row of the Sales Order are you viewing?  There is both Unit Price and Price After Discount.  Unit Price editable, while Price After Discount is not.  If you are only viewing Unit Price on the document, B1 may be changing the price in the Price After Discount field without you being able to see it.
B1 uses Price After Discount to calculate the final row total.
If the Print Layout points to Price After Discount, you'd see a different price than what is in the Unit Price field on the document inside B1.
The enhancement pack print layouts all point to the Price After Discount field, not Unit Price, out of the box.  This quite possibly be your issue if you are using the layouts directly from SAP without alterations.**
Price After Discount will differ from Unit Price if there is any special pricing (i.e. Period and Volume Discounts or BP Special Pricing) or if a discount has been applied to the row n the Discount % column.
Are there any types of special pricing being used?
Confirm which database field the Price field is linked to on the print layout?

  • How to block sales order for a particular pricing condition

    Hi Experts,
Here I have a requirement on sales order blocking . I have searched in the forum but I didn't find any relevant thread. So please help me in the following requirement
On a particular pricing condition create or change I need to automatically block the sales order. I don't know how exactly to block the sales order. Please make me aware on this concept. Do we have any exit or badi to block the sales order in this requirement.
How to block the sales order manually and automatically please explain me.
    Thanks & Regards
    G.S.Naidu

    Hi,
You can use user exit MV45AFZZ, form-routine USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE to set the delivery block on sales order.  Write your required logic in this routine.  You have to set the value of VBAK-LIFSK to a relevant value available in table TVLS (Field : LIFSP).
If the value in VBAK-LIFSK is initial, then sales order is not blocked for delivery & if it is having some value (available in TVLS), then sales order is blocked for delivery.

  • How to get sales order number before saving in VA01 by using parameter

    Hi,
Please let me know how to get sales order number in transaction VA01 before saving it by using parameter in SU3.
I tried to set parameter in SU3 "AUN", but it is not working as required, means sales order number is not appearing before saving.
can you please suggest how to do it?
    Thanks & Regards.
    Rahul Verulkar

    Hi,
In case of Support project, we get the high severity issues from users and needs to be closed withn 2 hours... so what we do we get the requirement from user and checking the same in production from our id, but we can not save the sales order as we are not authorized to do the same, so in such cases it is required to get the sales order number before saving... where we can guide the users.... but actuallly it is not getting saved in the table until and unless u save it manually. It works like a material master... when u create material master, the material number appears in advance in material number field "MATNR"
If it is possible can you please suggest step by step to work on parameter in SU3 for sales order number before saving.
    Thanks & regards,

Kindly tell me how to settle the order...In detail..
    Thank you all..
    karthick

    Dear,
You should follow following steps for Order Settlement after confirmation :
    1. After Final Confirmation of Order ( Status : CNF) make GR for for order using Tcode : MIGO / MB31 so Production Order Status will be DLV.
    2. Then complete the order technically by using Tcode : CO02--> Functions ( Menu)---> Restrict Processing -
    > Technically Complete. You can carry out TECO for multiple Orders in Tcode : COHV (Mass Processing).
3.Now Calculate Overheads using Tcode : KGI2 - Individual Processing
    CO43 - Collective Processing
4.Calculate WIP using Tcode : KKAX - Individual Processing
