How do i talk to someone to report a hacked accoun?

Call Apple 408-996-1010 its their direct line. When you get the voice prompts keep pushing 0 until you get an operator. They are open M-F only.
When the operation comes on the line tell them that your Itunes account has been hacked. The operator will connect you to a human who can reverse the charges.  It does take 3 days from the time you report to getting the money back into your account.
Then contact your bank and cancel the card.
The 1 800 # I tried was useless

    On 24th February, I got an email from Skype at 4.35 AM that someone has changed my password. 
    This is followed by another email at 4.49 AM that someone is setting up Skype manager 
    Then at 4.56 AM, another 2 emails, 
    "The member called [private information removed by moderator] has been removed from your Skype Manager called vcdr."
    "The member called [private information removed by moderator] has been removed from your Skype Manager called vcdr."
    Then at 4.58 AM, another email.
    "Your email address for the account [private information removed by moderator] has been successfully updated to [private information removed by moderator]." They even go to the length of creating fake email address to block any attempt from me to recover the account. 
    On the 24th February, 04:51:19 AEDT and 25 Feb 2015 23:56:06 AEDT, the culprit then purchase lot of 100 EUR of credits. 
    Consultation with Skype help chat has not been fruitful, mainly due to the fact that I can't remember when I created the Skype account, and on which email.
    As a long term Skype user, I think it's ridiculous to expect someone to remember when the account was created, and using which email. My old Yahoo email has been recycled, and my Hotmail email doesnt exist anymore along with the demise of Hotmail.
    I find it EXTREMELY annoying that even providing 5 contacts, DOB, and other verification method, that Skype still refuse to take any action on this matter. 
    Saying something like "I am sorry but we cannot assist you further with your concern since that your account is still not verified" is not an acceptable resolution. 
    At the very least, maybe tell me that they are currently investigating that user [private information removed by moderator] or the [private information removed by moderator] person that has been creating a Skype manager using my identity. 
    I'm at the end of my wits and extremely angry with the whole situation, so if any Mods can help me in resolving this matter, it will be greatly appreciated.
    I don't even want my credit, but I just want a resolution, and knowledge that the criminal that does this to me has been blocked/ deleted/ investigated.

    Hi,
    IF you want to see the accumulated balances you need to select the period from 0 to 12.
    EX: you want to open the report up to period 6th 2009 and want see the figures including the carryforward balances from 2008.
    then in selection screen select the from period = 0  and to period =6.

    You can use the Transaction SCC1 to move the data from One Client to Another Client for a Client dependent table.
    The data should be present in a Transport and you can import to Transport to any client using SCC1.

  • How to create case-insensitive account name report?

    We have an account report that allows users to enter part of an account name and return matching results. The prompt is case sensitive but I would like it to be case insensitive. This report uses a report prompt and not a dashboard prompt (if it makes a difference), and I can switch to dashboard prompt if necessary.
    Since the left pane search for Account Name is case-insensitive and you can select case-insensitive when creating account list views, I am hoping there is a way to apply this same functionality to a report.
    I understand I can convert Account Name to upper or lower and tell people to search that way, but that will be a last resort.
    Any suggestions on how to make the prompt value and report results for Account Name case-insensitive?

    Similarly to all this, and even what the OP is looking to accomplish, is the habit of developers attempting to coerce the database object names into the format of their language - usually .net or some such. So they create tables named something like EmpDepProjectStatus which may make their application code all look consistent, but becomes EMPDEPPROJECTSTATUS when created in the database. Why can they not adapt to the database and name the table EMP_DEP_PROJECT_STATUS so that we do not go blind trying to manage their db objects? Is it their teachers that tell them EveryThingMustBeWrittenLikeThisBecauseTheyCannotStandSeperatingTheWordsThatNameObjectsWithSpaces_WHICH_ARE_UNDERSCORES_IN_MOST_ALL_LEGACY_LANGUAGES?
    I do not think that Oracle will ever become case sensitive. Just like COBOL, IMS, IDMS, JCL, BASIC, PL/I, etc. There is just too much code out there that ignores case that it could not be done.
    Unless, of course, Oracle creates a init.ora option to set case sensitive. But I doubt (hope most sincerely) that they will never do that.

  • Hacked Account, Credit Card Fraud, Customer Support Won't Deal With It.

    Hello!
    I have contacted ''customer support'' twice about my hacked account - answer I have received left me baffled and angry as apparently I have not passed security checks - yet I have passed them when giving the same answers to un-suspend my account!
    My account was hacked on the night of 5th July, approx. 3-3.30am on Sunday.
    Person who hacked it tried to make continuous purchases (I believe at around 100 pounds in total) using stolen credit cards Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard (Mastercard is still attached to my account as whoever did it just left it there).
    They have tried to call numbers in Turks & Caicos and in British Virgin Island.
    I have asked ''customer support'' to trace it and deal with it, as in today's day and age it could be terrorist or contract killers using other people's accounts to make their dealings, but both times I was told I have not passed security checks and they won't deal with it.
    I do not remember when I've open Skype account, sorry it was years ago.
    I also have only 3 contacts on my Skype list from form required 5 (I simply don't need any more).
    I have contacted Action Fraud UK in this matter and have made a report. I have report number which I send to ''customer support'' with my second message.
    Action Fraud UK have advised me to contact ''customer support'' again and ask again to deal with this unpleasant matter - again ''customer support'' refused.
    I am really angry about it and if ''customer support'' (Skype should change their name as they are not supportive nor customer orientated) do not want to deal with it then I would appreciate for someone to close my account as in that case I won't nothing more to do with company who does not take matters like this seriously!

    I have a client requirement wherein by EOD everyday I need to submit a kind of summary report of the Apps account usage in our PROD/DEV/UAT ERP databases.
    The report should contain information like how many times the Apps account has been used by users( technical support team) to log into the databases, and also it should the client machine IP address from where the connections were made to the databases using Apps account (i.e login as apps/<appspwd> in the database). The report format be approximately as given below,
    Client Machine IP No.of Login (Apps account)
    192.168.0.1 1
    192.168.0.2 4
    192.168.0.3 2
    etc...
    The above information states that the client machine IP 192.168.0.1 has logged into the database using apps user credentials once, similarly client machine with IP 192.168.0.2 has used the apps account to log into the database 4 times and so on...
    I am not sure if any such report can be created and in the specified format.
    Need help and suggestions regarding the same.

    Pl post details of OS, database and EBS versions.
    There is no seeded script or report that will provide the information you need. You will need to create this report, along with an auditing framework that will capture the information you need in the report.
    Best practice is that the APPS password in UAT and PROD instances should only be know to the DBA team and no one else, and should be changed frequently.
