How to Reprocess Lockbox file

Hi Gurus,
We upload one lockbox file ( BIA2 file format ). But it wast posted correctly So I need to Clear ( means reverse that lockbox file in SAP System ) and process same file one more time.

Hi pbpatel ,
Whenever you upload lock box file ( BIA2 file format )through FLB2 system generate the fallowing document numbers Automatically in output screen.
AR Document number
GL Document number
Payment Advice document number
If we reverse the above document numbers we can able to simulate same issue.
Post process Lock box you can check in FBL1

My company has a requirement to set up a new lockbox with a Canadian bank. Our Business Analyst asked me to post this question on this forum. How does one go about configuring the lockbox to specify Canadian Currency? Thanks for the reply! So does this mean that the currency (in this instance CAD) is not configured in SAP? It is handled because it's a Canadian bank, therefore they expect to deal in Canadian dollars?

One of 100 records in file has error. How to reprocess only one record??

Hi All
I have a scenario where, i receive data in a file, and we create invoices in SAP system from the data records in the file. My file contains 100 records and if there is an error in processing record number 43, how XI can be set up to restart when there are errors?
Re-start of file processing has to commence from the failed record. This should avoid the possibility of double posting of interface records.

I am not sure,if this option is useful for you.
But we do this for Inventory Report(INVRPT) in our case because we have the same requirement.
We receive an EDIFACT file and a record can have errors.Then we don't want to reprocess full file again.
In order to avoid this,we create an IDoc for each line item.
If there is an error in one line item,this IDoc will fail and can be corrected and reprocessed later.

How to reprocess failed monitor jobs in Import ABAP phase of system copy

Hi Experts,
Can you please let me know how to reprocess the failed monitor jobs during Import ABAP phase as i am performing the import of data as part of system copy of ABAP stack.
But i have not got any errors so far as the import process is running fine but there are few jobs which are showing as failed.Hence how can i reprocess these failed jobs again.

Here you go.And i have not selected the option" Start migration monitor manually "and where as on Source system the guy has used migration monitor option in order to split the tables and ftp for transferring the export data on target system.

How to populate budget files file_budget.csv and file_acct_budget.csv

Hi, we have implemened Financial Analytics 7.9.5 on EBS system. We have successfully loaded all the Data except Budget information. Recently I came to know that there is no Budget ETL in ORAR12..and need to use Universal Adapator for populating the budget information.
According to this guideline I'm supposed to populate file_budget.csv and file_acct_budget.csv files manually and start the extract. Now I'm having trouble filling these files. These files exoect many IDs to be filled in like ORG_ID etc..and documentation says these IDs shoule be same as one in Warehouse..I don't understand how to fill this. Has anybody done this already..if so please guide us how to fill these files and appreciate if you can post a sample record for each of these files.

You need to go to the corresponding dimensions and see how the integration_id is populated for this dimension. For this, you will have to open the corresponding SDE mapping in Informatica and trace back the integration_id. The document says which table's integration_id to look for, for each of the ids in the fact. For eg:
GL_ACCOUNT_ID
GL Account identifier. Populate with integration_id from w_gl_account_d.
PRODUCT_ID
Product identifier. Populate with integration_id from w_product_d.
COMPANY_ORG_ID
Company Org identifier. Populate with integration_id from w_int_org_d where company_flg = Y.
For example, if w_gl_account_d's integration_id is formed from gl_code_combinations.code_combination_id in EBS, you need to populate the code_combination_id (from EBS) of your budget record, for each row in the budget fact csv file.

How to view cc files on a computer that only has photoshop cs6

I have the new version of photoshop on my computer that only allows me to save files as: photoshop cc. However, I would like to transfer these files to view on a computer, which is at school, that only allows me to view files from photoshop cs6 or older (cs4, etc.). I would like to work on projects on my personal computer at home and finish them on the computer at school. So, how can see my files that are in creative cloud on a computer that only has photoshop cs6?

Need a little more information. Never heard of a Photoshop cc file, maybe I'm missing something. When you save a file the first time there is a drop down menu allowing you to save the photo as a number of different file extensions, i.e.. PSD, tiff, jpeg. There is no photoshop cc. File uploaded to your folder on the cloud retain their extensions.

Hi,
directories creates basis. If you have task to store data in application server you already should have information into which folder you have to do it. If you don't have this information because it is just for example training for next task then you can use your personal folder into which you have access. To get list of all available folders please look at attached code and form get_directories (you get the list of folders you see in transaction AL11). But don't forget: If you are using open dataset you have to have rights to access application folder!

I am pretty new with this.
I want to share files outside of my netwerk with my osx lion server.
I tried ftp but when i log in it says permission denied login failed code 530.
Can anyone help me how to share my files proper or get my ftp to work ?

To upload the file , you can try a standard program "RSEPSFTP" .
while you execute the program , a selection screen appears in which the inputs should be give as
RFC destination - The target server name
FTP command- PUT
local file - your file name
local directory - path of your local file
remote file - your target file name
remote directory - where it has to be stored

If it's the files, delete them from where they are stored on your local disk.
