My router needs to be reset constantly- either turned off or unplugged, virtually every day. How do I request a new router?
May I add, it's so old that it's not listed on the troubleshooting page.

You can call them, go to a fios store, or might even be able to do it under your acccount online under > add change services under my verizon. Just click on equipment.

Hi Experts,
I have a FI AP Generic Datasource containing extract structure with appended fields.
It has already been activated and transported to Testing System.
Now, I am to create a new transport request for this DataSource and Extract structure.
I do not want to delete and recreate the Generic Datasource.
I am trying to look at the options in the extract structure top menu from where I can create a new Tranport Request.
Please let me know the steps

Hi Dev,
Once you send the transport request for any data source from Dev to Testing you wont find that again in your Dev (I mean the TR). So, when you change anything for this data source or view now in Dev and try to save it, it will ask for a new transport request and here you can mention a new one starting from View then activate it and go to RSO2 regenerate it and use the same transport request for this too. When you transport this TR to Testing Environment the data source will automatically get changed.

How to send a request for new updates for BC?

I'm looking at creating a website for a College and I'm looking at BC to manage this. My problem so far is that the admin section is nice and all but there is no way to give a new admin rights to specific page / pages. Which was so nicely done with Adobe Contribute. Since Contribute is basically going to the waste side. I need something that can work at that level.
Any suggestions on How to request this for the admin section?

Unfortunately there's no option to give web page specific permissions to an admin at this stage.
The only workaround is to use workflow as a "content approval" workflow to monitor edits.

New router - how to change wifi settings for Photosmart B109n

I got a new router. How do I change the wifi settings for my Photosmart B109n? I changed the PC wifi settings (no problem). I connected the PC (Windows 7) to the printer by USB cable. In the HP Solutions Centre, when I click on Settings / Network Settings, it tries to open a browser (IE9) page, with the URL being the IP address (192.168.2.3), but it goes to the "cannot display" page. Do I need the HP software CD? (I think I've lost it.) The manual explains how to set up (using the CD), but I can't find how to change settings for a new router.

Go to "Network" under system preferences and choose "advanced"
On the Wi-Fi tab you can sort the sequence of the preferred connections.
Then just move your new router to the top of the list.

Hi, Please go easy with me, I really know very little about all this ! We have a Deskjet 3055A printer which has been linked wirelessly to my iPad and a MacBook without a problem until now. We have installed a new router. I am thinking that we have to amend our network in some way ? I have tried to run the HP cd on the MacBook to amend it, but all I get is the message as follows... "Unsupported operating system. The installer is not compatible with the version of the operating system on your computer. It is compatible only with 10.6 and below." The MacBook is running OS X version 10.9.5 Any help greatly appreciated - thank you ! ( Please keep it simple !! ) We

I understand you are trying to install your Deskjet 3055A on your Mac, running Mavericks. The installation CD may be compatible up to 10.6, and that could be why you are seeing the error message.
This link should help you. It will show you how to install the printer on your Mac. There is no full driver and software available for the Deskjet 3055A on Mavericks, which basically means you will need to review your other options to scan on your Mac through Apple Updates, which is all included in the guide.

How do I switch between number and alphabet on printer keypad when trying to connect new router.

HP wireless printer 6500 e709n
Have a new router. Using the printer tools, and network setup, printer can find router but when I input the password using the keypad, alpha characters appears and therefore rejected. Password is numeric. The password cannot be changed because it is provided by ISP and is unchangeable, as far as I know.
I've checked the user manual and there is no mention of how to change between using the 6500 e709n keypad in alpha and numeric mode.

When the keyboard appears on the printer display, there should be a ARROW pointing up or a TRIANGLE. Press that, and the entire keyboard changes into CAPS. To enter lower case you need to tap the appropriate letter key twice quickly. The first tap should show a capital and the second should show a lower case letter.
If it is an older type printer with a keypad then you would have to cycle through the letters and numbers. Lets say you want to enter the number '2'. Keep pressing the number 2 button. It will cycle through all the options for that button, ie A,B,C,a,b,c and the 2. You do the same for the other buttons.

you likely need to setup your router using an eathernet cable and a computer to turn on the wifi part and set an encryption level and password or the likes
if you havent do such things before you may require help from somebody who have
the router likely comes with an instruction manual how you set it up the first time
