How to request iOS5 Feature? (ActiveSync Policy)

I would like to request a feature for iOS5 but do not know how. What is the process to request a feature?
We don't have any Mac's in our organization at this point but do have personally owned iPhone/iPod/iPad users requesting access to our Exchange server to check email. Specifically I would like to request that iOS5 support the ActiveSync policies: “Include past e-mail items:” e-mail retention period and “Allow attachments to be downloaded to the device” policies for Microsoft Exchange email. These are required by our corporate policy.

Are there any plans to fix the misinterpretation of the Exchange ActiveSync policy "Minimum number of character sets" in IOS5?

We are testing using IOS5 in our Corporate environment and came across a scenario where IOS5 incorrectly interprets the Exchange 2010 ActiveSync policy "Minimum number of character sets" as the number of special characters required rather than the number of character sets required. Is anyone aware of any plans to correct this in future releases? Here is a thread on Microsoft's forums about the issue:

Thanks for the responses. I did submit this issue as a bug report earlier this morning also but thought I'd post here in the event any Apple insiders saw this and cared to comment.
This really is a significant problem in that our testing shows that the way IOS5 interprets this ActiveSync policy in Exchange 2010 does not allow you to enforce a password using just letters and numbers. This is because the only valid values for this policy are 1-4. The way IOS5 interprets this requires 1-4 special characters in the password, not 1-4 character sets.

We have tried Android, Windows Phone7/8 and they all adhere to the "Minimum number of character sets" set in the ActiveSync policy, but IOS does not.
Require an alphanumeric password Select this check box to require device passwords to contain both numbers and letters. The default is numbers only.
Passwords must include this many character sets To enhance the security of device passwords, you can require passwords to contain characters from multiple character sets. Select a number from 1 to 4. The sets are letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols. For example, if you select 3, passwords must contain characters from three of these sets.
All other mobile device except IOS 5.x/6.X don't follow this.
You have to select "Require an alphanumeric password" which is letters and numbers. But then you can only select 1-4 for the character sets.
So we set it at 1, so that would mean you would only need letters and numbers, IOS does not reconize letters, letters uppercase, numbers or symobols as a charator set, it interprets the setting as how symbols you need.
If you set it at 2, then IOS makes you have "2" symbols in your password.....and so on...
Make sense?
It just seems that IOS does not reconize charator sets, it just looks at the number as how many symbols you need in a password.

If you are using iOS 4 (or earlier) there is no Software Update in Settings. That feature was first added in iOS 5.
To update you will have to connect your iPad to iTunes on a computer (preferably the one you sync with and backup to).

Note that, if you really have an iPad 2 as shown in your tag line, you can only update to iOS 6.1.

Have reviewed and there are posts that go back to at least 2009 inquiring how to protect apex code from being exported in attempt to protect licensed applications.
As everyone is aware, there exists the ability to export an application read-only, but this does not prevent the APEX administrator from the licensee from changing to run and build once the code has been installed by the licensor. While the procedures and functions may be wrapped, there still exist no way of protecting APEX application code which will be the core work of the licensor.
Sure there is the license agreement between the licensor and licensee, but how difficult could it possibly be to add an export option, such as 'export read-only protected', which would prevent modification to run and build at a later time by the licensee?
An otherwise wonderful product still suffers with this major, yet seemingly easily corrected flaw.

How do I set the delivery policy for a queue in iMQ 2.0?

The list on page 67 of the 2.0 administration guide appears to be
incomplete. Specifically, I'm interested in knowing how to set
the default delivery policy for a Queue through the jmqobjmgr command.
I need the valid attribute name to pass in to jmqobjmgr.

The "queueDeliveryPolicy" is an attribute of a queue
created in the broker - not in the administered object
destination so that is why you are not seeing that
attribute on the list on page 67.
By default, the broker by will use the "single" queue delivery
policy unless you choose to change the values of the property
"jmq.queue.defaultdeliveryPolicy" to SINGLE, ROUND-ROBIN, or
FAILOVER. If you would like to do this, see the Chapter 4
in the admin guide on "Starting and Configuring the Broker".
It may be easier to set the delivery policy for just one queue.
To do this, you can use the following command:
jmqcmd create dst -n myQueue -t q -o "queueDeliveryPolicy=f"
where valid values to queueDeliveryPolicy is f, s, r.
You can do a 'jmqcmd -H' to get more info on queue attributes or
see Chapter 6 in the admin guide on "Creating and Destroying Destinations".

The last version of Firefox would go to a choice box when a new screen came up. I can't figure out how to get that feature back in Firefox 4

For example. When checking spam in Gmail.....if I ask to delete all spam mail.....the cursor would automatically go to the box that pops up asking for confirmation. I can't figure out how to get that feature back. Otherwise everything works great!

I have the same problem getting into Mozilla. Occasionally it comes up when I click on it, but most times it does not. The hour glass stays on for a couple of seconds, then goes off.

Ooh, InPage! I'm so glad that I don't have to work in InPage anymore.
However, that feature that you're looking for was actually a good one. It won't do you any good to ask for it here, though; you want to go straight to WinSoft. They make the ME edition, not Adobe.
However: World Tools suite from in-tools.com has the feature "Apply Latin Character Style" which does what you want, more or less. The main paragraph style would be an Urdu RTL style, unlike your InPage example. Unfortunately, going in "the other direction" World Tools only has "apply Hebrew character style." It's still worth a look for you, I think.

How to get more features for Captivate 6

Hi all,
I've installed Captivate 6 on my laptop at work, I use it for creating training material for our project management system. I was just looking at some Adobe video tutorial and there are some features shown in the videos that I can't find on my captivate (for example Drag and Drop interaction, some particular widget like "Hangman" etc...). I tried to download them, clicking on the "Download more interactions" but there are any available. So, is there a way to get those features, at least those shown in your video tutorial for Captivate 6?

I have the version 6.0, so maybe I can't get those features because of the version that I have.
Even if I click on "Download more" on the Interactions window, there are no Interactions available, but is it a problem related to my version or it's because there aren't available new features?

I cannot remember for the Hangman interaction anymore, but Drag&Drop was only available for subscription users, for version 6.1.0.3190 Maybe it was not clear in the video you are pointing at, that not all features were available for box licenses. Which version do you have?

Are you searching by the content of a file, or by the name of the file? If you're searching by content..it seems like a search on all the disks will take a very long time.

Well, I originally bought an iPhone 4 in December. The home key stopped working.. had to press it more than 4o times to get it to finally respond..on several occasions. Requested a replacement phone. Received it. Now this phone gets excessively hot after using apps for approximately 5 minutes..and now the home key on this phone is doing the same thing but on the replacement phone. It's just not as bad yet. Any thoughts?
