Here we r using ACOS3 Card .And some how the ISSUER CODE is wrong.And the Card is locked , Can any one tell me how to remove the LOCK .

Hi,
If it is the card manager that is locked, the card is not usable any more. This is a security feature so that the card security cannot be cracked using brute force. You can confirm this if INITIALISE UPDATE responds with an error status word.

Ok a couple months ago I put a password on my 8GB SDHC card on my Nokia 5310 (Orange) but since it never asked me for the password, I figured the feature was bugged and left it there.
Last week I decided to check for updates and there were updates for the phone but it warned me to remove any passwords from the SD card so I stopped it. Since I have forgotten the password, I couldn't remove it through the phone menus. I moved all my data to my computer and started trying to remove that password. Here's what I have done so far.
1. Format the card from the Phone menus (Password stayed)
2. Format the card by selecting DATA STORAGE mode and connecting the phone to the computer. That way the computer recognizes it as a USB flash drive so I formatted the card from Windows (took 4 hours) but password stayed.
3. Bought a SDHC card reader but it says that no card is inserted into it...aka can't read the card, probably because it has that password so I can't format it from on the computer using a card reader.
How can I get rid of the password on the card? Currently my phone knows the password since I didn't update it and works fine with the card, however, if it resets or if I change phone the card will effectively be USELESS so I need to unlock it. I have moved all the data out of it so a format is fine as long as it works.
Phone: Nokia 5310 (Orange) from T-mobile running v8.21
SD Card: Kingston 8GB MicroSDHC Class 4

Like grschinon already said, unless you can recall the password, there's nothing much else you can do. To continue using this memory card, since you don't intend to throw it away, you will never be able to:
1. Update your phone software.
2. Use your memory card in any other device.
The purpose of setting a password to the memory card is to prevent the card from being accessed by unauthorised devices. It will only work in your phone since that was when the password was set. In order to use it with other devices (memory card readers, other compatible phones, etc), your card will ask you to authorise the device by entering the password.
You chose to set the password in the memory card. The only way to remove it is to remember the password to deactivate the password security setting in the memory card.
So basically... that's it. There is no other possible advice to give you on this forum for your phone model.

b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
      "done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
      Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
      should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
      security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
      selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
      should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
      questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

Can one of you tell me how to reset my Airport card in my Powerbook12?
Whenever I am trying to get onto my newly WEP protected network, I get a message saying that there was an error joining the network.
When I do the same on my Powerbook15, I can type in my password and I get online no problem.

Send reset security info email to s•••••@hotmail.com' then it saids ' Email sent. Check your inbox for an email with instructions on how to reset your security information.' But i havent receive it in my mail, i checked spam, trash everywhere but counldnt find it. What am i suppose to do ? Should i call apple ?

How to reset the router?

I tryed to secure the router with the easy-link program and i want to reset the whole thing.Also if anyone know how to reset the netowrk setup from the control panel that would be great too.

What router are you using?
To reset your router to factory defaults, use the following procedure:
1) Power down all computers, the router, and the modem, and unplug them from the wall.
2) Disconnect all wires from the router.
3) Power up the router and allow it to fully boot (1-2 minutes).
4) Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then release it, then let the router reset and reboot (2-3 minutes).
5) Power down the router.
6) Connect one computer by wire to port 1 on the router (NOT to the internet port).
7) Power up the router and allow it to fully boot (1-2 minutes).
8) Power up the computer (if the computer has a wireless card, make sure it is off).
9) Try to ping the router. To do this, click the "Start" button > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt. A black DOS box will appear. Enter the following: "ping 192.168.1.1" (no quotes), and hit the Enter key. You will see 3 or 4 lines that start either with "Reply from ... " or "Request timed out." If you see "Reply from ...", your computer has found your router.
10) Open your browser and point it to 192.168.1.1. This will take you to your router's login page. Leave the user name blank (note: some routers have a user name of "admin" ), and in the password field, enter "admin" (with no quotes). This will take you to your router setup page. Note the version number of your firmware (usually listed near upper right corner of screen). Exit your browser.
If you get this far without problems, try the setup disk (or setup the router manually, if you prefer), and see if you can get your router setup and working.
If you cannot get "Reply from ..." in step 9 above, your router is dead.
If you get a reply in step 9, but cannot complete step 10, then either your router is dead or the firmware is corrupt. In this case, use the Linksys tftp.exe program to try to reload your router with the latest firmware. After reloading the firmware, repeat the above procedure starting with step 1.
If you need additional help, please state your ISP, the make and model of your modem, your router's firmware version, and the results of steps 9 and 10. Also, if you get any error messages, copy them exactly and report back.

How to reset it(free up memory)? [for 3110c]

I have such problem - 9mb is fully used by sms messages. I inserted 1gb micro sd card. but there is only 75kb of free space... How to delete every thing?? when I try to delete e.g. gallery or other files- phone "freezes"... how to reset it? [3110c nokia].
when I connect to PC - it does not connect via usb.
also when switching it ON - white screen opens.. long pause.. and then it goes normaly.also - it restarts sometimes.

main problem - "message storage memory not ready" - while trying to send sms.
also - while trying to take a photo - "memory is full" then it writes - "72.5kB memory available. free some memory?". I say yes - when "delete from" appears... messaging section is 3,8mb size. when i try to access/delete it - phone freezes.... so???

how did i got this error? I connected nokia to PC via USB cable, then chosed "data storage device" mode. After I disconnected, I can't access any Message related functions anymore. also - The format code is *#7370#. but it dont work on 3110c. any ideas?

How to reset collector (Signal Manipulation Express VIs)

Good day,
I have a subvi that use "collector" function to get data from a DAQ card. Everything works fine except that when I called the subvi from mainvi (the start button), the data in "collector" will keep on accumulate and will never start from the beginning. Could someone please tell me how to "reset" the collector on every call made to the subvi?
I have attached the two VI here as reference.

The Collector Express VI has a "Reset" input. Wire a True to that input and the data in the collector will reset on every iteration of the loop. If you need it to only reset at certain times, then add some logic to your loop that can accomplish the reset when you need it.
