Hi, folks please help me to reset my forgoten restriction passcod for resetting my iphone

Resetting all your settings..
settings< general< reset> reset all settings.. but you may need to know your restriction passcode. and the only thing that you can do to by pass that is to restore the device as new.
you can not restore from a back up .. because it will bring your restriction passcode with it..
just upload your pictures to the computer. and merger your contacts calendars and other things to icloud .

You can't, all content from the store is tied to the account that downloaded it - so if those apps were downloaded by your daughter then only her account can download updates to them. If you delete and buy/download them with your account then you will be able to download any future updates with your account

Is it not possible to have a reminder sent to the account holder (ie:me) to reset, like when a passord for anything thing else is forgotton? Just dread wiping the whole thing and re-setting up......
Also, do you know if it controls web access? I seem to remember and itunes content and volume control on the last parental control I used on an iphone, but that was atleast a year ago on a 3GS.

         charge for at least ten minutes to ensure that the battery has some charge, and then

You can't reset the restrictions password.
If not remembered, the only way to remove it is by restoring the iPad as a new iPad or not from the backup. The restrictions password is included with the iPad's backup, so if you restore from the backup the restrictions password will be restored as well.

because I have other restriction, so I create two restricted key figure..
RK1 with restriction : Total Number of Note,
RK2 with restriction : Total Opening Days ,
then I Created a calculated key figure, average opening days in a period
CK1 = RK2 / RK1..
in this case, I am not sure if it will work or not..
for example, during RK2 calclation, it might be this   2+3 = 5, the line with 0 will be ignored..
during RK1 calcualtion, it might be 1 + 1 + 1 = 3. ---> Not sure in this case, the line with opening days 0 will be calculated or not..
could you please confirm..

It looks like OS X was reinstalled. After resetting the password, you will be able to log in and use your MacBook Pro
