How To Resolve Droid Messaging stops after the update.

Here is a temp fix for those of you who are at your witts end and have found no solution.
1) settings/apps/all......select messaging>disable<
2) Go to Play Store....Search >messaging classsic kitkat 4.4< .....Install

How to resolve "Contacts has stopped" and "Sync experiencing problems" after ICS upgrade?

After receiving the Droid Bionic operating system upgrade yesterday, my phone has lost its record of all my contacts, is unable to retrieve them from Vzn Backup, won't synch with my gmail contacts, and won't even allow me to dial phone calls. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
I'm getting the error message when I tap the People or Phone icons:
Unfortunately, Contacts has stopped.
When I go to Accounts & Sync, I get a Sync error, and the message
Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly.
(I have been getting that message since yesterday.)
And under Settings > Backup Assistant+ Contacts, when I tell it to Synch Now,
Unfortunately, Backup Assistant+ Contacts Client has stopped.
I tried the Verizon chat service, and was very frustrated to be told that I either have to call Tech Support (hard to do when your phone won't dial!!!), or go to a store for them to fix it in person.

    I also started getting the 'Unfortunately, contacts has stopped' after the new OS update. I want to add my 2 cents since I found a very different fix (after trying the other stuff)...
My "contacts stopped" problem seemed to come and go, but actually I think it was more subtle, at least in my case, only affecting some of my contacts but not others... When I finally got tired of putting up with it, I tried a number of Power-Offs, hoping to clean up something (hey, it often works for Microsoft OS). At this point, I noticed that some contacts would get the errors but not others. Then I found this forum, and I was optimistic that the clearance of the cache data would fix it, as it had for others... but not so lucky, in my case.
   FINALLY, I decided to take a look at my Google contacts online. There were any number of duplicates that I don't recall creating. Perhaps emails or phone calls occasionally produce some of these? There were also a few contacts that I did not recognize at all (maybe due to the same causes?). SO, I cleaned up the online version of my contacts, went back to my phone, and now the contacts are no longer "stopped"!
   I hope this can help someone. I wish I had thought of it earlier.

If possible I would arrange for a good service center to go over it. Hopefully they have a variety of parts in stock. They can test and verify all is working. The previous attempts are based on guesses by the person at the other end of the phone without diagnostic tests to assess the culprit. It is extremely unlikely for a webcam to fail & for it & a Mic to fail together should be an indicator to a good technician it is something else. EG Motherboard
Take it to a servicing dealer and wait for it.

Thank you Gail, but not to be ignorant but can I send you a print screen on what I am looking at. I will try am explain what I see: I hooked up my I Pod Clicked on Music checked Sync Music 1909 Songs select Playlist, Artists, albums, and genres checked Include music videos Playlists checked 50's Music checked 70's Music checked 80's Music checked 90's Music checked 2000 Music checked 2010 Music These are songs that I downloaded onto my I Tunes. I bought me a new computer but when my data was transferred from old computer to new computer a lot of my songs on my hard drive were lost, but they were able to save all my songs on I tunes. My I Pod is still connected Clicked on "On this Ipod" Music 938 Songs 2.2 days So my question to you is if I have 1,909 songs on my ITunes how come only 938 transferred to my IPod. I checked my IPod and it shows only 938 songs transferred. This did not happen before until I Tunes asked me if I wanted to update to a newer version. Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, iTunes isn't working when you try to launch it. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help you isolate or resolve the issue.

Enforce to send the messages pending, after the Time To Deliver is changed

JMS Queue is being used to send data from our database to the headquartersâ€™ database.
          Our organization considers using "Time To Deliver Override" during the scheduled downtime of the headquartersâ€™ database. For example, when our admin is informed by the headquarters' admin that downtime is scheduled, our admin can change "Time To Deliver Override" from -1 to 1200000 (20 hrs) in WebLogic Consol. Then, when the database is back, our admin will reset the value to -1.
          It is simple and quick. However, I realized that the messages pending will not processed for the â€œTime To Deliverâ€ which was configured when the message was added.
          Can WebLogic enforce to send the messages pending, after the "Time To Deliver Override" is changed back to -1?

A few related points:
          - I think 9.x may provide mbean/JMX/administrative options to change time-to-deliver in existing messages - but, even if it does, this seems unwieldy.
          - 9.x also provides options for adminstratrively pausing delivery of a destinations messages, and/or pausing MDBs.
          - I think the "time-to-deliver override" also supports setting absolute times via cron like schedules (eg - you can configure it so messages are born at a specific time.)
          - Another option is to introduce an intermediate destination and configure a "messaging bridge" to forward messages between them. When messaging needs to be pause, administratively stop the bridge.

I am having issues with being able to send videos through text message after the update

I have the motorola droid 4 and after the recent update, I am no longer able to change my video settings on my phone. I need to be able to change the quality to low to be able to send as mms, however the option is no longer there? I have went through settings and nothing gives me the option to record a video and send it through text. error says that the video can not be attached because it is too large. can someone please assist me. The update was 4.1.2 version.

I have the Droid 4, and the 4.1.2 OS; when I open the camera and switch to video, then tap the gear for settings, I can choose HD+ (1080), all the way down to 320x240 resolution (5 different choices for resolution)
I can then go to that video in my gallery, and I have the share option there... how long is the video you are trying to send? What is the total size of the file? Perhaps the receiving party's phone cannot receive the video file?

i realised i have this 200mb of messages this morning & tried deleting my messages but it started to hang half way and my phone gets very hot. thn i do pressed my lock & home button to reset the phone, thn it cool atfer awhile but i got all my messges back lol..
thn i found out, after deleting all the unwanted messages, sync to itunes, thn all the messages is gone for good. hope it helps?

The goal is to mount the combo update .dmg on the desktop and then open and run it. If you can't get to the desktop to begin with, that won't work. Another approach is to treat the Mac's hard disk as just another HD by using a second Mac and then connecting the problematic one via Target Disk Mode. See http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1661. Note that both Macs will need Firewire ports and you'll need a FIrewire cable to connect them. With the combo updater, one of the steps in the process is to select the drive you want to install the update on. Once you're successfully connected in Target Disk Mode, the problematic drive should appear in the list.
If that doesn't work or Target Disk Mode isn't possible, the only other solution is to boot into Recovery Mode; see http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4718. Note that once booted into recovery mode, you have access to Disk Utility, and you should try running Repair Disk after selecting the bad drive to see if something's wrong with the directory which could be fixed. When you select that drive, you should also look at S.M.A.R.T. Status at the bottom of the window. It should say "Verified." If it says Failing or Failed, the HD needs to be replaced.
If the HD is OK, all that's left that I can think of is to reinstall Lion using Recovery Mode. I hope you've maintained current backups or at least complete Time Machine backups. Of course, if you have a backup and the backup is bootable, you could boot from that, wipe the internal HD clean, and clone the backup onto the internal HD.

After the update to Android 5.0.1 on my Galaxy Note 4, my Galaxy Gear S will not install apps, I get an error message that says "Installation Failed. Try Later. (WO:WO:-1002). I am glad it was a free app I was trying to install (I tried a couple of different ones to see if it was just a bad app and they all failed on the install. The Note 4 and the Gear S seem to be communicating okay via bluetooth (health stuff syncs, Gear S controls the music player on the note 4 Etc. )

Everything that I had installed previously on the gear S still works.
Everthing while in the gear manager seems to be working okay also. I can make changes in the Gear manager on the note 4 and they show up on the gear S. I have an app called watch styler , it let me create a new watch on the Note 4 and that showed up on the Gear S.
The only thing that seems to be not working is installing new apps.
When trying to get a new app it looks like it is working as normal , the dowload shows it is working but it errors out when it goes to install it.

You can't, directly. There's no connection betweenthe server and browser.
even after invalidating the session. we can do it
directly using the statement
response.sendRedirect("....");
or we can use the meta refresh tag.if session is invalidated and if we try to do response.sendRedirect(".. ") it throws IllegalStateException
