The uncompleted downloads in download window doesn't allow me to go ahead unless it only allows to delete or remove the item. Then how to retrieve the broken downloads, please help me

That usually doesn't happen (unless you do not use automatic login) unless you boot into Safe Mode. When prompted do you enter your admin password? What happens when you do that?

So far, the DesignStandard_CS6_LS16.dmg file has been successfully downloaded only once - on my desktop. Now I only have one working version of Photoshop on my desktop when I should be entitled to download it to five different devices.
How do I get my download attempt counter to be restarted again so that I have four remaining attempts?

Just when it gets about finished downloadIng, the app restarts the download, and this process keeps going and going. I did everything that apple suggested, but nothing works. How to restart rental movie download on 5S?

I Rented 4 movies last night. Two downloaded fine, but I ran out of space. I made room for them, but can't figure out how to get the downloads started again.
There is nothing but a play button in the movies in the rental section in the movie app, and they are no lower in my current downloads in the Store. The movies do appear in my movie rentals, as a grey box.
