How to restart Seeburger x.400 service

Hello guys,
actually i knew how to restart the service but now i am not able to find it anymore.
We have an external adapter engine and think that the messages are not send because adapter might be down on seeburger machine.
Could you give me a hand on this where to find and restart the X.400 adapter-service in the BIS-fornt end?

Hi,
If you want to stop and start all the services, (I am assuming the Hyperion Home, check as per ur HYPERION_HOME)
Go to:
1) /Hyperion/products/bin
2) you will find stop.sh and start.sh
If you want to start a specific service: (Assuming Tomcat, check the locatin of your application server)
/Hyperion/deployments/Tomcat5/bin
here you will find Shared Services, along with few more.
use stopSharedServices9.sh and startSharedServices9.sh

Look for the Oracle Database Service. If I remember correctly, it's something like Ora<Instance_name>.
Hit the Restart button, it's the button with the icon that's a stop and start.

Delete namespace and prefix with Seeburger X.400 receiver

Dear experts,
I have a problem deleting a namespace and prefixes "ns0" from an XML output. When testing I was using an FTP receiver adapter with the AnonymizerBean which worked perfectly. I referred to: /people/stefan.grube/blog/2007/02/02/remove-namespace-prefix-or-change-xml-encoding-with-the-xmlanonymizerbean
Now I have a Seeburger X.400 receiver adapter and the AnonymizerBean does not work anymore.
The output message looks like this:

Anonymizer bean is stripping the namespace prefix ns1 but it is also stripping the address http://decisionintellect.com/inteport/.
Below is my anonymizer bean config in PI:

How to start Output post processor service ?

I am trying to publish reports based on xml publisher and the report got errored out with following error message in the log file:
Unable to find an Output Post Processor service to post-process request 611006.
Check that the Output Post Processor service is running.
Can someone help me how to restart or start the OPP service.
I know it has to be done via System Administration -> Oracle applications Manager
But how ?

If you want to check if the OPP is running, Using sysadmin resp. navigate
Concurrent-->Manager-->Administer
Look for the Output Post Processor,
The Actual should equal the Target processes (eg: Actual=1 Target =1).
Status should not be Deactivated.
Alternatively you can click on Restart to restart the service.
Also another point you may want to check,
You may have multiple instances/nodes alias names for you server.
It's quite a possibility that the OPP is pointing to the actual name and not the alias.
You will get the details in the OPP log.
Also which version of XMLP are you on?
I experienced this issue on 5.6.1 but not on 5.6.3

The point I think was to ensure that you knew exactly what was required. A customer service desk can have many interpretations from a BI perspective.
You could have :
1. Operational reports - calls attended per shift , Average number of calls per person , Seasonality in the calls coming in etc
2. Analytic views - Utilization of resources , Average call time and trending , customer satisfaction , average wait time
3. Strategic - Call volumes corresponding to campaigns etc , Employee churn and related call times
Based on these you would then have to construct your models which would be populated by data from the MySQL instance for you to report.
Else if you have BWA you could have data discovery instead or if you have HANA - you could do even more and if you have a HANA sidecar - you technically dont need BW. The possibilities are virtually endless - it depends on how you want to drive it and how the end user ( client ) sees value in the same.

Currently I am trying to create a SOAP web service within a HCP Java application to allow backend systems to consume data stored in HCP.
This is the planned scenario:
1. Create data in HCP - therefor I am using JPA and a oData Model.
2. Backend uses web service to consume data from HCP - with this point I do have some problems.. I do want to create a SOAP web service in order to achieve this.
Is there an easy way to create a SOAP web service in HCP? There are many tutorials in the internet of how to create a SOAP web service in 20 sec´s, but non of these helped me. I do was able to consume a SOAP web service in HCP coming from the ByD, but the other way around seems pretty complicated...
Can I make use of the Eclipse functions to create a web service? (New --> Other... --> Web Services --> Web Service and than choose the Button up Java bean Web Service type)
Have any of you some coding snippets that would probably help me out?
I have unsuccessfully tried to use the @WebService, @SOAPBinding, @WebMethod notation in my java classes...

Yes. All the required jar files are in the lib directory.
Currently I am able to create a web service locally.
But when I deploy that to the cloud server my JPA service is not working any more.
Receiving the following error message:

Enter the string without the quote, then try to switch to the XML view and add the quotes. This should be a workaround for simple values.
You should also be able to generate a java client from JDeveloper in a few clicks, using the Wizard. As you can generate the JUnit template for the proxy (or stub), it's usually faster to re-run your test.
If this does not work for you, can you post the WSDL so we can see if there is any reason it does not work for you.

Under Network Preferences, select the WiFi
click on "Advanced..." button
Select the network you want to delete from the list and click on "-"
Click "Ok"
Click "Apply"

You may also want to delete the wireless key from Keychain.
Open Keychain, seach for the old wifi network name, slect it and click delete

You can use the web services by creating the Model in web Dynpro
And if you want to publish your own web service then you have to create a EJB module and publish as a web service.

it is not clear to me if you are having problems with calling java code from OIM or if the problem is the web service API.
Lets do some divide and conquer:
Can you create a simple java class that just writes a couple of lines to the log? Please attach this code to the OIM task and make sure it runs.
Once this works we can start looking at the web service call.
