How to restore resume function on Muvo TX

I use my Muvo TX FM to listen to audio books. It used to be that when I stopped at any point and turned it off, it would resume again at the same point. Suddenly, this is no longer the case -- if I turn it off and back on again, it starts playing from the beginning of the file. I don't know what happened. How can I fix it's Can't find any information in the user's manual. Thanks.

Did you shut off while playing the MP3. I think when you switch to radio-mode and turn off, it does not store the position right, but I might be wrong.
If the function simply does not work as normal, I guess you should download the latest firmware and install it, or if you already use the latest firmware, you should run that update again to reset the firmware (it is the same procedure, but the same version and not an update then).

And if it doesn't, you should try the firmware-update again, this time using the "format data area"-option.
If it still does not work, you should think about the files you are playing compared to the ones you used when the option worked. Maybe they are too large or have the wrong format. It would be good to try a normal mp3-file with 28 or 92 kbit and 44khz, too.

Just as I am ready to throw in the towel to restoring the factory WIN7 image I find a solution. It's not the best solution but it is a functional one for this purpose. The irony here is incredible: the one key word I failed to include in my search for rescue or recovery options was this: ONEKEY!

Download and install Lenovo OneKey Recovery for Windows 7 64-bit NOT Rescue & Recovery!

THANKFULLY it installed successfully unlike R&R 4.5 or 4.51. I executed the program in the base WIN7 which I installed previously. When I selected the OneKey Recovery option, the system rebooted into the recovery utility and restored the factory image from the hidden partition (the same partition I did NOT delete at the suggestion from one user here!).
F11 functionality remains broken so this option will not work for anyone wishing to recover the current OS unless they happen to make regular backups from which to recover from. I won't even get into the discussion as to WHY Lenovo uses different recovery products for different systems. I also do not feel this work-around absolves Lenovo from creating a utility to manage their proprietary boot manager/MBR. I'm just happy to put this issue to rest once and for all. I will not be recommending Lenovo products to family, friends, colleagues, or clients in the future. Best of luck to those who do!

The scroll bar is consistent with the Full Screen approach in trying to maximize the working area of your screen. The scroll bar fades to make room for data. So, use your 2-fingered scroll or arrow keys for short moves. If you have a long way to scroll, the scroll bar will activate any time you scroll with the trackpad or the arrow keys and you can grab it and pull it to your desired position in the document.

Two points for you, Ramis:
1. The mouse-over highlight only works in Intermet Explorer. I use Firefox, and it doesn't work there.
2. When-mouse-enter trigger works in client/server forms, but not web forms. So if you are planning on ever moving to web, using the Current Record VA might be a better idea. Users would just need to click on any item in the record.

You will have to reset this pref on the about:config page.

HOW TO RESTORE THE DIRECT TRANSFER OF SONGS TO MY MUSIC FOLDER

Desktop with Windows XP, Professional Version and Service Pack 3. Since March 2, 2015, the browser is Firefox with Google.
Prior to that I used Firefox Portable Edition. Our public library offers a music download service from a company named Freegal.
The process is to click on download on an individual song which produces a popup which I click on Save. This produces a second popup which allows me to transfer the song to a selected folder in MY Music. This routine worked quite well with Firefox Portable Edition. However, after I recently installed Firefox, the second popup which would be used to transfer the song to My Music does not appear and this is the end of the routine with Freegal. Firefox sends the downloaded song to two locations in my computer which are D: My Documents\Downloads and to C: Documents and Settings\Administration\Recent. I have two hard drives in use on this computer because of its limited memory. I then copy and paste the song from D: Documents \ Downloads to the selected folder in My Music.
The library has no recent reported problems with Freegal. I am assuming that the recent download of Firefox is its latest edition and I must say that it is a very fast browser. It is more convenient to transfer the song to My Music as was intended by Freegal than the route that I have to use as described above.
I would appreciate any comments on why this is happening given that Firefox Portable Edition did not have this problem.
Any suggestions on how to restore this function in Freegal would also be appreciated.

(There is another workaround possible, using another, 2nd, additional profile for music downloads)

Satellite Pro A10 - How to restore Power Management

I'm running a little-used Satellite Pro A10 as a substitute for a sick desktop, and in trying to improve the performance after installing some essential software.
I seem to have accidentally disabled the Toshiba Power Management function - when I click on the icon on the Toshiba Console there is no response.
The Power Management seems to be retaining its previous setting, though, but I'm left with no control otherwise.
Any advice on how to restore this function on the Console?

Some gestures have been removed in Firefox 4.
You can restore the zoom feature by changing the values of the related prefs on the about:config page.

ALPS pointing device - how to restore the scrolling function

Until a couple of days ago, my mousepad allowed me to scroll. I've tried looking at the settings in control panel/mouse but the options have disappeared.
Is it a driver issue? If so, which driver should I download, and where from?
