I Had redeemed 15$ balance
and i had forget my secure questions as the apple id is old for me
although my e-mail is available but i didn't recieve any email to verify my id
what should i do now ?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
Putting the balance back onto the card also requires contacting Apple.

When you say tit only sees your music folder, are you saying it only sees your music folder or does it see other empty folders.

Sorry, but balances can't be transferred from one iTunes Store account to another. You'll either have to make his purchases through your account, or buy another prepaid card and redeem that in his account.

You can't currently transfer an account's balance from one account to another, nor can you use it to gift content. You shoudl be able to use your old account on your new phone, it's generally best just to have the one iTunes account

Buy something for more than the balance and charge the remainder to a credit card, or write Apple and ask them to keep the balance.

You need to setup iMessage on one of the two phones using a different AppleID.

My old phone has NEVER had any Apple ID other than mine log into it, and the new one's a sealed box that I've opened and set up from scratch. Can anyone please explain this? I'm worried there's some kind of problem with my iCloud data being mixed with someone else's or something... Since I logged in with my own ID, it's downloaded the data perfectly fine, but I just got the Apple ID prompt again a moment ago with this same hotmail address in it... In iTunes on your computer, select the Purchased section under STORE in the left column. Click on the first track and choose "Get Info" from the "File" menu.
In the "Summary" tab you'll see details of the purchaser of the track. Click Next to go through all your purchased music one by one until you find the ones you need to get rid of.

You can use the same appleid that you purchased the apps with on the phone for the App store. Settings> iTunes & App Store and continue to use the other id for everything else allowing you to have access to your previously purchased apps. You can then either sync or download the apps without paying for them again.
It can be quite handy having two appleids - it can be quite useful if you can manage them correctly. One id for the store and one for imessage is good for privacy if you have the same id in use on another device.
