You can't. There is no way to roll back the firmware using the NSU.
However the fact you cannot stream the live video feeds might be something to do with the fact your GPRS settings have not been entered onto the phone after the firmware update. This sometimes happens. Contact your network and they will be able to send you setup details via SMS if this is the case.

Any help on how to restore the "Plays" function would be gratefully received!  I have recently installed itunes on a new PC and this function does not seem to work in the Library section.

Perhaps you need to revist the way you moved your library. This migrate iTunes library post shows ways to do it that bring over all the data intact. If that is no longer possible see my script SyncStats.

Try and force iPad into Recovery Mode
    1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
    2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
    4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: Data will be lost. You may have to repeat the above many times.

Can't back up my Iphone5 to my macbook pro, it tells me it may be corrupted, also I don't know how to delete the old backup to redo it

    Hi Caveman337,
Welcome to the Support Communities!  The resource below will explain how to delete an old iTunes backup.  Before you do this, I would suggest creating an iCloud backup of your iPhone.
Back up and restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iCloud or iTunes - Apple Support
    http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203977
    Back up using iCloud
If you're using iCloud, it can automatically back up your content. Use these steps to turn on iCloud Backup:
Tap Settings > iCloud > Backup. If you're using iOS 7 or earlier, tap Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup.
Tap iCloud Backup to turn it on.
    Tap Back Up Now.
After you turn on iCloud Backup, iCloud will back up your content automatically. You can return to this screen to see when the last back up happened.
Create and delete iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch backups in iTunes - Apple Support
    http://support.apple.com/en-us/ht4946
    Where your backups are stored
The folder where your backup data is stored depends on your computer's operating system. Make sure the backup folder is included in your data-backup routine. iTunes places the backup files in these places:
    Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
The "~" represents your Home folder. If you don't see Library in your Home folder, hold Option and click the Go menu.
    Delete a backup
If you want to delete a backup created by iTunes:
    Open iTunes Preferences:
    Mac: Choose iTunes > Preferences.
Windows: Choose Edit > Preferences. Learn how to turn on menus in Windows 7 and 8.
Click Devices. (The iOS device doesn't need to be connected.)
iTunes will show the phone number, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number, and serial number of the backed up iPhone when you position your mouse pointer over a backup. (Only the serial number will be shown for iPad and iPod touch). You can use this to find the backup you want to delete.
Select the backup you want to remove.
    Click Delete Backup.
When prompted, confirm that you want to remove the selected backup by clicking Delete Backup.
Click OK to close the iTunes Preferences Window.
Backups that have a date and time stamp in the backup name are copies of backups created by restoring the iOS device. The date and time in the left column are when the restore-from-backup occurred. The date and time in the right column are the last synced date; this shows how current the data is.
I hope this information helps ....

  • How to restore the greek keyboard passcode lock in IOS 7.0.2

Anyone know how to restore the keyboard passcode lock back to the greek style in IOS 7.0.2? I heard it's an option in the new firmware update but can't figure out how to go back to it. Any ideas?

Yes, but you might not want to do this at the present time as it's likely your phone will not recognise the new password once set. See other posts.

  • IOS6 Maps function is terrible, can I restore the old one?

Help. What has happened to the Map application in iOS6? It is terrible, almost unusable. The resolution is used to be good, now places I could easily see in fine detail are either gone from the map entirely or the resolution has been dowgraded significantly. Railway lines seem to have disapeared also? What has happened? Why release an update with significantly worse performance than the one it replaces? I need the map app and I can't really use it in it's current condition. Can I go back to the previous operating system? Is there a way of rolling back my system and restoring the old one?
    Thanks

Regardless, if the iOS 6 Maps app doesn't work for you, then it doesn't work. Apple reports that they are working on improving their new Maps service. You can reports problems via these procedures:
    http://www.macrumors.com/2012/09/24/how-to-report-a-problem-with-ios-6-maps-data /.
Until iOS 6 Maps reaches the level of finesse necessary to be fully usable to you, take a look at some alternatives:
Bing Maps offers a very good maps service with Bird's Eye, a feature similar to Flyover. It's arguably better than Google Maps.

You can use Google Maps by creating a shortcut to the Home Screen with help from the article below.

MapQuest also has a very nice app available.

Nokia Maps is another great service that you can add to your Home Screen via a web shortcut.

  • How can restore the ipad is disabled.....

How can restore the ipad is disabled.....

    Hi,
just thought I would put my two cents worth in.
I recently had an 89 year old friend disable her ipad and so as she had never backed it up to iTunes etc, had to do the system restore.
This stuck on me several times and despite using the steps in:
Read This: If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
It got to a point where after the 80 odd minutes got to - Processing file please wait - well after waiting over night and still no joy and trying other pc's in case it was the PC, I resorted to ringing apple care. They were great..
It turned out that the file had actually downloaded but hadn't extracted. So what we did was simply take the lightening cable out of the ipad and as I put it back in, instead of just holding the home key down, held the on/off switch down at the same time as well as the home key ( a bit of juggling to do all three at the same time) but then the iTunes screen changed to say extracting and from there away it went. The apple logo came up on the ipad and it restored as normal - maybe about 20 mins. Whilst we lost all previous data, it was not a big deal to get some back from the app store etc. But If I had thought or known to try that step it may have saved me about 5 hours of wasted time.
So if this can help anyone else you then great.
    Trish

how I "restore the ipad off the computer/itunes program. " ?

    yes
I have several devices My Keeper account didn't renew   as I had no money in iTunes so it locked Turns out I didn't back up  regularly to the cloud cause I forgot i had paid for 1 device I had backed up the iPod I  replaced with my iPhone 5 S .
I had backed up the iPhone on my laptop . But I did a sync then restore from Backup to my iPhone hoping the sync would add the  files i had added to the iPhone but not backed up to the Keeper cloud , but were on the laptop back up.  It didn't So sitting in the trash on my laptop is the nw replaced  iOS App Keeper that was replaced by the one that came back from the keeper Cloud when i renewed my sub but made it  for all devices not bjust the 1. When I checked the old i Pod it was its backup To Keeper cloud  from Nov 2013 that was back installed on my iPhone  What I want to do is drag and drop the Keeper IOS  app from the Laptop trash Hopefully containing the added Files since Nov 2013 and replace the old version  and then restore from Back up on the laptop to the iPhone and get my files Back .

  • Upgrading from an iPad1 (os 5.5.1) to iPad Air.  I want to still use the original, but want to transfer my iPad 1 stuff to my new iPad.  Do I restore (doesn't that also restore the old os?) or set up as new?

I'm ipgrading from an iPad1 (os 5.5.1) to a new iPad Air.  I want to still use the original, but want to transfer my iPad 1 stuff to my new iPad.  Do I restore (doesn't that also restore the old os?) or set up as new?
Also, every time I get a new device and transfer stuff from the old, I wind up with no folders.  How can I avoid that this time?
    Thanks in advance!

Make a backup of your old iPAd to itunes or iCloud.
Then restore from that backup when setting up the new iPad Air.
The restore will put your data onto the new iPad.  (The Os will remain at 7).
Folder structure is a little iffy. Since backups don't restore Apps, only data, you would still need to re-download the Apps to the new Air and as such would need to create the folders for them.
