How to restrict feeds from Paymetric ?

Payments are coming in through the Paymetric feed
One customer is
looking at the American Express feed the payments made by the employees are coming through in the feed.
They do not want this.
We have contacted American Express and they said there is not a way to stop this.
I know we can set a transaction as obsolete, but is there a more automated way to accomplish this?

Hi Rahul,
for American Express CfTE recognizes payments based on the “Financial Category Code” (which should have value 4 in case of payments). Such transactions are automatically excluded from further processing and no expenses are created for them. The traveler won't have these payment transactions in the list of unassigned transactions but only the administrator can see these transactions (under the view "Excluded Transactions"). The "Reason for Exclusion" is set to "Standard Heuristic" in this case.
Setting a transaction to obsolete manually actually does the same thing (the transaction is also excluded but simply has another “Reason for Exclusion”).
As a summary, as long as the Amex payments have Financial Category Code = 4 the system would automatically set them to "Excluded". No configuration is needed (and no configuration exists).
