How to resume the scheduler under activities

i have passed the scheduler once we had a patching and after then i'm not able to resume the scheduler. Does any one have any idea how to enable it.

When you patch TIDAL you change a load of the java classes. One of the effects this may have will be to render your existing control system invalid. In effect, you can't patch it while its running. Pausing is not enough.
You need to shut down, load the patch and restart.
I'm guessing if you look in your logs you'll find a bunch of java errors, probably to do with version mismatches.

How to View the Scheduler in ODI Console

In ODI Studio, we may Schedule a Scenario and also, we may view all Schedules process from the Agents (View Schedule option).
My colleagues are going to use ODI Console, but we cannot find out HOW to View the Schedule in ODI Console.
In Oracle documentation about FDMEE, we can read the following: If you want to cancel a specific instance of a schedule, use the ODI Studio or ODI Console... see the PDF document in attachment.

To display the schedule for one agent:
In Topology Navigator expand the Agents node in the Physical Architecture accordion.
Select the Physical Agent you want to update the schedule.
Right-click and select View Schedule.
The Schedule Editor appears, displaying the schedule for this agent.

How to change the Schedule For settings for an object

Hi All,
do you know how to change with BO Enterprise SDK Java the schedule settings for an object?
I mean these settings that can be changed manually In the Objects management area of the CMC, selecting a report object, Schedule tab, Schedule For link:
- Schedule only for myself
- Schedule for specified users and user groups
Rest of settings can be managed with ISchedulingInfo, but I don´t know how to change the "Schedule for" property.
Should I use other SDK?
We have Webi Documents, BOXIE R2 SP2

I think I´ve solved it,
we can use
ISchedulingInfo.getMultiPassObjects()
that returns a java.util.Set of user/usergroup IDs on the schedule for multipass.
and then we can work with this Set (adding or removing users and groups).
Setting manually to "Schedule only for myself" in the CMC is the same that removing all the elements from the getMultiPassObjects() set.

Please follow the below procedure.
You block items in Schedule agreements to prevent release orders or delivery schedules (in the latter case, including SA releases) being created against the agreement. For example, you may want to block an item if a vendor has delivered goods of poor quality.
Procedure
1.     Choose Schedule agreement Change.
2.     Specify the number of the outline agreement. Then press ENTER .
3.     Select the item(s) you wish to block. Then choose Edit Block.
The system inserts an S in the column D, indicating that the item is blocked.
To unblock the item, select it and then choose Edit Reset deletion indicator.
4.     Save the agreement.

You can delete the item in schedule agreement

I wanted to run a job under sys id ( Batch user ) , as my authorisation is not sufficiant to run the repoting agent - Precalculation. Where as Batch user have all the roles for the same .
I am in my login screen , and i wanted to run the job under batch user id ...could you please let me know how can i do it ?

Now I want that during my next planning run the already created schedule lines should remain firmed & according to requierement only new schedule lines should get created.

There is option in Schedule Line itself that u can give firming period and in that period schedule lines r firmed. Go to ME32L
enter ur SchedulingAgreement Then select ur material and click on Additional Data (Shift+F5). There under Scheduling Control 'Firm Zone' field is there, try with this option and see what i sresult.

How to change the schedule line date in SO with reference to value contract

Hi SD Guru's,
I need to change the schedule line date in the sales order with reference to the value contract by using some algorithm that i will write. The problem that i can't find the suitable place to add the algorithm. I can't add it to the Copy control because there is no schedule lines in value contract and copy control for schedule lines does no exist.
I can not add to user exit MV45AFZZ , because order that was created with reference to the value contract, does not go through this user exit.
Do you have some ideas where i can add it?

How about using program MV45AFZB- USEREXIT_CHECK_VBEP or USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEPKOM
or program FV45EFZ1- USEREXIT_CHANGE_SALES_ORDER
Does the program go through these exits when an order is created with ref to a value contract??
Also I am wondering why you need to change a Schedule line determined by Availability check and/or delivery scheduling?

How to resume the flow back to the main process after Subprocees Completes

I have a Work Flow process such that
Main Process calls Sub process(S1), S1 calls Subprocess S2 , S2 calls Subprocees S3 and so on..
Via Status monitor I could see that the instance had successfully completed the subprocess S1 , but then the flow is not resumed to the main process and the status of the main process and the subprocess is still active.
Am I missing something here. Do I have to set some attributes to resume the flow back to the main Process

If you are calling these as sub-processes, then there is nothing else that you need to do. When the sub-process completes, the engine will just follow the transition from the sub-process to the next activity.
If you are calling these as detail processes, then you need to include to setup the relationship between master and detail flow when initiating the detail flow, plus use the standard co-ordination activities to communicate status changes between master and detail.

but i sm37 i can stop the active jobs only only but my jb is not in active status.so how to proceed and one more thing is i would like to stop my job permanently not for temporary.
as we can see the scheduled /released / active /ready /finished jobs in sm37 but all this we can see when the job have started ..so i want my job to stop permanently.
