  • How can i change my secret question if i forget the answers

    Dear Apple community,
    Please help
how can i change my secret question or more clearly if i forget the answers to my secret question some how? What is the procedure to get it changed.
    Thanks

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

  • How can I reset my secrets questions on itunes, cause I don't remember the answers...

I tried to buy a song, but they told me they need to verify the account, cause it was the first time I was buying with my macbook (which isn't true cause I bought songs the night before), and they asked me to answer my secret questions that I answered 5 years ago... so the thing is, I don't remember my answer, and now they blocked my account for 8 hours cause I tried to answers many times...

If you have a rescue email address on your account then you can use that to reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6170
If you don't have a rescue email address then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

If your country isn't on that page then try this form and explain and see what they reply with : https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5620
Or, if it's available in your country, you could change to 2-step verification : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5570

If you can't remember the answers to the security questions, then go to Express Lane  and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox).

  • CRM Survey, how to retrieve answers

    Hi,
I was wondering if there is someone out there knowing how to retrieve answers from a survey question with pre defined answers.
I am using function module CRM_SVY_VALUES_READ to get the XML
And then the class cl_crm_svy_values and the methods values_get_all and values_get to retrieve  the answer values. This works fine for the answers related to questions of the type free text (i.e. free text manually keyed into to the survey). However for those question with predefined answers I get an ID e.g. id_3fa9c8ef37e16498e10000000a74113d.
Do any one know how to go from this ID to readable text or if there is another way to solve this.
    Regards
    Jan

I forgot my Security Question and Security Info email. How can I reset my Secret Question or how can I find what was my Security Info email is?

You won't be able to view and/or change your rescue email address until you can answer your security question(s). If you only have one security question then you should be able to reset it according to http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6170 :
    Reset your security questions
Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
Select “Manage your Apple ID” and sign in.
Select “Password and Security” on the left side of the page.
If you have only one security question, you can change the question and answer now.
If you have more than one security question:
Select “Send reset security info email to [your rescue email address].” If you don't see this link or don't have access to your rescue address, contact Apple Support as described in the next section.
Your rescue address will receive a reset email from Apple. Follow its instructions to reset your security questions and set up new questions and answers. Didn't receive the email ?
After resetting your security questions, consider turning on two-step verification. With two-step verification, you don't need security questions to secure your account or verify your identity.
If you have more than one question then as you can't remember your rescue email address then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
When they've been reset you can then use the steps on this page to view and/or change your rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5620
Or if it's available in your country you could change to 2-step verification : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5570

If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address set up then go to Express Lane  and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Questions' or 'iTunes Store account security' (it appears to vary by country) and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
