How to return Vendor consignment received thro 561 K

Hi,
I have few materials in Consignment stock that received through 561 K from the legacy system. It doesnt have PO or any other document in ECC.
Now we want to return it to vendor, since we dont find any use of that. How to return it to vendor w/o any PO or material doc?
I cant do 122.
Will it be ok if i do 562 K ? Can i use 702 K?
Since it is a consignment stock all i need is a record in ECC that this material existed in plant.

Yes, you can use 562K deal with this problem.

    You can use the following:
    - stock can be moved from 916 to normal bin by LT01 / LT10
    AND
    - control message VL019 in OVM1 and VL173 as per OSS note 521409
    AND
    - delete the delivery item by setting the delivery qty to 0
    AND
    - create new delivery item
    Recreating the item and do the picking again. I received this answer from OSS.

  • How to adjust vendor consignment stock

    We have one material , that material is having one scheduling agreement (consignment), in 2003 he was received 3600 qty, that is shown in Purchase order history of Scheduling agreement, with 101 movement type and material document.
    when we saw now the stock in MMBE the 1800 qty is showing as vendor consignment.
    Now user says that, he has no any vendor consignment stock physicaly. now it is showing as 1800 qty vendor consignment.
    I have checked in MB51 there is no documents from 2003 it is showing only 2004 onwards
    if i suppose willing to scrapp then we need to take it as Unresticted stock, then Accounting document generates.
    if i want to cancel old material document , then this document is not exist of 2003

          They has not been done tranfer posting consignment to own(411k) and issues.Thats y stock is still avilabe.So user have to do these things in sap.
    If you want to do stock is nil without these things do Physical inventory but it is not advisable.

  • How to trace vendor consignment when reclass happen

    we're facing an issue of loosing aging traceability due to re-class happened on batch.
    here is the process/logic:
    Our logic is to retrieve data from MSLB  (Special Stocks with Vendor) first, from there we’re getting material doc/year/profit center/quantity with movement type
    (541,542,543,544,701,702,309) from MSEG based on the following logic.
         select mblnr bwtar prctr bwart xauto menge mjahr
          into (w_mslb2-mblnr, w_mslb2-bwtar, w_mslb2-prctr, w_mslb2-bwart,
          w_mslb2-xauto, w_mslb2-menge, w_mslb2-mjahr)
          from mseg
          where matnr = w_mslb-matnr
            and werks = w_mslb-werks
            and lifnr = w_mslb-lifnr
            and charg = w_mslb-charg
            and bwart in (541,542,543,544,701,702,309).
    With the above data, we get the document posting date from MKPF. And we calculate the aging based on the date for movement type 541.

    we'll not able to capture the correct aging days for original

    Please advise anywhere we can link up between part A batch#123 and part A batch#456 in order to trace the aging.

    Hi all,
    How to handle Vendor Consignment in SAP B1 9.0.
    Issue:
    User places a purchase order receives stock as consignment. No effect should be shown on inventory reports and no financial impact shall be there.
    Further user bills the Vendor for the quantity for which he sends the bill exactly.
    at this point only finance and inventory shall reflect the change.
    Tried:
    Added a dropship warehouse in name of consignment, created the GRPO with no impact on finance/Inventory. But can not make Inventory transfer to actual warehouse from consignment warehouse as this is a dropship warehouse.
    Thus unable to reflect inventory in system.
    Please suggest the most appropriate solution.

    To achieve this requirement there are some developments are required.
    e.g.:- One different movement type should be there for handling vendor rejection from production line to transit store.
    One different transit store should be there  for handling the rejections.
    And you must know that particular material has come from which vendor e.g. 10nos are from xyz vendor and 7 nos from abc vendor.
    Now you can do the transfer posting thru MIGO from production line to transit store. and can select supplier from partner tab.
    Different movement type and storage location would be very helpful for reporting part. And maintain discipline.

  • How to Handle Returns of Vendor Consigned Stock Issued via Delivery ?

    Hi.
    I am currently able to issue Vendor Consigned Stock via Delivery. I use Lean Warehouse Management, and I have implemented Stock Determination Rule to take Vendor Consigned Stock and Unrestricted own stock in account during Issue. I am even able to insert the correct Vendor Number during the confirmation of the Transfer Order. When I generate the Goods Issue of the Delivery Order, I get an accounting document that affects both the Account Payable Liability and a Consumption Account.
    Now My Question is this :
    How do I handle Customer Complaints that lead to a Return of the Goods, back into Vendor Consigned Stock ? The goods that is returned, needs to be taken back into Vendor-Consigned Status, and a appropriate Accounting Document needs to be generated to reverse out the Acct Payable Liability and Consumption Account entries.
    Do I use a Returns 'RE' Sales Order to bring back the Stock ? I need to be able to create a Return Delivery that will immediately post the returned Stock back into Vendor Consigned Status. So where and how can I key in the vendor number in the Return delivery, keeping in mind Return Delivery in Standard SAP does not use Warehouse Management ?

    I think you can try the following:
    1. Define a new schedule line category - here you can define the movement type and the item category (as given in a Purchase Info Record). - Transaction VOV6
    2. Define a new sales order type for returns. - Transaction VOV8
    3. Define a new item category for the returns document, - you can mention the special stock type here too
    4. Carry out the sales order to item category and item category to schedule line category assignments.
    I am not sure if the system will prompt you to provide the vendor number or how does it populate the vendor no. while posting the material doc. However you can try this out and check if this solves your issue.

  • How to return consignment goods to vendor?

    We have some materials that are in consignment status. Their stock is imported when going live. Though we have a SA for these materials, we haven't purchase any of them since roll-out. So when I tried to use 122 K to return these goods to vendor, I can't find these materials in the list.
    Could anyone suggest how to return consignment goods like this to vendor?

    So need to Cancel the invoice MR8M and do the return delivery.

    We have 2 type of consignment process in SAP.
    1. Vendor consignment (MM process) & 2. Consignment with customer.(SD process)
    If the Customer is returning the item (or consignment item). ... it will be process as normal process...like goods receipt in to inspection ... if it is ok... then again we can move to Consignment ( with customer)...in seperate transaction.

  • Return of consignment using inter-company vendor

    I need some help regarding consignment return in retail using inter-company vendor.
    I'm using item category NKN for fill-up and NKR for pick-up with movement type 635 & 636.
    The fill up process goes well, we can create the DO fill up using inter-company PO in VL10D.
    But when i try to do return from store to inter-company DC the shipping tabulation in the PO is missing. So i can't generate the DO pick-up because of that.

          OBYA - i already settings for inter company code postings. I already made that and make posting also.
    Now the problem, i transfered open item of vendor(1) of 100(Dr) from sender company code(1234) to receiver company code(ABCD) to the vendor(2) 100(Dr).
       when i did this transfer sender company open item nulified and the same open item transfer to the receiver company code with open item status.
       Now i book one bill on vendor(2) receiver company code (ABCD) for 100(Cr). Now when i am clearing debit amount with credit amount through F-44 system generating a message that "open item not found"
       i choose document number in additional selections.

    Created a vendor consignment return PO 45-xx(Me21n, item Cat. K, tigged return indicator, configure error msg ME640 to W)
    Then I go to  VL10B, can not find my return  45-xx
    My question is how to configue to enable return PO shown on Vl10b

    Do you have "Shipping" data tab on your PO at item details level?
    I believe you have completed below steps
    1. maintain supplying plant as return plant
    IMG-Material Management-Purchasing-Purchase order- returns order-returns to vendor
    Here, make sure you've maintained Puurchasing Doc type as "NB" and Del,Type f. Retur as "RL"
    2. add customer master data representing "return vendor"
    3, checked "Return vendor" on the Purchasing segment for vendor
    4 Assign vendor on customer master (under vendor master general data's control section)

    We created a vendor consignment PO(K in item category and tick return box) and realized PO was committed from unrestricted stock instead of consignment stock,which cause no availability check in sales order due to insufficient available stock. My question is how to configure to make this type of PO to be committed from only consignment stock.

    When creating a consignment return PO item I got error message ME640 (see note 334331 which implements this).
    I followed the instruction described the error message. It (ME640) has been set to warning - there's no other setting is needed.
    After that I was able to save the PO and post the goods issue in MIGO (A01-R01).
    The GI consumed the stock:
    - from consignment stock segment
    - unrestricted stock type
    Please note that within consignment stock segment the susual stock types (unrestricted, QI, blocked) exist.
    It's strange that it didn't use special stock segment "K" in your case. Is this true? How did you do the process?

    Hi Brett,
    Once the stock is damaged and not returnable , u are liable to pay to the vendor .
    Therefore ur requirement cannot be fulfilled without FI postings.
    Only solution would to take as consumped stock or unrestricted stock and then scrap it.
    Note : FI document will be generated.
