Say once u have deleted all the information relaed to the pernr . Go to PA04 in the current no status give the deleted no and hire an employee in PA40
Note : this will applicable only in cretain cased so i would like to know in which context u want this

These are iMessages only.
He activated iMessage on his iPhone with the same Apple ID that you activated iMessage with on your Mac.
On your Mac, go to Messages preferences.
Under the Settings selection for your Apple ID, deselect your brother's phone number for you can be reached for messages at.

With an Exchange or IMAP account you can delete the messages with the email client used on your computer or via webmail access for the account - all server stored mailboxes are kept synchronized with the server with each email client used to access the account.
Not possible with an antiquated POP account.

Same here - I received the same email today. The number they have is a pay as you go mobile number from Estonia, where I don't leave anymore (since 5 years ago). That's not my number and chances are it has been assigned to a different person. The offer is useless and that is not my number: I must be able to delete it.

I have a similar problem (that did not occur until my wife got an iPhone). Resetting my iPhone 5 alleviated the problem but only for a day or two. After that the obsolete "other" number reemerged and since then has been a nuisance every time I want to send a text to my wife.

I am using this program "Delete Personnel Number (RPUDELPN)" to delete personnel data. It works fine in Development environment. But it fails to work if T000-CCCATEGORY = "P" (production client).
I am thinking of copying a program and comment the following codes, so the program can go through in production.
IF t000-cccategory EQ 'P'.
MESSAGE e637.
ENDIF.
However, my question is: (1) is there any drawbacks on running this program in production? (2) Why this standard program set this error message? any special reasons?

Since I have to delete the personnel in batches, while PU00 can only delete one single personnel. So I think I still have to use RPUDELPN.

Hi Mark,
Try infotype 0709 or database table PA0709 if you are looking to link PERNR with PERSONID_EXT.
For SAP username and PERNR, look at IT 0105 subtype 0001 which is usually the case but can be different for customers as per business process/strategy etc.

Error while deleting personnel number

when I ran a report RPUDELPN for deleting Personnel Numbers The Personnel Number Name got deleted but not the personnel numbers relationship with Position . I can see only Green Color without Name. when Iam trying to delete the relationship it is throwing an error . Error in deletion of personnel numbers . How can we resolve this please throw some light on this

Deleting Personnel Number in Production

Hello Experts,
I have come across an issue where some of our business users have deleted personnel numbers in Prod though PU00 after 30 days of employee being hired.
I would like to know the best practice in terms of deleting a personnel number when an employee is hired in error, Im sure it is ok to delete the employee before it can generate any transactional data( within few hours or so), but there has been argument on this that SAP has provided a standard functionality on deleting PERNR then why cant we use it.
We all know that there is a difference between standard functionality and Best Practice , but how do we come across this hurdle is my current worry.
Any live examples or exprience shared will be appriciated.

Hi,
Deleting Employee numbers is not a good practice.
See to it that users dont have rights to critical TCodes like PU00,PU01 etc.
Talk to the basis team to revoke such critical Tcodes.
You can always change employee data if hired incorrectly.
If at all an employee code is to be deleted there should be amail to Basis TEam/ Helpdesk alsong with the reason.
See to it that users are educated well .

If you are going to create a blank database it means you have to entered all the basic requirements again.If you want to copy the masters then there are two tools in sap b1 .
1)copy express
2)if you are working with 8.81or 8.8 version then you can use new from package facility at login screen.
Note: If you want same batch numbers against inventory then use the DTW tool.

I am not too knowledgable when it comes to HR smartforms, but i need to add the personnel number to the appraisal smartform HAP_TEMPLATE_01. I'm struggling, please could someone assist and guide me on how this is done,

First copy the smartform to a Z* name for example ZHAP_TEMPLATE_01.
Start transaction SE19. In the Create Implementation subscreen choose Classic BAdI, BAdI Name HRHAP00_SMARTFORMS, button Create Impl.
On the popup screen enter a name for your impleentation e.g. ZMY_FORM_IMPL and define a filter value e.g. ZMY_FORM_FILTER press ok.
Fill the description of the BAdI implementation, fill a description for the filter value (this will be visible later in the appraisal configuration).
Copy class CL_IM_HRHAP00_SMARTFORMS02 to a Z-class e.g. ZCL_MY_SMARTFORM and activate the class.
In the BAdI implementation on the interface tab replace the Name of the implementing class which was automatically created e.g. ZCL_IN_MY_FORM_IMPL by the name of your class ZCL_MY_SMARTFORM and save the BAdI implementation. You can answer the popup with no as we do not need the automatically created class.
In your Z-class replace the value of the constant C_FORM_10 on the attributes tab by your smartform name ZHAP_TEMPLATE_01. activate the calls.
Activate the BAdI implementation.
Go to transaction oohap_basic. go to enhancement area select AP click enhancement. Enter a new entry and choose your filter value e.g. ZMY_FORM_FILTER from the search help. Save the entry.
Go to phap_cataog / phap_catalog_pa. Add the enhancement e.g. ZMY_FORM_FILTER to the category of your appraisal form. Set the print layout for your appraisal form to the enhancement.

When i tried to use co11n , the earning appearence :
You want to confirm a network/order of the order type FEN1. However, this order type is allocated to an order category whose confirmation is not intended in this transaction.
You try to confirm a network using a transaction intended for confirming production orders. Since networks and production orders are assigned to different order categories, the system issues an error message.
so i still can't use this tcode, do you have any?
