How to reveal vectors in PDF file.

I've got a PDF file composed entirely of vector paths. Since the image was too large for the screen the document was saved as an 8.5x11" file, even though the remaining parts of the image are there. However, I can't seem to reveal them by deleting the clipping mask, even though another person can, using Illustrator CS2.
As you can see in this Flash video: http://www.screentoaster.com/watch/stVUNSQEFIR1xXSVRZWFpfUVJT/cs, it takes them all of about 10 seconds to do, but when I try this, I don't get that result.
Can someone describe in detailed, step-by-step instructions how to accomplish this same result? I need to know everything you do, including the tool and/or menu command you use for each step, and what should happen with each one.

Yes, I tried deleting the Clipping Path, but I still see only the parts that are shown in the previous ScreenShot 1.png file. So, I decided to take out my copy of Illustrator CS3 that I had never installed before and it works perfectly there, which seems very strange. It makes no sense that this wouldn't work in Illustrator CS2 on the Mac, but works fine on Windows. Equally stupid is that it works fine in CS3 on the Mac.
I sense this is an undocumented (or unadmitted) bug, courtesy of Adobe and their sloppy programmers.

because any vector objects, including fonts, will be pixelized (rastered at the chosen document ppi)

Hi Flávia,
Adobe PDF Pack is an online subscription--it definitely allows you to combine several files into one PDF file. For more information about PDF Pack, see Reliably Create PDFs, Convert PDFs, & Merge PDFs Online | Adobe PDF Pack. If you don't have the full version of Acrobat, this is a great solution for combining PDF files.
However, if you're using Acrobat (not Adobe Reader), you combine files by following these steps:
Open a PDF file that you want to add pages to.
Click the Pages pane on the Tools panel (on the right side of the application).
Click Insert From File, and choose the file that you want to combine with the PDF that you opened in step 1.
Make any changes necessary in the Insert Pages dialog box--these settings determine where the new file will be inserted.
Click OK.

You can prevent it from being printed by applying a security policy to it
in Acrobat. The rest can't be prevented, unless you spend a LOT of money

Please do below to combine files:
Log into https://createpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html with your Adobe ID and password
Select "Combine Files" from right pane
Click "Select Files" button

Enter a name for combined PDF file

Click "Download" button in the progress bar to download the combined file to your computer.

So, if you have a PDF pack account, make sure to log in.
Online, you would go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf, by clicking on the "Combine Files" tab.
Next, click the large blue button that says, "Select Files to Combine."
Wait for the shadow-box window to appear, and select the PDF files you want to combine, either by selecting them in your computer's filesystem, from the pop-up window, or by dragging the files into the shadow-box.
Alternatively, you may switch to Acrobat.com files, and upload any files that you have stored there.
Click on the blue button stating continue.
Enter a name in the box with light gray text stating "Enter combined PDF file name"
When done, press combine.
You should see a light grey status box in the top right stating the status of the combining, and when finished, you will see the file appear in the section toward the bottom half of your browser stating "Combined Files" - it should be the document to the furthest left-side. Acrobat is capable of repairing the damaged PDF' ,however it depends on the requirement as to how do you want to repair them.
There could be several reasons that can damage a PDF.
We need to know the cause that has damaged those PDF' and how exactly you want to repair them in order to assist you accordingly .

How can I quickly view pdf files like I can do with Windows Picture and Fax viewer for jpg files? I need to look at several thousand PDF files. It takes too long to open each one individually. The only thing I could think of is combining them into large groups and then using the Navigation index. But I like the way windows Picture and Fax Viewer does it because you can keep the files separate. Combining PDFs causes loss of individual file names. That would be a problem since I do need to have the individual file names.

Windows Picture and Fax Viewer is a DLL and is started via a rundll32.exe call and can't be set as an application to handle images in Firefox 3 and later versions.
Try to set Windows Picture and Fax Viewer as the default viewer in Windows, then it should be listed automatically in the Mozilla Firefox Browse dialog.

Not possible with Reader. You need Acrobat or a subscription to something like PDF Pack to do it.
